       Episode 60 – Paper Flowers
       Airdate: Saturday 28th May 2016
Synopsis: The Renegade Wish speeds through space, as the Dinobot
sternly contemplates the fate of the Cybertronian race.
Elsewhere, Prophecy and Medusa make a similar journey; the
former informs her comrade that she knows the truth, thanks to
her powers, and that they must reach Unitus Prime before it is
       too late.
As the Dawn Katana and Unitus Prime and Buzzstreak’s ships soar
past a planet, the Cybertronians on-board are still shaken by
the revelation that there appear to be no other universes beyond
Universe 1. Andromeda asks how that could even be possible,
since she was living in another universe before the team found
her – the Dawn Katana observes that even her universe has
apparently disappeared, and Wildfire suggests that something is
       destroying universes.
Andromeda: This doesn’t make any sense, though. I was living in
another universe, and you managed to come and find me. What’s
changed? Unless I was living in an illusion or- but wait, that
       doesn’t work…
Dawn Katana: I don’t know, but your universe is gone. Well,
looks like it’s gone. I should be able to tell, but it’s like
there’s nothing there. Not even an empty void, just… nothing.
Wildfire: Doesn’t that mean there were universes and something’s
destroying them? Or, you know… someone? Unicron with an upgrade
       or something…
A sudden blast from the planet below very nearly strikes the
ships; they quickly fan out, and Mirage offers to lead her team
down to investigate while the others continue on to meet the
Archaicons. Unitus agrees to this, and the Dawn Katana begins
its descent while the other two ships continue on. Far below, on
the planet’s surface, Necrocide reconfigures back from a large
fulcrum cannon into his new default form, cackling as he spies
the approaching ship with his enhanced vision. The Archaicons
aboard the Renegade Wish are gathered in the bridge as Dinobot
continues to pilot the ship, aided only by the A.I. Airazor
speaks up, asking why it is so important that they meet with
Unitus – the former leader explains that it is the next step in
his mission, although the Meganeura-bot counters that he failed
in the first step, retrieving the Omniconfigurator. Dinobot
claims that Necrocide should almost certainly be headed for the
gathered Cybertronians too, intent on finishing his diabolical
mission to wipe out their race, and so there is still some hope.
Dinobot: Necrocide is clever, but he is obstinate. He began the
eradication of our race, and he no doubt intends on finishing
it. That means he should be headed for the remaining
Cybertronians, just like us. So long as we can reach him, there
is still hope. That is all I can rely upon, for now.
The other Archaicons discuss this, generally confused by
Dinobot’s behaviour, while the ship’s A.I. announces that two of
the ships that they are tracking are now just a few minutes
away. Dinobot thanks the ship, and takes a steadying breath.
       Necrocide’s arms are now large blades crackling with energy;
with the Dawn Katana drawing closer, he begins to take wide,
arching slashes towards it, sending out waves of slicing energy.
Paladin pilots the ship away from the waves, but Necrocide
follows after it, launching wave after wave until he manages to
clip the back of the ship. The engines erupt and the A.I. tells
the team to prepare for a crash landing. Before the ship even
reaches the ground, Necrocide tears through as a torpedo, and
the ship erupts chaotically. As Unitus Prime’s ship continues
making its way towards the presumed Archaicon signal, the Prime
asks Arcrise how she is coping. The fembot responds that she can
still feel the suppression of her powers, and describes it as
though she is unable to move her limbs.
Arcrise: Still the same. I can feel my powers being suppressed,
Unitus. It’s like… my limbs being bound tight. I can’t move.
That’s how it feels, to have so much power and not be able to
       use it.
The familiar voice of the Debt Collector then addresses the
gathered bots – she greets them, and Hummingstreak, Ripple and
Straight-Aim immediately tense up. The villain turns to Arcrise,
and tells her that she can relieve Arcrise of the clamp on her
powers and allow her to bring the city back… but, of course, the
phoenix-bot will then be indebted to her.
Debt Collector: I can end this. I can free you of your
restrictions and grant you the power to save your friends, the
others and your entire city back from oblivion… But you know me,
Arcrise. If I help you, you will be in my debt…
Arcrise considers this, but Unitus demands to know what the Debt
Collector’s intentions are. The villain smiles at him, while
Hummingstreak asks if she knows – or is the reason behind – why
there only seems to be one universe now. The Zefetraian bot says
sweetly that she will reveal all once she and Arcrise help one
another, before a communication link opens up. Dinobot calls out
to Unitus and Arcrise, and tells them that they need to talk.
The Prime prompts him to explain now, as the Debt Collector
narrows her eyes in confusion. Taking stock of the villain’s
presence, Dinobot then returns his attention to Unitus and
Arcrise, and informs them that they need to retrieve the
Omniconfigurator – currently inhabited by Necrocide – and use
the Quantum Stopwatch. For the first time, the Debt Collector is
       clearly panicked.
Down on the planet surface, Mirage quickly recovers herself,
severely-damaged but keeping her composure. The others are
scattered and down amidst the rubble, with no way of telling if
they are unconscious or dead. Necrocide lunges for the
jackal-bot, and she rolls out of the way, clearly still in pain.
All the while, the Debt Collector warns Unitus Prime and Arcrise
to ignore Dinobot, but he insists, stating that the fate of
reality rests on them. Though Unitus tries to argue that they
need to save the remaining Cybertronians, Arcrise points out
that reality is bigger than their race.
Unitus Prime: But… but we can’t just surrender our people. They
       need our help, and…
Arcrise: Unitus, I’m as concerned as you are, but this is more
important than even our people. This is everything. Everyone.
Ripple questions if what reality needs saving from is the
apparent absence of any other universes, and Medusa comes
through on another comm.-link, refuting this. As Prophecy waves
behind her, the viper-bot tells Unitus and Arcrise that they
must join Dinobot and do as he says. She apologises for not
telling them sooner, even as the Debt Collector snarls in rage
at Medusa’s escape. Prophecy then appears aboard the Renegade
Wish, already accompanied by a stunned Unitus and Arcrise as
they watch on aboard the Prime’s ship – she picks up Dinobot and
chronoskims away. The Debt Collector sighs, stating that it is
clearly too late, just as a moments-earlier Prophecy chronoskims
in and takes Unitus and Arcrise away (the iteration still with
Medusa watches all the while). The pair then experience Prophecy
taking Dinobot moments earlier, before they find themselves on
the planet’s surface as Necrocide attacks Mirage. Prophecy urges
the trio on, and Arcrise withdraws the Quantum Stopwatch from
       hammerspace.
