soon, the Maximals are caught within it. Friendships shall be
tested, loyalties shall be questioned, love shall be forged, and
nothing will ever be the same. Starring David Anders, Laura

       DOWNFALL
Release date: Friday 7th June 2013
Synopsis: Cybertron, Earth year 2455. Emberscales reports the
events of the past few weeks – including the loss of the Matrix
of Leadership, the death of the villainous Necrocide, and the
capture of the criminal Medusa – to his council. They are
pleased to hear of the Elite Guard’s success, but are hasty to
retrieve the Matrix; the planet’s leader remarks that he has
allies who are searching for it. As he leaves the council
offices, Blizzard approaches him, applauding his ability to
assuage the council’s fears. Emberscales informs her that they
will continue to function as ever, and that they have already
achieved great things. Prophecy chooses this moment to
surprise-hug him, purring that there is still much greatness to
come. In the Elite Guard headquarters, Ironfist, along with
Constant and Sonar, is showing Iguanus the basics of the tech
department. The Predacon turncoat is impressed with the amount
of technology, and thanks the Maximals for so readily accepting
him. Elsewhere in the building, Vapour is guarding the
imprisoned Medusa, oily black Necrocide-given scar still on her
face, when Wiretrap enters, noting that it is his turn to watch
over the prisoner. Vapour notes that he is impressed with the
trainee’s progress, and the younger bot notes that he has simply
been fortunate enough to be on important missions. Medusa sneers
       over his choice of words.
Vapour: Heh. I remember when you were a new recruit. You didn’t
know which way round you hold a blaster. Now look at you.
Wiretrap: I guess I’ve just been fortunate enough to get to go
on important missions, you know? Be right there in the action!
Medusa: You make it sound so flippant. Wisdom is obviously not
       something you have gained.
Cloudraker, Zero and Sabretail are in the communications bay
when they receive contact from the Epsilon-Zero – the crew of
Maximals who are tracking the Predacons have returned. The
fembots confirm the ship’s landing, and it touches ground
shortly thereafter. From out of the ship step Waspinator and
Dinobot, sharing banter, with Tidal Wave, Howlback, Cross-Shot
and Arcrise (receiving praise from Waspinator) following after.
Emberscales, Blizzard and Prophecy approach them, asking how the
mission went, and Waspinator notes that they have yet to locate
the Predacon ship, Ravager. As the group continue talking, the
ground starts to rumble… slowly at first, but steadily more, as
all of the Elite Guard agents feel it. As the Maximals stood
outside watch on, a large cruiser breaks through the surface of
       the planet.
The planet is quickly thrown into high alert, as the cruiser
heads into the atmosphere. The Elite Guard is baffled as to how
a large ship could come from within Cybertron; in the prison
cells, Wiretrap asks Medusa if she has anything to do with it,
and she remarks that she has no idea what is happening. Another
ship breaks through the planet’s surface, as the Maximals race
to understand what is happening. The populace of the planet is
terrified, and as the outside Maximals head into the Elite Guard
headquarters, Blizzard suggests a mass evacuation. Emberscales
notes that this would be risky, with the unknown cruisers still
in Cybertronian airspace, but as more ships start to tear
through the planet, he realises that he has no choice. He calls
for a mass evacuation, even as Ironfist, Iguanus and Constant
locate a strange signal from the planet’s core. Emberscales
sends Waspinator, Dinobot and their team down in the
Epsilon-Zero, has the tech crew continue analysis of the signal,
and orders the rest of the Elite Guard out to help with
evacuation. As Medusa suggests that Wiretrap join them, the
young bot states that he has to guard the criminal, no matter
what. The Epsilon-Zero speeds down towards the planet’s core,
evading the cruisers as they fly past; Cross-Shot is angry at
the cruisers for senselessly destroying their planet, but
Dinobot points out that anger clouds judgement, and Howlback
attempts to soothe the young archer.
Cross-Shot: Slaggin’ ships. Who gives them the right to trash
our home? I don’t care who they are or where they’re from, if I
       get to them-
Dinobot: Do not let your anger envelope you, child. It leads to
       mistakes… some very great indeed.
Howlback: Don’t worry, Cross-Shot. We’ll figure this out and
       we’ll deal with it.
The ship reaches the core, and the team bears witness to a large
portal. With evacuations on the surface becoming nigh-on
impossible, with many evacuee ships being destroyed by the
cruisers, and with the planet in tatters as more and more
cruisers break through, Emberscales considers their options.
