Why?
Considering I'm a top supplier of oil, uranium, natural gas, and
other fuels and ores, I'd be pretty heavy. Plus, we're not at
war.
I'm getting the feeling that everywhere you go you're constantly
trying to insult me, poke at me, or bait me. The last two posts
of you just showed that.

West Phoenicia choses not to trade with you and you don't trade
with us. We get our needs that are lacking in West Phoenicia
from other states. We would be foolish to do such a trade you
are in and out of wars that it would not benefit us. Who knows
when or if we would be cut off. Its about stability.

Where in the constitution does it state you must trade with
every state???
Where is it mentioned we are all forced to trade with each
other.
You don't have anything WP needs.
Stop making everything about you. Its tiring. And im not going
to argue or waste hours devoting to screaming matches
