"I'm sorry but this balances the powers better than the way
yours does, sir. As much as I support your written constitution,
it is far from perfect, and I think that this bill would help. I
wish people would stop looking at the author of the bill and
start looking at its merit. The only reason any of you wouldn't
support it is because of who the author is, and its rather
childish."