Tidal Wave reports the portal, and the tech team in turn inform
Emberscales; the leader immediately suggests that they evacuate
through the portal, although many of the Elite Guard point out
that they do not know what lies on the other side. The
former-Prime sends out a new order across the planet, informing
the remaining inhabitants to head to the planet’s core, before
preparing the Elite Guard to do the same. Prophecy is notably
nervous over this. A cruiser flies through the portal, soaring
over the Epsilon-Zero, and Howlback remarks that whatever lies
on the other side is surely not good (at which Dinobot looks
knowingly at the portal). With Cybertron in ruins, the Elite
Guard head down towards the core in a few ships, Wiretrap still
guarding Medusa who is now in a portable cell. They reach the
       portal, even as a cruiser soars through with a smoking crater;
Emberscales orders that they fly through, and they do so,
finding themselves on an asteroid with ruined cruisers nearby…
and another fleet soaring up ahead. As some of the Maximals exit
their ships, Gigatron Transwarps over to them, and welcomes them
to the Total Conflict. A few minutes later, the remaining Elite
Guard (only our named bots) and evacuees are aboard the largest
of the new fleet, Leviathan. As Gigatron welcomes them aboard,
they are greeted by an imposing figure: Nova Supreme, the leader
of the Alliance (formed from a number of heroic Cybertronian
       factions).
Nova Supreme: I understand that you are of Universe 1, timeline
       b. I am Nova Supreme; leader of the Alliance, the Allied Forces
of the Autobots, Maximals, Omnicons, Kyroska and assorted other
       factions.
Various other bots appear – not only our familiar team (Feral,
Nightscream, Firecloud, Ratbat, Ouranos and Streetwise), but
also Uproar, Cynder, Razorbeak and Abydos. The wolf-bot
excitedly greets his friends, exclaiming that he has something
to show them. He leads them off, though he notes to the trainees
(Tidal Wave, Howlback, Cross-Shot, Arcrise and Wiretrap) that
there is not much point in them coming along. The group feel
left out as their senior team-mates head off, although Prophecy
joins them, noting that she already knows what the others are
       about to learn.
Elsewhere, a titanic fembot sits on a dark throne. She is
Galvatron – one of her lieutenants approaches her, and remarks
that while they have yet to find the One True Matrix in Universe
1, timeline b, they have captured a team of Predacons who have
information on it. As Skysquawk, Rampage, Snapjaw, Ambush and
Drain are brought forward, she asks them what they know of the
Matrix’s location, but Skysquawk refuses to tell her, noting
that he does not bow down to anyone. Smirking maniacally,
Galvatron proceeds to attack the Predacon leader, who fights
back in kind. The battle is short and ruthless, and it is
obvious that the fleet commander is far more powerful. As a
battered Skysquawk collapses to the ground, he explains that the
Matrix was launched out of the universe with an Alternity
cannon… and he noted down the coordinates.
Galvatron: Now, we’re going to try this again, and this time, if
you refuse, I tear your spinal column out. What information do
       you have regarding the Matrix?!
Skysquawk: *coughs* It was… launched out of our universe… some
Alternity cannon, something like that. I… I kept note of the
       coordinates… just in case.
Galvatron welcomes the team to the Conglomeration. On Leviathan,
Uproar leads the Elite Guard to various adapted CR chambers –
not to restore the body, he notes, but to restore memories. The
universe they lived in was different, once, he explains: the
timeline was altered and their memories lost. These adapted CR
chambers, however, can bring them back. The bots step in,
besides Dinobot; when Waspinator asks why, his friend does not
respond. As the chambers activate, memories come flooding back
to the bots – and Waspinator witnesses the dark regions of his
past, Dinobot, Streetwise, Cloudraker… Illyiara, and the Arcrise
Machine. He stares at an apologetic Dinobot through the
chamber’s glass, before getting out, racing to the hangar, and
stops upon looking at Arcrise… and realises that she looks just
like Illyiara. As the other Elite Guard agents, shaken, return
to the hangar, Nova Supreme calls for a conference.
As Nova Supreme, the Elite Guard and the familiar Alliance
members sit around a table, Nova Supreme explains the basics.
All Cybertronians, in every universe, derive from the same
single being, Primus. Each universe possesses a crystal known as
the Matrix of Leadership, which connects to Primus’ very
essence; the holder of the Matrix is known as Prime. Due to
events several years ago – events which the Elite Guard now
remember – the entire Cybertronian race was focused through
Emberscales’ Matrix, and then all resurrected. This made
Emberscales the One True Prime, and his Matrix, the One True
       Matrix.
