Columbia Begins Huge Wave of Free Trade After Months of
       Isolation From Key States
Governor Preston issued an order to open up to all states and
not just specified states. Trade began this morning and people
from all over have clamored for goods made throughout the NCSA.
Economist Lee Cardigan said: "This is a very important moment.
Wars and disgruntled groups caused us to separate, but Governor
Preston has taken the right approach and said no more. It's
really gonna say something, especially to the other states who
have planned economies. Most states around here you don't get to
trade through private business, but Columbia is full of private
business and amazing goods. I think Columbia's economy starts
booming now." Representative Jag McCartney called out the rest
of the states to quote "open up free trade markets and kill the
command styled economies". Columbia has always been a free trade
state but due to the UCA War and recent civil war in Esnax,
Columbia had to close down trade with anti-servitude states such
as DEN while making controversial moves to open up trade with
the national socialists in the American Reich. "I really wish
states would start to allow private companies to grow, I
remember how we at Oxford University were discussing how we
should create an 'Embargo For Freedom' to open up trades to all
states, problem is that no other state wants to do this because
it's too 'radical', I really hope this begins to change."
       Professor Cardigan states.
