       The Confederate State of Turkducken's Education System

       [center]A Small Announcement

       A standardized education mandate has been issued by the
       President of Turkducken, His Excellency Lance Faraday, education
       is a right that shall not be infringed and every child should
       have an education. This also comes with the Nationalization of
       Colleges making tuition free, and an increase in education
       spending. All Schools are obliged to follow these regulations
       for their intended age groups.
       [center]Regulations for Preschooling[/center]
       When judged appropriate by the parent, and preferably by a
       trusted child psychologist, a child may enroll in Preschool. The
       primary objective of these institutions are to ready the child
       for life and new experiences of the world. While the primary
       curriculum is to be determined by the individual teachers, it
       should include highly interactive activities, numerous age
       appropriate field trips, language development, social
       interaction with other children, and reducing the effects of
       Separation Anxiety.

       Regardless of a child's attendance at a Preschool all children
       at the end of their Preschooling or at the appropriate age of
