       This is Proto Man. For those of you unfamiliar with the Mega Man
       series, this is Mega Man's robotic brother; the 'prototype' of
       Doctor Light's three creations. In Japan, he is known as
       'Blues', thanks to the musical theme they had with the original
       names(Such as Rock Man, Rock, Roll, Blues, Forte, and Gospel),
       which Capcom of America only caught when it came time for Bass
       and Treble's names. =P
       Anyway, so this is the minifigure version of Proto Man.  I
       wanted to have his sunglasses be built-into the head via a
       printing; however, there was no real awesome prints that had him
       smiling or smirking, so I just left the visor on instead. =P He
       does have his awesome scarf, though. And the colouring is more
       or less correct.
       This is my entry into the contest, by the way. =P
