Gondor Initiates Relations with Cor'Therma

Former NCSA President Johnathan Gray, who has been appointed the
new Steward of Gondor to replace the aging Boromir, has been
ordered by King Aragorn to visit Cor'Therma to begin opening
diplomatic relations. He had this to say of his first mission as
new steward:

King Aragorn and I grew up as childhood friends, my dad being a
general and the military, and Aragorn's father, Eldarion, the
King. I served my time as Speaker of Congress, and President.
But now I am home! My first order of business is to begin
negotiating the terms of a diplomatic relationship with the
United Socialist Peoples of Cor'Therma. I look forward to the
response on the Cor'Therman leaders and eagerly await the
opportunity to meet them in person."

President Wilhelm Heidrich writes,
Dear Johnathan Gray,
I look forward to discussing trade and treaties. The People of
Cor'Therma long for a world filled with peace and solidarity.
Our discussions of friendship will be the first step towards
that goal. I can see the exchange of culture and goods will
bring new wounder to both our nations. I eagerly wait to meet
you in person. We invite you to our humble capital in port city
New Berlin. Feel free to bring anyone you want, they are
welcomed as well!

escorted by 2 G-35 fighter jets. Be warned, these fighters are
stealth fighters, so they are difficult to detect on radar. I

Gray and his guards had been briefed and prepped for action. The
10 black rangers were armed with F-32 assault rifles as well as
SMGs with collapsable stocks around their shoulders. The Black
Rangers were trained to remain silent unless spoken to first, so
all was quiet. The private royal jet rumbled off the runway
towards Cor'Therma, being met by the two fighter escorts who had
been given from Green Bay AFB.

Cor'Therma
New Berlin
Gray looked out the plane window, seeing the beautiful port city
laid out before him. He could see ships in the harbor, some for
leisure, and yet others trade vessels. Some also seemed to be
makeshift naval vessels, made up of what was best described as
armored fishing boats with guns on them. Cor'Therma had a
humble, yet grand capitol. Nothing was extremely extravagant,
but everything fit its purpose well. The fighter jets were
flanking the plane to the right and left, as they headed towards
the airport. As they neared the airport, the 10 guards made
weapon and ammo checks, and all was functional. They knew they
had little to fear, but protection was still necessary,
especially after the Esnaxian civil war and the atrocities
committed by the Monrachists there. Gray nodded to his 10
guards, and they were ready. The pilot of the jetliner radioed
into air traffic control, requesting permission to land.
"New Berlin Control, this is Charlie-Foxtrot Gondorian royal
flight 77612. We are carrying the Steward of Gondor and his
guard, being escorted by two fighter jets. Requesting permission
to land, over."

Landing was cleared and the Cor'Theman President followed by two
Elite Guards waited for the honorable Guest. When arived they
would then move to the Capital Building and discuss diplomacy
within the secured walls of the Diplomacy Room. They would then
begin discussing. Most likely the Gondor leader would begin by
introducing himself.

The Steward (my second in command, Johnathan Gray) got out of
the plane once it had landed, flanked by his 10 guards. He saw
the Cor'Therman President waiting for him,with his elite guards
by his side. The Gondorian guards saw the coil guns, which used
ferrous iron for ammo. They were surprised and wowed by this,
but not intimidated. Gray took little notice, and spent no time
introducing himself.
"Greetings, President Heidrich. I am Johnathan Gray, Steward of
Gondor and permanent understudy to His Majesty Aragorn the
king."
He held out his hand for a handshake.

President Heidrich shakes his hand and replies, "Now shall we
discuss the ideas of mutual trade and beneficial treaties
between out two free nations?"

Gray nodded, and smiled. "Of course, comrade! We want a treaty
with you. Our offers have primarily to do with trade. We are
interested in any precious metals you may have, especially gold
and silver, as well as oil. We can provide you with what food
surpluses that we don't trade to DEN, and we have lots of
lumber. You can also put funds in Gondor's new Central Bank, a
Swiss-Style system."

The president gives a warm smile, "Trade goods... As you can see
Cor'Therma means 'Warm Heart'. We may have an underground
thermal plume... But farming is out of the question. We must
grow our plants in greenhouses via grow lights. Most of our food
is from fishing. We would gladly import fruit and vegitables. We
need those items badly. If we were to secure those items then
our political party would look good for the upcoming
elections..."
He continues, "Not much happens up here, you can freely have a
spot for military base though. But im return we would like to
have a port in your area. Mostly to protect trade routes. An
embassy would be wounderful."
He finishes, "Is this alright with you?"