Prophecy: It’s up to you now! Do your best, and good luck!
Dinobot says that he shall “retrieve” the Omniconfigurator, even
as Necrocide turns to grin maniacally at him. The villain has no
time to respond as Dinobot drives his sword through his chest –
he then reaches out to Unitus and Arcrise, and as a pained
Mirage watches on, the three of them press the Quantum
       Stopwatch’s timeline b button together.
Universe 1, timeline b. The Debt Collector is meditating on
Zefetraia, when she suddenly opens her eyes. Grimacing, she
bemoans that her plan has failed… now she shall have to
       improvise.

Episode 61 – Destinies and Destinations, Part 1 – Awakening
       Airdate: Saturday 4th June 2016
Synopsis: Unitus Prime jolts into consciousness, secured down to
a high-tech bed with sensory equipment. Medusa is smiling over
him – she welcomes him back to timeline b. She proceeds to check
his vitals, and releases him from the sensory restraints. When
Unitus asks why he was brought back to a hopeless timeline, the
viper-bot informs him that he is the hope.
Still a little weary, Unitus Prime steps out into the hallway,
and finds Dinobot exiting a similar room. The two share a
stunted greeting as Medusa slips out to join them; she informs
them that Arcrise shall be with them shortly, before clarifying
that they are aware of who she is. Unitus confirms that they met
her timeline c equivalent, and she responds that he still
appears cautious of her. He explains that he is apprehensive of
the timeline switch. Arcrise leaves her room, accompanied by
Nosk’yra, who leads the gathered bots into a larger chamber
filled with monitors. The Anti-Cybertronian League founder
quickly establishes that he is, in fact, an ally of the
Cybertronian race. He is a Vok emissary, who established the ACL
to scupper any attempts to finish off the Cybertronians from the
likes of Giaseqen and Talenra – Unitus snarls that it did no
good, and that he needs to return to timeline c to save his
       people there.
Nosk’yra: I am allied with the Vok; one of their emissaries. I
established the Anti-Cybertronian League not to bring about the
demise of your race, but to prevent the likes of Giaseqen and
Talenra from doing so. Left to their own devices, they may have
formed the ACL themselves – I simply made sure to take advantage
       of their intentions.
Unitus Prime: And look how that went. They’re all dead here –
and I need to get back to timeline c to have any chance of
       saving them.
Medusa chimes in that timeline c is not truly real. Rather than
timelines b and c being two diverging timelines bound together…
timeline c is simply one possible divergent timeline captured by
the Debt Collector and stored away. It does not exist in
reality, and did not replace timeline b. It was a virtual
projection of a universe that the Debt Collector convinced the
       trio to be real.
Medusa: The version of the universe that you saw was nothing but
a virtual world, a could-have-been made to look and feel real.
The Debt Collector just tricked you into thinking it was real.
As Unitus seethes at this information, Arcrise asks what the
Debt Collector’s real intentions were, especially if all of her
machinations had any kind of purpose beyond an elaborate façade.
Nosk’yra notes that they are not certain of the Debt Collector’s
motives, but she is now convinced that there are no
Cybertronians in true reality other than herself. Moreover, the
Megatrons are convinced of this too, and have begun to strike
across the omniverse. He concludes, though, that Unitus is
mistaken. Nosk’yra’s efforts did save the Cybertronian race, and
that Arcrise would understand. The phoenix-bot realises what he
means, and reminds Unitus of her apparent demise as Illyiara.
She, being Herrowayan, was actually only in a near-death state.
Medusa confirms that they are all still alive.
Necrocide awakens in the Temple of Solitude, Universe 1
timeline b, back in his stolen and warped Megatron body.
Disappointed in having lost his new Omniconfigurator body, he
wonders where the device is now. All the while, Medusa and
Nosk’yra lead Unitus Prime, Arcrise and Dinobot into a large,
circular chamber, filled with stasis pods containing the “dead”
Cybertronians. Unitus quickly recognises the area as the
Oracle’s chamber, and Medusa confirms that they are currently on
a dead Cybertron in a universe on the fringes of the multiverse.
Unitus Prime: This… it’s the Oracle’s chamber beneath Iacon,
       isn’t it?
Medusa: Yes. We’re not in Universe 1 – this is a dead Cybertron,
in a fringe universe. One of the ones you fought in during the
       Total Conflict.
The Omniconfigurator rests at the centre of the chamber, and
Nosk’yra asks Unitus to approach it and engage the Matrix. The
Prime does so, all the while noticing his Dawn Katana crew
amongst the stasis pods. As he takes hold of the
Omniconfigurator, the Matrix responds and first the artefact,
then the device, and finally all of the stasis pods begin to
glow. Nosk’yra explains that every ACL weapon was design to
appear to kill a Cybertronian and erase their spark, but in
reality they pushed the target’s spark into a dimensional
pocket, waiting to be brought back by the Matrix. This includes
Mirage, whose spark was ultimately “destroyed” by the Debt
       Collector (Unitus grimaces at this).
Nosk’yra: Each of the ACL’s weapons – the Red Rain, the sickness
reverse-engineered from Noxa’s death touch, the gauntlets, the
flowers – all share design features devised by myself. They
appear, to the uninitiated, to kill a Cybertronian, perhaps
outright terminating their spark. In truth, the Cybertronian’s
spark is enveloped into a dimensional pocket, completely
undetectable and nigh-on unreachable. It is only the light of
the Matrix that can restore those “killed” by ACL technology.
Even Mirage… though it took the Debt Collector’s unwitting and
despairingly brutal aid to shift her stubbornly-immortal spark.
