I would prefer to see a system free of most administrative
oversight, let it really become about the teachers and the kids.
For "Child" to be an appropriate term, I would rather it be
until the end of their High School Education, in my State
colleges and schools are nationalized. However given the
relative illiteracy and poverty of my State I would consider
that necessary, not mandatory of others.

Passing a bill giving children the right to education would
have our support.
But what is actually taught should be left to states instead of
pushing a NCSA government education ideals on states.

The only thing that I would want to be incorporated in some way
into our respective education system is a way of breaking down
the cultural barriers, Multilingualism should be encouraged, as
well as cultural studies about the other States.
