Curiosity Space Center

His Excellency has begun plans for the formation of (hopefully)
the largest Space Facility in the Confederacy. The newly named
Curiosity Center for Space Exploration is a very ambitious
project, expecting to reach Billions of dollars in development,
the current plans for the Space Center would include a
manufactory for the on-site construction of rocketry,
electronics, and aerospace parts. Other additions to be added
later in the plan would include a robotics center, living
quarters, advanced research facilities for orbital, space, and
extraterrestrial phenomenon, on-site food production, on-site
power sources, multiple launch sites, permanent orbital
contained facility construction areas, satellite relay, and
cosmonaut/astronaut training facilities. This is an ambitious
project, His Excellency has noted this, and is open to
contribution. He has also wished for other States wishing to be
space capable to send possible cosmonauts/astronauts for
training once facilities are operational. However it is to be
noted that this Space Center is only for Peaceful purposes, and
His Excellency wishes to make that abundantly clear to every
State in the Confederacy.
Addendum: After many months of work the Space Center has been
completed. Launches and testing will be announced below.

The ESA congratulates Turkducken on the completion of the
center, and offers to send personnel to assist with research and
development. Two proposed international projects are project
ARTEMIS- a heavy launch vehicle, and SURTSEY- a large, modular
space station.

This is a Announcment from before it was built:
"Cor'Therma, on the behalf of the Socialist Pact, would like to
donate Thermantium Heat plates. These are heat shields used on
the Horizont Rocket series in order to protect equipment and the
shuttle upon reentry. We will donate these free of cost.
Cor'Therma is excited to see more countries that work towards
peaceful research. If we can benefit the workers of the world,
we will do anything."
The heat plates will arrive by boat in a month or so if you
agree to take them.
"Our space programs have similar goals. If you ever need help
with technology we'ed be happy to assist you. In fact, to boost
your progress we will donate a Horizont Rocket booster to your
cause. We will of course need to build it first, but this will
take time and resources. We're currently in a war and are trying
to stabilize a region. When we reach economic recovery we will
begin construction. Of course if you fund the construction,
we'll be able to build and send it."
