Ooc: Yes we have and to speed things up, we're all in the
meeting room.
The President begins with, "I suppose I should start by saying
welcome. Hopefully the change of plans were not too inconvient.
These secured walls should make us safe to talk about secret
matters without worry of outsiders listening.
Firstly, welcome nations of Esnax and Pharq. We are here to
discuss the plan of recnstruction of Esnax and initation of your
two nations int he Socialist Pact. We assure you this will be
mutually beneficial. Open Trade, Open Boards, Diplomacy,
Cultural Exchange, and open Technological Inforation of Military
and Civilian Science. This is ment to help socialist nations
alike become strengthend by our unity. As the minority of
political ideologies it is crucial that we stabd together so we
may survive as nations and protect the worker's of our own
nations and importantly the world.
Secoundly, does anyone have anything to affor? Their is no
leader of the Socialist Pact. We are equels as is the people we
protect and voice for. So feel free to speak on behalf of your
country and your personal thoughts."

Führer Vladimir, wearing his olive green trench coat with his
rank displayed, stood up at his chair. His right hand had a
cigarette in it, a sign that he was indeed addicted to
cigarettes. Still, he was a display of power. He opened his
mouth to speak, and his voice was accented with Russian, but his
hair light. "Tovarishch, the most recent acts upon us have
bothered me. In the south, Sparta has arrived and assaulted our
ally Pharq, thus prompting the Namenian Forces stationed at
Maginot to defend the nation. As powerful as we are, the
Spartans might just beat us out in numbers.
"Because of this, I will put to the council that we create a
combined military, to deal with these threats. They'll be
standardized, of course, but this must be created. This action
by Sparta has shown us that we must work to defend all."

"We don't have much of a military to speak of, and it will cost
a lot to maintain, and without a functioning stabilized
government with Elections and a Constitution, we will not be
able to supply any troops to a war game or a cooperative
military at the present time."

"Well, I believe the first thing we should do is begin sending
you financial aid. This way we can help rebuild Esnax. Hopefully
the other leaders agree with me upon that."

The Cor'therman president begins to speak in a soft tone, calmly
replies with, "We are presented in a time of dispair. The world
was thrusted into chaos but we must restore the balance among
our nations. Esnax cannot survive on it's own in it's current
state. We must rebuild it's military to defend ourselves against
the onslaught of our rivals. We must ensure the safty of Esnax."
He stands up, and points to the map, "Our forces are far. It
would take months for our forces to arrive via sea. When we
rebuild Esnax we must invest our time and recources into
building a port. A port to house our battleships and carriers.
We must be willing to protect the merchants that wish to trade
with Esnax. The shore will be an ideal place to begin
construction."
He looks at the Wähner, " You may name the city whatever you
wish, we will build it to your image. But it's in our mutually
best intrest to build a massive military/trade harbor. We must
deter the enemy from invading. War, war is a nasty thing. My
people detest it. It should always be the last resort, would you
agree?"
He points back at the map, "As you can see, the city will house
important facilities and factories. We will need sufficient
subway systems wide enough for tanks to move within the tunnels.
It will also include bomb shelters with wide open spaces. These
will be emergancy areas for civilians to run to for protection
incase of an attack. The harbor will have Drydocks for ship
building. Our main focus is constructing military ships
alongside civilian cargo ships. We must inprove infrastructure
and economic prosperity. This city will be a bastion of
defenses. But importantly, it will protect the workers from
harm."
He brings out a chart, "The advantage will be a military
factory, the facilities will need workers, this will improve the
economey. This is only a temperary fix. We must focus on
Civilian goods and commerce. We can switch tank and APCs
factories to car factories. Esnax can then export those cars and
they will have further economic growth. I will start recomending
Esnax Cars in Cor'Therma. I'll give subsidies to the Auto
Manufactures to lower Cor'Therman Car quantity. This will open
the market for you. This will be the start, we'll have to build
all cities to have roads and trains to be able to travel to this
harbor city. It will be the key to global trade."
He continues, "This will be expensive, mind you, but if we
immagrate our workers to Esnax they will have a work force
needed to complete this project. Not to mention creating
millions of jobs for the people. This is a excellent plan to
jump-start Esnax's Economey."
He smiles and replies, "Well what do you think?"

Wilhelm Heidrich was surprised, "I'm honored that you would name
it after our nation!" He smiles, then continues, "We should make
sure to put an embassy their that will house all of the
Socialist Pact Ambassadors. Proudly displaying the flags of our
great nations!"
