And as dramatic as that maneuver may be Sparta the Hawaii has
volcanoes and geographic instability, so underground cities
sound cool but they would be extremely dangerous, also the
mountains of Hawaii are a lot higher than sea level, your
talking about "sinking" islands that just doesn't seem possible
at the very least impractical.

I'm freaking out that Carolina just launched THERMOBARIC MISSLES
into possible civilian hotzones, as well as freaking firing them
in the first place. This isn't even our war to fight!

It is possible. We can do tech that can happen in the next 10-20
years and this is within the range. It's possible now with
extensive care.
Also, Turk, since this is RP we get to decide what our states
are like so mine doesn't have volcanoes and is at sea
level(almost)
