OOC: Okay I was hoping that it would be before they lynched
people and burned stuff, but okay.
The local police force try to move in with batons and try to
disperse the crowd, the enforcers from the Bureau of Internal
Security stand by providing security and isolating the unruly
rioters in the streets with barricades. The police force begin
to chant "Disarm Now!" as they approach the crowd.

"You ****in socialist pigs!" One of the hooded men shout.
"Let us live the way we wanna live you pigs!" Another one
shouted.
A chant began in the back singing "LONG LIVE COLUMBIA!" As they
raised up one of the dead bodies and threw him down onto the
ground.

OOC: Would they prefer to move to Columbia? Because these seem
less of my citizens and more of a setup by your government.
"Disperse now or we will use force!" yells the Police
Commissioner through a megaphone. The police are tense,
anticipating the eventual escalation that was sure to happen.

The men began throwing bottles at the officers. They began to
throw poor man grenades (I believe you call them fire grenades,
I dunno what ya call um) and chanting "Down with the Regime,
Over throw the Monarchy! Freedom for all! Raven's Claw shall
strike! Down with the King! Off with his head!"
