The President sighed, "I had hoped we could wait for the arrival
of the other leaders before we discussed business, however it
cannot be helped. I'm always welcoming of new citizens in my
State, we have too many jobs not enough workers, so long as they
realize that they are not citizens of Columbia I will welcome
them to have a home here."

"We are discussing the relocation of the former citizens of
Columbia. Also it is of little concern, this is a friendly

Frijstaat will gladly accept those willing to relocate to the
north. Frijstaat has always been a nation of immigrants and
will not turn away people seeking a new life within our borders.

"Yes I would actually, at anytime this meeting is an open
discussion and is open to proposal from any leader present. To
begin," He coughs and begins to read from a memo, "The
Individual States of the NeoConfederate States of America are
sovereign and separate beings, however we should unite in a bond
of friendship and fair compromise to unite ourselves against
foreign and internal strife, furthermore the States of this
Confederacy should unite to oppose the warring of two States, or
multiple, against each other. Disputes should be handled
maturely and in the great courts of our Confederacy." He places
the memo down, "Any objections to this?"
