I will choose not to post the skype messages where a certain
member started to begin with. Out of respect for AK who has
asked us not to. . However I will note the other party has now
posted the interaction from last night which I feel was done to
inflame the issue when we were asked to reel it in.

We know that Columbia has done things wrong and he admitted it.
But what was so bad about him asking why WP is on the list and
why he can't hold you accountable for something.

From what it sounds like, WP had said some things offsite that
earned his name on the warning, but out of privacy or whatever,
AK withheld the information, which is fine. If WP requested it
not be posted, that's fine.
Columbia didn't listen, and went from asking to pestering, not
taking no for an answer.

Why couldn't AK just answer the question. He's the one that

If he wanted it to be kept confidential, that's fine with him.
He has that power as a moderator to respect privacy and
confidentiality.

Because the information was none of Columbia's business? and
that was said several times. That is was comments from off-site
forums but he refuses to release the information to the public
because it was a private conversation, that he had no part in,
(Caos would later post the stuff anyway) and Columbia didn't
take that for an answer and as Diddyland said "went from asking
to pestering."