As the light fades, the Cybertronians stir once more – the
Thirteen (including Parallax), Prophecy, the group aboard the
Dawn Katana (including Freeline), the Archaicons, those who fell
against the ACL and even those infected aboard New Cybertron.
Steadily growing overjoyed, Unitus Prime takes Arcrise into a
hug, before doing the same with Mirage as she steps out of her
stasis pod, baffled momentarily before reciprocating. The
reawakened survivors of the Cybertronian race begin to step out
into the world again, as Arcrise, Dinobot, Medusa and Nosk’yra
watch on. Unitus Prime greets his revived people, warmly
introducing himself and telling them that they are all safe now.
A little while later, Unitus Prime, Arcrise and Medusa are
holding a debriefing session with the members of the “Thirteen”,
as well as Hummingstreak, Ripple, Straight-Aim, Freeline and
Laserbeak. They (primarily Unitus) are explaining the situation
after their “deaths” – the events that transpired within
timeline c, and the rise of the Megatrons outside of it. The
Prime concludes that it now feels like a dream that he has
awoken from, before Scale asks if they shall presume that their
roles as the Thirteen are indeed fantasy, and that the keys to
fate are instead true. Medusa chimes in that she researched the
Thirteen and the keys prior to the diverging point of the
timelines, and so all of the information that her timeline c
       self had, she has too.
Medusa: The timeline c version of me was the one who brought
       that information to light.
Straight-Aim: That doesn’t make things any more convincing…
Medusa: It should. I can’t vouch for everything my timeline c
self did, but all of my research was made before Buzzstreak’s
death – it’s as true to timeline c as it is to us. A shared
       past.
Hummingstreak: So basically… yes, it’s true?
The keys are real… but with no Buzzstreak in this world, they
presumably cannot fulfil their purpose. Unitus disperses the
gathered bots, though Mirage stays behind to talk with him – she
asks how he feels about having reunited with Buzzstreak, and he
smiles fondly as he recounts how close they were. He then adds
that he is still glad to have all the others back, the ones who
he knew. Elsewhere, Dinobot has given the Archaicons a very
brief debriefing; Kickback and Rapax discuss the decision to
ally with the Maximals, which Airazor is uncertain of. Toxiclaw
simply snarls that she shall never ally with the faction that
abandoned her, and Haywire comments that she has never seen
       Toxiclaw like that before.
       Toxiclaw: I refuse.
       Airazor: What?
Toxiclaw: They abandoned me. The Maximals left me for dead. I
haven’t forgotten. And I shall never forgive.
Haywire: I think that’s the first time I’ve seen Toxiclaw get
       that… expressive.
Scorpinax silences the others, noting that he can hear something
       – as they listen, a droning noise becomes apparent. As more and
more Cybertronians notice and begin to head outside, a Megatron
lands down… followed by another, and another, as hundreds upon
hundreds of them fly in. Unitus, Mirage, Arcrise and Medusa rush
out, as the first Megatron declares that they sensed the
awakening and are here to quickly and permanently end the
existence of the Cybertronian race. Tens of thousands of
Megatrons are amassed, standing or floating, on the surface of a
       dead Cybertron.

Episode 62 – Destinies and Destinations, Part 2 – Chaos Raining
       Down
       Airdate: Saturday 11th June 2016
Synopsis: We pan through the thousands upon thousands of
Megatrons amassed on the dead Cybertron, reaching the entrance
to the area where the Cybertronians are gathered. As Arcrise
asks Unitus Prime what they shall do, Nosk’yra uses a small
device. Several dozen security systems come online, and begin
firing upon the clone army, who scatter.
The Cybertronians reel, as Medusa and Nosk’yra explain that, in
the time that Unitus Prime, Arcrise and Dinobot were in timeline
c, they fitted the area with weaponry and defences for the
inevitable Megatron attack. Nosk’yra continues that, with the
Cybertronian race seemingly extinct, the Megatrons turned to
phase 2 of their plan – to spread out across reality and use Vok
technology to erase everyone’s minds and replace them with
       copies of Megatron 0’s data.
Nosk’yra: After the ACL seemingly eradicated the remaining
Cybertronians, the Megatrons moved on to the second stage of
their plan. They began to spread out across the myriad
universes, utilising Vok technology to eradicate the minds of
sapient beings – their memories, their personalities, everything
       – and essentially install new copies of the original Megatron’s
       being.
In essence, they are steadily turning everyone into Megatrons.
Medusa snarls that the villain’s ego truly knows no bounds,
while Arcrise asks if they should teleport away. Unitus reasons
that the maniacal clones would simply hunt them down again, and
that instead, they shall try to destroy them. They are only a
small fraction of the full number of Megatrons, but defeating
them will make a point. Mirage chimes in, suggesting they use
the Omniconfigurator to fight back. The group head off (though
many other Cybertronians remain to watch the Megatrons), but
Arcrise stays in-place, wincing somewhat. As Unitus and co. rush
past Dinobot, he joins them and the Prime explains the situation
to him. Dinobot suggests that they have Sickleclaw use the
Omniconfigurator – he feels that it is her place to wield it.
Dinobot: If you intend on using the Omniconfigurator, I can
think of no one more fitting to wield it than Sickleclaw. I
believe that fate has drawn it to her… it is hers to use by
       right.
Though initially hesitant, Unitus concedes, and summons
Sickleclaw to the Oracle chamber as they continue to make their
way there. Outside, many of the Megatrons are starting to break
their way through the energy shield surrounding the area, using
their scientific knowledge to systematically destabilise it.
Other Megatrons manage to focus some of the defence systems on
the shields, or on each other, gradually breaking the weaponry
down. Finally, the shields fall, and the Megatrons begin to make
their way inside – some Cybertronians fight back, while others
flee. Arcrise is shocked back to awareness, and tries to attack,
only to find that her powers are inaccessible. The Debt
       Collector’s chuckle reaches her ears.
Unitus Prime, Mirage, Dinobot, Medusa and Nosk’yra reach the
Oracle chamber, and Nosk’yra has the stasis pods fold away. As
Sickleclaw joins them, Unitus asks her to use the
Omniconfigurator and have it reproduce itself. The
Velociraptor-bot is immediately taken aback, stating that she
can barely use the weapon, but Dinobot states that he knows she
       is capable of amazing things.
