Columbia Restart

Columbia is going to hit a restart button here and start new,
just ignore it in IC but keep that in mind OOC. My state will a)
Have indentured servants who serve a total of 10-20 years. b) No
jails, all imprisoned work as slaves. c) Will again be 100%
focused on the agricultural sector. d) Will still support
colonies. e) Will be an isolationist in wartime unless you
attack us, meaning we will not send troops during war. f) Still
very right winged.
Main changes though are: Decrease of percent of servants/slaves
whatever ya wanna call um, I'm gonna be calling them servants to
avoid controversy. I'll decrease this to 39% of the population.
My population will again remain small at 791,305. Thanks so much
for understanding and the kind words!

A conflict isn't it? Maybe you could change it to service and
agriculture, because I can tell that you don't want to go into
manufacturing.

I was speaking figuratively when talking abut 100%, not
literally. That would be bogus crazy. It was meant to symbolize
that yeah, Columbia is mainly gonna produce high quantity crops.

I enjoy the originality of your Nation even more with the loose
ends tightend together.
Columbia, I have a question about the jails... Is this life time
slavery for all crimes...? Or just instead of sotting in a cell
for 20 years you work it?
Also the thing about not being able to pay debt means indentured
servitude... Is that still included?
Just asking for clarification, thanks!

Thanks Cog, and here are the answers to your questions:
A) Columbia has few jails so they use Prisoner Slavery as a way
to make use of them, to benefit society. If they are given life,
then they work there for life. If they are given 20 years, then
they work there for 20 years. If they are given 1 day in jail
however, they are simply placed in one of the few jails. Its a
way to keep taxes down and help the economy AND
B) Yes these servants still have debt.
