       If it's armor that electrocutes anyone who touches it, I'm not
       too concerned :) . I'm pretty sure that would result in more
       accidents than enemy casualties ;p .

       On that note...
       A type of Reactive Armor plating on tanks is called NXRA, or Non
       Explosive Reactive Armor. It uses the energy from the round to
       create an effect of more armor. There is also an EMRA (Electro
       Magnet Reactive Armor) that uses a powerful capacitor to
       energize the round, vaporizing or turning it into plasma.

       I'd guess the power required to charge that makes it impractical
       (w/ modern tech) for body armor, though, unless everyone is
       carrying around car batteries or something :) .
