OOC: I apologize, I looked over RR and it did not have a debate
limit.
"Seeing as the vote was officially counted and noted September
6th and given my previous ruling about RR being a guideline for
the House and there may be exceptions, the House will consider
the motion to reconsider the previous motion. Is there a
second?"