Sickleclaw: No, no way. Why me? I can barely do anything with
it. It takes… patience, and intuition, and a whole load of other
       things I just don’t have…
Dinobot: You do, child. You can achieve so much. I have faith in
       you.
Though she gives her former mentor an uncertain glare, she steps
towards the Omniconfigurator and disconnects it from the base of
the chamber. Transforming it into a large blaster, she then
begins to make it replicate itself, two duplicates at a time,
each pair falling to the floor. Unitus turns to Arcrise to
request that she teleport the guns, only to notice that she is
not present. Nosk’yra instead uses further technology to
teleport the weapons to each Cybertronian, while Unitus rushes
off to find Arcrise. Cybertronians and Megatrons continue to
fight as the above-ground levels of the area are steadily torn
apart. With Omniconfigurator duplicates starting to appear, the
Cybertronians are gaining even footing, though they are still
heavily out-numbered and receiving injuries. Arcrise is hidden
behind rubble, trying desperately to access her powers – all the
while, the Debt Collector taunts her as she sits on the swing in
the abandoned town on Zefetraia. The villain reminds Arcrise
that she can make her nothing with ease; that the phoenix-bot is
       meaningless.
Debt Collector: You can’t forget that I have complete control
over you. I only have to think to reduce you to nothing; it’s
that easy. You are meaningless, Arcrise.
Arcrise tries to resist, and her body briefly sears with heat,
but she is unsuccessful. Unitus races through the area, hurrying
through conflict and even seeing his own team fighting against
Megatrons, which gives him brief pause. As he then takes in the
full scope of the conflict around him, he resolves himself again
       and continues on his way.
A young fembot cowers as battle rages all around her. A
Megatron notices her and goes to fire… only for a Bumblebee
(standing at typical car-former height) to take hold of her and
turn both her and himself intangible. The Megatron’s blasts pass
through the fembot, and Bumblebee then uses an enlarged
Omniconfigurator duplicate to blast the Megatron to pieces. He
introduces himself to the young bot, who says her name is Dash.
Bumblebee: That was scary, huh? It’s okay, you’re safe now. My
       name’s Bumblebee, what’s yours?
Dash: I’m Dash… why are you so big?
Bumblebee: I turn into a car; you have to be pretty big to do
       that.
As all of our familiar heroes and “villains” continue to fend
off the hordes of Megatrons, Unitus finally reaches Arcrise,
still sheltered and too focused on her dialogue with the Debt
Collector to notice the Prime. The phoenix-bot tries to reason
that she is not worthless to the people who care about her, but
the Debt Collector counters that she is still of no value
without her powers. She is a mess of a being, half-Illyiara and
half-machine, with no true identity. After a pause, Arcrise
claims that that is her identity – she is Illyiara, and she is
       the Arcrise Machine.
Debt Collector: Look at yourself. Half-Illyiara, half-machine.
Are you really anything at all? Or just a hybrid of broken
       things?
       *Arcrise pauses*
Arcrise: That’s exactly what I am. I’m Illyiara. I’m the Arcrise
Machine. I was born on Zefetraia, on Biokan, on Earth and on
       Iudicium. I’m a scientist, a machine… a hero.
She looks at Unitus and smiles, body searing again, before
erupting into chaotic, dancing flames. Unitus backs away, as
Arcrise unveils a fully-grown, majestic form, almost like a
lightly-armoured Illyiara. With a single gesture, she turns the
thousands of attacking Megatrons into dust… and then immediately
keels over again, screaming pain as she regresses back into her
smaller form. The surrounding Cybertronians are stunned, and the
Dawn Katana crew nearby quickly rush over to check on their
team-mate. Arcrise explains that she gained access to her full
powers too quickly, and reduced back down to compensate. As
Mirage joins them, she insists that she will be alright. On
Zefetraia, the Debt Collector grimaces, and wonders aloud how
she shall achieve her aims now. Stepping off of the swing, she
reaches into the dust on the ground and sighs.

Episode 63 – Destinies and Destinations, Part 3 – Absolute Power
       Corrupts Absolutely
       Airdate: Saturday 18th June 2016
Synopsis: Arcrise recuperates as the rest of the Dawn Katana
crew loiter around her in the makeshift med-bay. Mirage puts her
hand on Unitus Prime’s shoulder, telling him that their ally
shall be okay, and that he needs to try and focus on leading the
surviving Cybertronians. The Prime nods in agreement, and states
that they have to finish their mission.
Many Cybertronians are still recovering from the conflict, with
those in better condition helping the more heavily-injured. The
Archaicons, largely unharmed, steadily begin to help others out
too – first Kickback, then Rapax, then Haywire, and more and
more until almost all of them are cooperating with their
brethren. Only Toxiclaw watches on, half-way between
uncomfortable and seething. Sickleclaw is stood with the
original Omniconfigurator, clearly worn out from her task as
Nosk’yra applauds her efforts. Dinobot returns, his own
Omniconfigurator duplicate still in-hand, and likewise
congratulates his former apprentice. She looks at him with
disdain, and he in turn apologises for the transformation that
he underwent during her time with the Archaicons. The
Utahraptor-bot tells her of his soul-searching in timeline c,
and how much it affected him to meet a version of her that he
       had not hurt.
Dinobot: I took to heart what you said to me before… my time in
that illusory world was spent trying to find myself. I would up
finding you, the version of you that resided in that world. One
that had never been disappointed and betrayed by me… one that
still looked at me with faith in her eyes. She refused to accept
how much I had changed. The version of me that she believed in
is the one that I have been striving for since.
Sickleclaw counters that she would never change the experiences
that she has gone through, even if not all of them were
positive. Adding that she is not sure that she can forgive
Dinobot for what he has done, she then says that she
nevertheless wishes to try. The two share a smile. Unitus Prime,
Mirage and Medusa then enter the chamber, and Nosk’yra tells
Unitus that their next move should be to head out and destroy
the rest of the Megatrons. The Prime vetoes this idea, stating
that his race’s security comes first and foremost, and that the
other Megatrons shall no doubt come to them anyway.
