Recently Pharq contracted me to make up a couple of PMCs for him
as he is busy. I will be posting my progress here, nothing is
official until Pharq approves it and please no posting. So about
10 of these Pharq are going to be State wide, 3 or so of those
are going to be the "major players", the rest will be city or
regional powers.
