His Excellency would like to invite all States to form a group
against the usage and manufacture of nuclear weapons, those who
wish to join may say so below.

Columbia does not own nuclear weapons but we will happily join
the pact.

Enduranca is willing to discontinue production of nuclear
weapons, and supports the ideas presented by the group. However,
due to security concerns, the nation is not willing to destroy
its current weapons yet.
