       Featured MOC of the Month Rules

       The rules for the monthly Featured MOC of the Month competition
       are as follows:
       1. The competition will be held once a month. The nominations
       will last 10 days and the voting another 10 days.
       2. You may nominate up to three MOCs made in the past month. If
       the MOC was posted in the last few minutes, the time will be
       calculated in GMT. You must also include at least two reasons
       why you like that MOC and think that it is worthy of the honor.
       3. You may not nominate a MOC made by someone who won Featured
       MOC of the Month in the last three months.
