It's the way they kill. Gas is much more painful, and a GBU-43
would leave little wounded. It also doesn't spread.

The gas can blow to civilian neighborhoods killing many more
that were not to be killed. They also are not prepared so they
would feel the full pain of the gas.

Yeah to use against me. I mean yeah mustard gas may be a bit
over the top but using smallpox, the bubonic plague, and Ebola
combined? That's really over the top

But I cant use biological weapons. I don't have a carrier to get
a plane near you and I would get voted our of office if I were
to use them. The populace is anti-war and definitely anti-WMD.
The WMD caused the populace to want to get into the war. When
otherwise I would only be able to use non-lethal aid. But I
still don't have the populace support to use a Biological weapon
and I don't have the political support for the Socialist Pact.
I also changed the virus to be more realistic and not crazy.
Smallpox and Ebola (which does exist).

Well in actuality that combination seems a bit silly, the
viruses aren't that compatible nor should they be that deadly in
a modern healthcare system.