Unitus Prime: I’m sorry, but I can’t agree to that. I know that
we need to deal with Megatron, but I’m responsible for my race’s
survival. That takes priority… I refuse to put a single one of
them at risk. Besides… the Megatrons will come and find us soon
enough. I know what he’s like.
He asks how the older alien was intending on having the
Cybertronians reach Valyssia, and Medusa tells him that there is
a prototype facility known as The Heavens-Way which can bridge
them to their destination. Nosk’yra argues that they should
defeat their enemies first, lest they let the Megatrons attack
them on Valyssia, but Unitus insists that they shall achieve
their victory soon. The Debt Collector then chimes in from the
corner of the chamber, stating that she agrees that victory is
       imminent.
A limping Quickpaw hobbles through the wreckage, searching for
her “sister” with Umbraven in-tow. The shorter bot asks her
friend if she can really be sure that her “sister” is still with
them, but Quickpaw insists that she could sense her presence as
soon as she was revived and simply had no chance to find her
       until now.
Umbraven: Quickpaw, I don’t want to be morbid, but… are you sure
your “sister” is even alive? There are only a couple thousand of
       us left, the chances-
Quickpaw: She is, she is! I felt her presence before, as soon as
we all got woken up or whatever happened back there. I just…
there were so many people, and then Unitus wanted to talk, and
then the fighting and everything. I have to find her.
Dash’s voice then cries out for her – Quickpaw turns to see the
young bot, still with Bumblebee, and the two race towards each
other, Quickpaw toppling over before her “sister” reaches her.
They hug each other tightly, as Umbraven gives Bumblebee a
thankful nod. He then wishes Dash luck, and she and Quickpaw
both thank him, before the retriever-bot asks him why he is so
big; he lets out a sigh. The Debt Collector addresses the
gathered Cybertronians (and Nosk’yra) in the Oracle chamber,
telling them that the Megatrons and Necrocide are tracking them
down already. Mirage discreetly summons the others, while
Dinobot asks the villain what her intentions are and why she
chooses not to ally herself with the rest of her race. Smirking,
she explains that she is allying with her people instead. Medusa
points out that they are all dead, and the Debt Collector’s
smirk drops a little. The Dawn Katana crew then enter, and
Prophecy directly approaches her old friend, clearly in a state
of clarity. She immediately tells the Debt Collector to let
their people go, but the villain responds that a runaway like
her as no right to tell her what to do.
       Prophecy: Let go of them.
Debt Collector: Who are you to tell me what to do, runaway?
Where were you when they died?
Prophecy then turns to the others, and explains that the
Zefetraian colonists died years ago – the Debt Collector
interrupts, stating that they had achieved limitless power and
it resulted in their demise. Only she and Prophecy remain alive,
as they had sealed away their ability to create life years ago.
She had attempted, repeatedly, to revive her people, but they
always died soon enough. They are fated to die… absolute power
corrupts absolutely, and it corrupted the fates of the
       Zefetraian people.
Toxiclaw is sat alone when Parallax approaches her – he asks if
she is okay, and she immediately tells him to leave her alone.
Hurt, he sits himself down beside her, and explains that he is a
Megatron, just like all of the ones that were attacking… but
that he just cannot understand their viewpoint. People are all
different, and can even surprise you. She remarks coldly that
they can also betray you, and abandon you; he counters that they
can make mistakes and deserve forgiveness.
Toxiclaw: Surprise. Betray. Abandon. Who’s to know what people
       will do?
Parallax: They make mistakes. Everyone does. The trick is to
forgive… otherwise we’d all be alone.
The clone concludes that this is only how he understands the
world, before leaving her alone. Paladin questions why the Debt
Collector cannot just let her people rest in peace, and she
claims that they deserve much more than that. Turning to Unitus
Prime, she warns him that absolute power always corrupts, and
that she shall be waiting for them on The Heavens-Way… where one
of them shall be victorious. She then teleports away; Swingback
asks how the villain could have created the Paradise Four if she
cannot make new life, but Paladin suggests that she used her
access to Arcrise’s powers. Prophecy agrees to this, clearly
back to her usual state, while Unitus Prime asks Medusa and
Nosk’yra to direct him somewhere to broadcast a message to the
Cybertronians – that they shall be heading to The Heavens-Way in
a matter of hours. As the trio leaves, Dinobot watches
Sickleclaw interacting with Paladin and the other Maximals. All
the while, in timeline c, Unitus’ ship and the Renegade Wish
have landed down near the wreckage of the Dawn Katana.
Buzzstreak is sat outside alone, as the Debt Collector
approaches her, Quantum Stopwatch in-hand. She tells the young
Maximal that there is still hope, so long as she uses the
Stopwatch. Buzzstreak asks how she can trust the chain-strewn
bot, and the response is to push the button and find out.
Buzzstreak: After everything that you’ve done, how can I trust
       you?
Debt Collector: I’m almost touched. The only way you can be
certain is to act. Push the button. See if you can trust me.
Taking a deep breath, Buzzstreak uses the Stopwatch… and in
timeline b, her body manifests itself from ambient dust. As she
steadies herself, the Debt Collector greets her… as they stand
together on The Heavens-Way, a massive spherical space station.

Episode 64 – Destinies and Destinations, Part 4 – Fate Undefined
       Airdate: Saturday 25th June 2016
Synopsis: Necrocide is trekking across a desolate plain, when a
large shadow is cast across him – looking up, he sees a large
ship overhead, and grins maniacally. Aboard, a Megatron asks his
colleague if he is certain that they want to do this. The other
Megatron explains that they can take advantage of the
Valoranian’s desire to wipe out the Cybertronians.
A fleet of a few dozen ships head across space, among them the
Dawn Katana (with its original crew, Sickleclaw, Medusa and
Nosk’yra aboard) and the Archaicon-piloted Renegade Wish.
