So here is how my state is going to work

My state will not be trying to become a great power, it will be
a Minor power heavily influenced by the most well liked nation
by my people. Of the states that my state considers Great
Powers; the winner of the Civil war will start out with the
greatest amount of Influence, people who sent aid will be
closely behind them and the people who sent in troops at around
neutral, but the people that used Chemical weapons and
Thermobaric Missiles will start out with negative influence and
extremely poor relations. (I'll keep a detailed spreadsheet in
my factbook for reference)
What do you guys think?

officially sponsored. Does that count?
