       "We will gladly trade you fruits and vegetables! We have those
       aplenty, and they can no doubt be used in a positive way. As to
       a military base for a trading port, Gondor agrees to this deal.
       For a base, we would like one on the coast, a military center
       for all 3 of our branches."

       Pineapple juice. It is a Cor'Therman luxary. Infact, we would
       like to Import a Weekly demand of Pineapple products. Alongside
       other fruits and vegitables. In return we will sell you our
       Genetic and Material Science products. Thermantium, Coil Guns,
       various electronics. Though if you have copper and gold reserves
       that would help. We dont want to ruin our enviorment."

       give you Pineapples for your weekly demand, as well as other
       foods. Gondor looks forward to acquiring Thermantium, Coil Guns,

       Gray smiled, and nodded. "Yes. We would like to establish a
       formal embassy here in New Berlin, so that ties between our two
       countries remain strong. We will also allow you an embassy in
       our Capitol, Minas Tirith. If allowed, an ambassador will also
       live here to maintain communication between our two governments
       at all times, which is needed in this world."

       constructing an embassy in New Berlin and we will send over an
       Ambassador!"