Dinobot is communicating with the Dawn Katana, stating that he
is impressed that Medusa and Nosk’yra managed to find the
Archaicons’ timeline c ship in reality; the two ships’ A.I.s
talk all the while, with the Dawn Katana hopelessly attempting
to flirt. The Heavens-Way looms ahead, and Scale is the first to
notice two figures on the construct’s surface. The Dawn Katana
is the first to land with its crew disembarking as the other
ships follow. Buzzstreak immediately calls out to Unitus – she
rushes over to him as he stares in surprise (Scale, Arcrise and
Medusa equally so), and grabs him into a hug. The Debt Collector
stalks over, explaining that she is the timeline c version,
given form here – all the while, Buzzstreak asks Unitus about
the gathered Cybertronians as they all begin to exit their
ships, and begins to notice the timeline b versions of her own
       friends.
Debt Collector: I’d wipe that surprise from your face, if I were
you. It really doesn’t suit you.
       Unitus Prime: How…?
       Debt Collector: She’s the timeline c version. I – my timeline c
self, though the lines do blur there – guided her out, and
       granted her a new body.
Buzzstreak: Unitus… all those Cybertronians… you managed to
rescue them? Is that what happened? Were they here all along?
       And…
*she looks across to the others*
Buzzstreak: Oh. Hi, uhm… this is strange.
Unitus explains to her, gently, that her timeline is only a
virtual construction, a possible version of events captured by
the Debt Collector. These Cybertronians are the ones from his
own timeline, all still alive. Buzzstreak is shaken by this, as
Mirage deduces that the Debt Collector brought Buzzstreak out of
timeline c to gather the eight keys to fate; the villain
confirms this, and the bumblebee-bot is angered by the
revelation that she has simply been used.
Buzzstreak: You… you mean I’m not even real?
Unitus Prime: Buzzstreak, listen to me: you’re as real as you
       feel.
       Buzzstreak: But…
Mirage: Unitus, you said that she’s one of these ‘keys to fate’.
We were all together in timeline c, and now that this Buzzstreak
       is here…
Debt Collector: Correct. Now the collection is complete.
*Buzzstreak turns to the Debt Collector, a venomous look on her
       face*
       Buzzstreak: You used me.
Debt Collector: Welcome to the real world. Pardon the pun.
She attempts to charge the Debt Collector, but the villain
telekinetically holds her back before drawing the miniaturised
Valyssia engine from Arcrise’s chest. The rest of the team go to
attack, but with a single order of “halt”, they all freeze bar
Prophecy, Medusa and Nosk’yra (who instead stop in surprise).
The villain chuckles, just as a huge number of Megatron ships
become visible in the distance, making their approach. While the
Debt Collector chronoskims away (causing the Maximals to
unfreeze), Unitus tells the amassed Cybertronians to prepare
       their Omniconfigurator duplicates for battle.
       Deep within The Heavens-Way, the Debt Collector chronoskims in;
placing the Valyssia engine into hammerspace, she then
materialises the Legacy crystals briefcase and opens it. The
crystals float out telekinetically, and they follow after the
Debt Collector as she walks off. Necrocide is visibly antsy in a
cage aboard one of the Megatron ships, as the clones prepare
themselves and attempt to ignore their captive. Megatron 1’s
voice booms across the fleet, ordering that the army makes swift
work of eliminating every Cybertronian. Necrocide laughs
maniacally at this, cooing that the clones stand no chance,
before breaking out of his cage and attacking the Megatrons on
       that particular ship.
Necrocide: *laughs with all of his broken might* Look at you
all! Fascinating, and oh so futile. You don’t stand a chance.
You can’t even keep me captive. Look!
All the while, the lead Cybertronians head to the huge portal
ring at the north pole of The Heavens-Way – Medusa programmes in
the coordinates to Valyssia, noting that Ouranos helped her out
with them… only for the portal to come alive as a chaotic pool
of energies rather than generating fully. Nosk’yra suggests it
is the gauze field around Valyssia, and that he was afraid that
the portal would not be able to penetrate the field. Swingback
asks why he opted to use The Heavens-Way, and the alien explains
that the Vok guided him to it; while Paladin questions the Vok’s
place in all of this, Andromeda asks the others if they are
worried about the Debt Collector’s apparent control over them.
Swingback: If you thought this could happen, why did you bother
using this place? Surely there are others ways to get to
       Valyssia?
Nosk’yra: Indeed, and I researched many of them. The Heavens-Way
is simply the one that the Vok pointed me towards.
Paladin: What’s with these Vok? They seem to have a pretty big
       interest in us.
Andromeda: Guys… is anyone else worried about how the Debt
Collector made us just stop? It wasn’t even telekinesis, it was
       an order.
The Megatron fleet is almost upon the Cybertronians, even as one
ship careens away and explodes. Necrocide is thrown out of the
blast, crashing down onto The Heavens-Way while bits of ship and
Megatrons rain down. Unitus Prime orders some of the
Cybertronians to board their ships and confront the fleet in
space – Hummingstreak, Ripple, Straight-Aim and Freeline board
the Dawn Katana, while Dinobot has the other Archaicons fly the
Renegade Wish. Many Cybertronians remain on the construct’s
surface, firing up at the Megatron fleet as certain ships begin
to hover, their crew dropping down and beginning the fight.
Unitus Prime has the rest of his team scatter, while Medusa
heads below the surface. While the others quickly head into the
fray, Prophecy pauses, and turns to look at Unitus gravely. She
then transforms and scurries off, as a choral version of Fauré’s
Pavane begins. Necrocide quickly makes his way to Unitus,
grabbing the Prime by the neck… only for Dinobot to slice his
arm off. The Valoranian reels, while Dinobot stands by the
       recovering Prime’s side.
       Unitus Prime: Thank you.
Dinobot: Come on, Unitus – I expected better of a Prime.
Unitus Prime: Are you referring to me, or him?
Dinobot: I fear he lost his title.
       Unitus Prime: And his arm.
       Dinobot: *chuckles* Indeed.
