       "With your permission I could deploy a battalion of 500 men and
       women into Esnax to provide security and relief, I could also
       deploy some units from the Medical Corps to provide emergency
       aid, as well as offering the services of some APCs and utility
       helicopters to speed up transport and the delivery of goods,
       also port permitting I could try to move some ships with further
       supplies. Unlike the State of DEN we're a bit strapped for cash,
       and can't spare any direct contributions, but I could encourage
       some of the corporations to try to work with rebuilding your
       infrastructure. It may not seem like a lot, but I'll help in any
       way possible for myself. Also I could offer access to Curiosity
       Space Center for future scientists or enthusiasts of space."