Nova Supreme: An entire race – every one of us, across reality –
we all died, and the only Matrix left was yours. You saw us out,
Emberscales; you saw us back. That made you the One True Prime,
the one to unite us. In turn, your Matrix gained the title of
       One True Matrix.
Gigatron notes that all this resting on their universe may
partially be due to how many of the Maximals’ adventures lead
(in a complicated way) to the formation or reinforcing of
reality… which is also why the timeline had to be reset. Nova
Supreme explains that the Total Conflict that erupted from the
race’s mass-resurrection has now streamlined into two massive
forces – the Alliance and the Conglomeration. Both sides realise
that they need the One True Matrix to have any chance of
victory. Streetwise chimes in that each Matrix has its own
resonant signal, so if they can figure out the signal of the One
True Matrix from Emberscales’ body, they will be able to locate
and secure it before the Conglomeration. Emberscales OKs this,
       and the conference is ended.
The Maximals continue to mill about Leviathan; Waspinator and
Cloudraker discuss their new memories, including those of their
budding romance. They both conclude that the memories feel
surreal – as though it does not feel quite like them. They
clarify that they feel no great attraction towards one another,
and Cloudraker heads off as Streetwise approaches. Waspinator
asks how she is no longer bound to one universe, and she
explains that when the Arcrise Machine restored Universe 1,
timeline a and created timeline b, it also reached out and
allowed her to move freely between universes. The Elite Guard
asks if she knows the truth about Arcrise, and she admits that
she does not. Nightscream, Firecloud, Ratbat and Ouranos are
able to figure the signal from Emberscales’ spark chamber, and
Blizzard helps Feral input it into the ship’s systems – the
fleet starts to head off in the direction of the signal. All the
while, the trainees (barring Wiretrap) discuss the other agents’
returned memories – they feel as though they are being denied
their own pasts just because they were not involved in the great
events of the previous timeline. Arcrise comments on the look
that Waspinator gave her when he got his memories back – he has
never looked at her like that before.
       Arcrise: Waspinator… he…
Tidal Wave: Huh? What is it?
Arcrise: Did you see the look that he gave me? He’s never looked
at me like that. Not ever.
As Medusa clutches her head in pain, Wiretrap asks what is
wrong; the criminal notes that it is nothing, but warmly thanks
him for asking, surprising him. Waspinator asks Dinobot why he
chose not to tell him about the previous universe – Dinobot
states that it was not his place to say, and apologises. Just
then, the ship is rocked – the Conglomeration fleet is flying in
the same path as the Alliance.
As the Elite Guard head to Leviathan’s sizeable bridge, Nova
Supreme explains that the Conglomeration must also know where
the One True Matrix is. Indeed, aboard the Conglomeration
flagship, Triptica, Galvatron orders her fleet to prepare for a
warp jump. Nova Supreme, in turn, orders a Phase Kyropod strike
       – from various Alliance ships, escape pod-like contraptions
launch out, directly into Conglomeration ships, phasing straight
into them. The Elite Guard offers to help, but Nova Supreme
refuses, noting that they cannot risk losing them to the
Conglomeration if they hope to win the war; they instead turn to
Emberscales, who allows a small team to head across. Waspinator
and Dinobot lead their team, with Prophecy following along
desperately, and Nova Supreme reprimands the former-Prime’s
foolishness. As the ships continue firing on one another,
Waspinator, Dinobot, Tidal Wave, Howlback, Cross-Shot, Arcrise
and Prophecy prepare to enter Phase Kyropods, Waspinator now
avoiding eye-contact with Arcrise. Cross-Shot questions how the
Conglomeration can be so ruthless, but Dinobot points out that
both sides are acting the same, and how both he and Waspinator
       were once Predacons.
Cross-Shot: They don’t care, do they? That they’re killing
innocent lives, I mean. I can’t stand them. They’ll just destroy
       anything if it means winning.
Dinobot: Are the Alliance doing any less? And in any case… I
used to be one of ‘them’; Waspinator, too. Do not make
       assumptions so readily.
The team blast across to a Conglomeration ship, phasing through
walls until they choose to eject, and immediately start
attacking Conglomeration troops. Galvatron is alerted to the
presence of Universe 1, timeline b residents being aboard one of
her ships, and the Predacons offer to confront them; the
powerful fembot approves. The Maximals continue fighting through
the Conglomeration troops, with Dinobot using his sword
ruthlessly and Cross-Shot displaying her expert marksmanship.
Conglomeration Phase Kyropods likewise launch into the Alliance
ships, including Leviathan, and the Elite Guard agents help
       fight off the enemy troops.