They then narrowly evade a powerful blast, as Megatron 1
approaches across the battlefield. All the while, the battle
rages across the surface of The Heavens-Way, and above it –
ships soar around, firing upon one another, with the Dawn Katana
and the Renegade Wish in the heart of the action. Below, the
fighting is chaotic and frenzied – Ferros tears through clones,
and Quickpaw, Umbraven and Bumblebee band around Dash to protect
her. Noxa fights alongside the core heroes, and Parallax stands
firm against multiple taunting Megatrons. Medusa’s search
quickly leads her to the Debt Collector, who viciously attacks
her. Unitus and Dinobot battle against both Necrocide and
Megatron 1 as the portal continues to bubble and seethe; both
villains attempt to undermine one another while attacking the
Cybertronians, who cooperate brilliantly to hold their ground.
Beaten and sore, Medusa manages to slip past the Debt Collector,
and finds a strange contraption with all 45 Legacy crystals
attached to it. As the villain wraps a chain around Medusa’s
neck and begins to choke her, she explains the true purpose of
the Legacy crystals – to steadily drain away the very existence
of the Valyssian heroes with every use.
Debt Collector: I’m going to let you in on a secret, Medusa. The
true intention of the Legacy crystals. They’re not just the
legacies of your old friends… they’re tired directly to their
past existence. Every time a crystal is used, that bot gets a
little closer to being completely wiped from history.
Now she shall use this technology to remove them from existence
entirely… history shall be rewritten, and the people of
Zefetraia shall take their rightful place as the heroes of
       reality.

Episode 65 – Destinies and Destinations, Part 5 – The Way Home
       Airdate: Saturday 2nd July 2016
Synopsis: The battle across The Heavens-Way continues, as the
few thousand Cybertronians confront millions of Megatrons on the
station’s surface and above it. The Debt Collector makes her way
back towards the surface all the while, savouring every step and
       smirking.
Unitus Prime and Dinobot continue fighting against both
Necrocide and Megatron 1 in front of the gigantic, chaotic
portal – the Valoranian cackles madly that he shall kill the
Prime, then every Cybertronian, and then every living being,
forever. Megatron 1 knocks him aside, and comments on the joy of
the conflict all coming down to this, him against two of “his”
oldest allies. Just as he begins to pontificate, Necrocide leaps
over him and attacks Unitus and Dinobot; the Utahraptor-bot
snarls that it is not either villain’s place to choose the fates
of others, and that only the individual can define their role in
       life.
Dinobot: You are fools, both of you. Fate is not for anyone else
to define, least of all twisted souls such as yours – it is for
each person to choose. A person’s fate is their own to control.
Unitus concurs, summoning the Lokon blade and standing firm with
his old friend. All the while, the other Cybertronians continue
to fight the hordes of Megatron clones. Paladin and Sickleclaw
fight back-to-back, wielding their swords, before Paladin
summons his psionic bow and begins using it instead. Deep within
the station, Medusa lies in pain, struggling to breathe. She
looks up at the humming machinery holding the Legacy crystals,
which are now beginning to shine with light. With the fight in
front of the portal still raging, Necrocide continues to lash
out at all parties – growing frustrated, Megatron 1 grabs hold
of him, calling the Valoranian a deranged bug and a nuisance
before thrusting him against the chaotic swirls of the portal.
Megatron: Quiet! You really are a scourge, Necrocide – a
deranged bug getting in everyone’s way. You’re nothing but a
nuisance, and it’s time someone silenced you!
The energies begin to disperse Necrocide, but he only cackles
louder, oily-black tendrils erupting out and pouring into the
clone. Megatron doubles over and roars out in pain... before
standing upright, now some nightmarish fusion of the villains.
He deems himself the heroes’ worst nightmare, and lashes out at
them ruthlessly. The Debt Collector surfaces nearby, unnoticed
by the Cybertronians and Megatrons, and expands the Valyssia
engine to its full size. She then spies Buzzstreak, Scale,
Paladin, Mirage, Wildfire, Swingback and Andromeda amongst the
       fighting.
As the fusion continues its insane attacks on Unitus Prime and
Dinobot, the latter turns to the Prime, and advises him “we know
what we are, but not what we may be”. Wishing Unitus luck and
calling him old friend, he then leaps on top of the fusion,
impaling his sword into the monster’s head and using momentum to
send all three of them tumbling into the portal. The energies
disintegrate them, scattering their atoms across reality. Unitus
barely has time to react before he finds himself turning and
walking towards the Valyssia engine – the Debt Collector smiles
sweetly at him even as the others gather. As he walks, Medusa’s
voice comes to him: hauling herself to her feet far below, she
tells him that she is about to do something stupid and
important, but that she knows that it matters more than her own
       life.
Medusa: Unitus… I just wanted to… I needed to talk to you. The
Legacy crystals are… look, it doesn’t matter. I’ve got it. I’m
about to do something that’s probably very stupid. But that’s
good. I have people… friends… to save. That means more than my
own life. I think this is it for me… I’m scared, but by Primus,
       am I proud. So proud.
She cuts him off before he can plead with her, and he reaches
the Valyssia engine. The Debt Collector tells the gathered keys
to fate that it is less fun – and more taxing – for her to force
the bots into doing her bidding, but they are bound to her
command while indebted to her. She pulled so many strings and
even created timeline c as a place entirely under her control,
but it has all wound up like this. She explains that she shall
have them rewrite the fate of the Zefetraian people, who shall
then be revered god-heroes as they always should have been.
Debt Collector: I really didn’t want to do it this way… you’re
all bound to me through your debts, but it’s taxing and, well,
less fun like this. After all the work I’ve put into this, too.
I pulled so many strings, built everything up… even engineered
timeline c so that you could all be completely at my mercy. But
this is where we find ourselves. All of you, and me, and the
Valyssia engine. This is the moment I’ve been waiting for…
you’re going to do as I tell you. You’re going to rewrite the
fate of my people, the Cybertronians of Zefetraia, and make it
so they never die again. And then I’ll write us all into the
annals of history – the journeys and the victories that you and
yours all accomplished, they shall be ours! We shall take our
rightful place as the heroes, the idols, the gods! And we shall
       be revered!
