I'm ready I have a plan on what to do. But one question. Will we
be in different areas than now based on our recent history?

Okay, so this is how we are going to deal with people who are in
or not in, as well as territorial claims:
Participants have until 9/28/15 to post a factbook (including
Government and Military personal, as well as tanks, planes etc.
either Real or imaginary as long as they are clearly not super
overpowered for the time period) for the time period of Pre-WWI
to Mid-WWI (And can optionally continue to the End around 1920
but not after that year) Anyone who does not have a factbook for
at least to Mid-WWI will not be a participate at the very
beginning.
Next map changes: If you want to change the want a map change
then you have to PM me or Caos about it explaining why, when,
how the land will be changed; ex I control the State of Warren
and the State of Sanders who starts split as they are rivals
economically but after many years of being under similar
influence they join together to form the modern State of
Warren-Sanders (that is a really basic example and I recommend
much more detail) This can be done for multiple states under
your control, more or less land, or a change in location.
One more thing you have to effectively RP this change throughout
the RP.
