Acknowledging the larger world other than the NeoConfederate
States,
Recognizing the need to interact with other foreign bodies for
economic and political purposes,
Understanding the hesitation of some member States to step
beyond into the larger world,
Congress Hereby Mandates that the President of the NCSA make
formal diplomatic contact with outside Countries and Superpowers
of the world, to better facilitate economic growth, to minimize
the occurrence of internal strife, and to expand beyond our
known world.
In effect this would support my current movement to create
fictional countries and a larger world, outside of NS, not only
would it be a fun creative opportunity to create fictional
countries, this would also create new external storylines and RP
opportunities. For an example of what I mean, check here

I am not opposed to discussion, but I feel that this is not only
a cool idea, but an opening to a larger opportunity.

Notably the bill is OOC this means that as a community we can
actively participate in the creation of the fictional countries,
the link provided expresses my interest to keep the thread open
until plenty of ideas have been sent in, then we take the most
popular ones by polling and make them the official countries.