At that moment, Medusa throws herself against the machinery, and
begins shining herself. We hear the voices of all the older
heroes, and Medusa assures them that she is saving them all…
until she vanishes, and the crystals fall to the floor. The Debt
Collector freezes in shock, sensing the disruption – suddenly,
Prophecy grabs her into a hug, telling her it is okay. Comforted
for a moment, the Debt Collector then realises that Prophecy has
locked away all of her powers. The key Maximals step away from
the Valyssia engine, while the Debt Collector breaks down,
shaken and devastated, crying that she just wanted to save her
       people.
Arcrise halts, feeling the Debt Collector’s control over her
release. She instantly transforms into her full form in a
maelstrom of flames, and then raises her head a little. With
that gesture, all of the Megatrons and their ships turn to dust
that scatters to the aether. Lowering her head a touch, Arcrise
reaches out, turning all of the Megatrons across reality – even
the Megatron 0 computer – into nothing. She then tilts her head
back a little, and the portal stabilises, the Beach of Origins
visible beyond it. The Cybertronians are all in shock, but
Unitus Prime quickly orders them all through the portal. As the
other keys and Prophecy stare at Arcrise in surprise, Unitus
tells them to head off too; they escort the shaken Debt
Collector with them as they depart. The Prime then approaches
Arcrise, who insists she calls her Illyiara and confirms that
their enemies are all gone. The two recognise that she shall
burn away again, and they say their goodbyes to one another
before she burns away, leaving another egg.
*Unitus Prime approaches Arcrise, as she faces away, staring out
       at space*
       Unitus Prime: Arcrise…
       Arcrise: Use my other name.
*he hesitates for the briefest of moments*
       Unitus Prime: Illyiara.
       *and she smiles*
       Arcrise: Waspinator…
*then her gaze refocuses on the stars*
Arcrise: I can see everything. We did it. Megatron and Necrocide
are dead. We really did it.
Unitus Prime: So why do I feel so sad?
Arcrise: Because you know what’s coming next. It's okay… I’ll be
back before you know it. I still owe you.
       Unitus Prime: For what?
Arcrise: For all of this. For saving me. For giving me a family.
*she finally turns to him, smiling*
Arcrise: For making me happy beyond words.
*and then she embraces him, and he hugs her back, even as her
       body begins to smoulder*
Arcrise: I’ll love you forever… my best friend.
Unitus Prime: And I’ll love you forever too, Illyiara.
*they hold their embrace for a moment longer, before she pulls
away, takes a step back, smiling lovingly, bravely… her body
burns away fast, in an intense flurry of flames*
Mirage and Nosk’yra join Unitus’ side; the latter explains that
the Zefetraian Cybertronians gained their powers from Vok
experimentation, and that the Vok were aiding Valyssia in
preserving its heroes and preventing the failed experiment from
being restored. All the while, the Cybertronians take in their
new surroundings – Prophecy, Buzzstreak, Scale, Paladin, Mirage,
Wildfire, Swingback, Andromeda and Sickleclaw discuss the
future, as Unitus (carrying Arcrise’s egg) and Mirage step
       through the portal.
       Scale: This is us, then.
Mirage: Sand. I’m so sick of sand…
Wildfire: It’s okay, this is beach sand! And there’s an ocean!
Andromeda: And treasure! Probably! Somewhere. Right?
Wildfire: We should look for treasure!
       Andromeda: Yeah!
       *Buzzstreak giggles at them*
       Buzzstreak: This… isn’t so bad.
Swingback: We’re not that different from the guys you knew, huh?
       Buzzstreak: It’s like nothing’s changed.
Paladin: We’ve all changed, though. Right?
       Sickleclaw: I think so.
Mirage: This is the start of something new. We’ll keep on
       changing.
Prophecy: Into a truck! Or a giraffe! Or a lobster-telephone!
*the others respond with everything from amusement to sighs*
       Prophecy: O-Or, y’know, we’ll just grow. We’re together, though,
       and that’s what matters!
*she beams at them all, and they smile in turn*
The Prime welcomes the Cybertronians to their new home, and
explains that they are now safe. As the core bots gather with
Unitus and Mirage, and the other familiar faces watch on, Unitus
declares that they have found their place in the world, and now
they must find what comes next.
As the Cybertronians continue to explore Valyssia, and
Sickleclaw erects a memorial for Dinobot with Paladin at her
side, Unitus Prime narrates about journeys, sacrifices, villainy
and heroism. Feeling that he has forgotten someone, he heads
back to The Heavens-Way… and finds Medusa, in her earlier
Predacon appearance having now never ventured into timeline a.
He asks her if she is coming, and though she is hesitant, he
insists there is a future for her. He holds out his hand, and
she joins him, heading through the portal to her new home.
Unitus Prime (narration): Life is never simple. You can never be
everyone’s friend, and you can never please everyone. Sometimes,
you can’t even please yourself… you can lose your way, or give
in to your darker side. But hold on tight. Because you’ll find
that you mean something… that the journeys you find yourself on
could change your life, and the lives of so many others. Even if
you have to sacrifice along the way, the things you could
achieve mean so much. That’s what it means to be a hero. That’s
what it means to fight the darkness. That’s what it means to be
       alive.
*while supervising others, Unitus Prime pauses, furrowing his
       brow*
       Unitus Prime: Someone’s missing…
       *he turns back to the massive portal opening hanging in mid-air;
we cut to The Heavens-Way as he walks through, and sees the
Predacon Medusa, stood alone on the station*
       Unitus Prime: Are you coming?
       Medusa: What’s the point?
Unitus Prime: A new beginning. If you’re up for it, that is.
       Medusa: They all hate me.
Unitus Prime: Then give them a reason to like you.
       Medusa: I hate them too…
Unitus Prime: Now you’re just being obstinate.
Medusa: There’s no place for me there, Prime.
Unitus Prime: There is. Trust me. You just have to find it.
*he holds out his hand to her, and she looks at him, hesitant,
fighting herself… before stepping forward, and taking his hand*
       Medusa: We’re fools.
*he simply chuckles and smiles at her, as they head back through
the portal, silhouetted by the light of Valyssia*
Unitus Prime (narration): That’s what it means to have hope.
