OOC: So at some point Aquatur and I were in the middle of
Diplomatic and Economic talks. If he/she is interested in
resuming these talks, than please lets resume.

A man dressed in a white shirt with a black suit and tie entered
the dining hall where the President was sitting carrying a grey
metallic brief case.
"Your Excellency," he said in a deep Spanish accent, bowing
slightly.

"Thank you Your Excellency! Your are most kind" The gentleman
took his seat across from the President.
Opening up his brief case he began, "Your Excellency, thank you
once again for inviting me here. Her Majesty sends her regards.
I come wishing to negotiate an embassy exchange with your great
nation and possible diplomatic and economic partnerships."
Taking out a piece of paper, he continued, "Her Majesty outlined
three points for me to discuss. 1. Mutual embassies 2. A
defensive pact 3. Trade deals and agreements."
