       Recognizing A need for expansion,
       Understanding That many States have already chosen land on the
       map.
       Congress Hereby Mandates a need for the addition of the rest of
       the North American Continent to our map.
       Expansion for New States:
       As the map grows ever smaller as many new States arise from its
       content, we find ourselves scrounging for the best bit of lands
       to expand to.  As it stands many States have claimed available
       coastlines or ocean accessible areas, and while even with this
       expansion we may very well find ourselves in this same
       predicament, the expansion of the map to include the Caribbean
       Islands, the former country of Canada, Mexico, and the former
       island country of Greenland would increase the availability of
       space to offer for expansion and new member States.[/quote]