Ravager lands down on the same Conglomeration ship as
Waspinator and Dinobot’s team, and the Predacons step out,
splitting up to find their enemies. Galvatron is alerted that
the fleet is ready for warp jump, and she gleefully orders them
to do so. The ships blast off at incredible speed across
universes, leaving the Alliance behind. The Maximals on the
Conglomeration ship are rocked, but continue fighting, even as
the Predacons start to find them. Nova Supreme is angered at the
loss of seven of the Elite Guard, and snaps at Emberscales,
       before stalking off.
Nova Supreme: Look at what you’ve done! Seven of your people are
as good as dead now! Your rash action has potentially cost us
dearly, and the Conglomeration are closer to securing the One
True Matrix than we are! No wonder the Matrix was torn away from
       you.
The remaining Conglomeration troops on Leviathan are quickly
dispatched. As the Conglomeration fleet reaches its destination
universe, Galvatron commands her fleet to spread out – the
Alternity cannon is not a precise weapon, and the One True
Matrix may well have drifted from its coordinates. Waspinator
reaches the engines of the ship, and manages to damage them
beyond repair even as Snapjaw reaches him. The ship plummets
down towards a nearby planet, and chaos envelopes those
on-board. As it slams down to the planet’s surface, many die.
Waspinator rushes off, calling for the Maximals to regroup
outside, as Skysquawk does the same. Gigatron approaches
Emberscales, and the leader asks his mysterious ally why he
referred to him, in vague terms, as the One True Prime if he has
failed in uniting all Cybertronians. Gigatron notes that the
Arcrise Machine has altered many things – Emberscales is still
greatly important, but the Matrix will impart its power and
       wisdom to a new Prime.
The Maximals and Predacons, as well as the remaining
Conglomeration troops, exit the ruins of the cruiser –
Waspinator immediately suggests that, considering that they are
marooned, they should put their differences aside for now.
Although the Predacons sneer at this, Arcrise notes that she can
feel the One True Matrix’s signal nearby. The Predacons concede,
but as Waspinator goes to lead the team off, Dinobot asks if it
is worth retrieving the Matrix after all. He remarks that the
fleets are so hell-bent on victory – as with every iteration of
Cybertronian war – that one side gaining the Matrix would be
       nothing more than temporary victory.
Dinobot: Time after time, our people fight – and with every
victory, the losers brood, and plan, and conflict starts anew.
What can we hope to achieve with the Matrix but a short pause in
       an ever-lasting war, Waspinator?
Waspinator refutes this, and hastily leads the team on. Medusa
continues to clutch her head in pain; Wiretrap expresses his
concern, and the Predacon notes that he is truly a considerate
bot. She suggests that he has the makings of a Prime, perhaps
even capable of uniting all factions. As he modestly disagrees,
Medusa notes that she would follow him, before the two share a
kiss. The Maximal/Predacon team reaches a strange civilisation,
somewhat tribal yet technologically advanced, with a gargantuan
tower in the village’s centre. The natives are untrusting of the
new arrivals, but Prophecy cheerily explains that they mean
well. Up ahead, on a pedestal, is the Matrix of Leadership.
As Waspinator approaches, one of the natives explains that it
is a gift from the gods that fell from the sky. Gently lifting
up the Matrix by the handles, the Maximal finds that this is
merely the casing. The actual crystal is absent. As the Maximals
question how this could be so, Ambush notes that the resonant
signal used by the Alliance to find the Matrix is imbued in the
casing, not the crystal. As Howlback enquires about the crystal,
the natives explain that they ‘returned it to the gods’ – they
launched it back with their own Alternity cannon, the tower.
Waspinator asks Arcrise if she can sense the crystal – glad that
he is paying her attention, she pushes her powers and manages to
locate the crystal in Universe 1, timeline a, in the Tenvora
system… on the planet Trayka. Waspinator and Dinobot recognise
the planet, and Waspinator asks the natives if they have
transport. Snapjaw points out that the Predacons still do – he
draws out three glowing orbs, data-keys, and has Ravager
Transwarp over to them. The younger Maximals are untrusting of
stepping onto the enemy ship, but Waspinator remarks that the
Predacons want the Matrix too, and if they do attempt to turn on
the Maximals, they will be outnumbered and over-powered. Dinobot
again argues that there is no point in retrieving the Matrix as
it will only temporarily halt the conflict. Waspinator asks him
what else they can do, and the saurian bot concedes that he is
       unsure yet.
Waspinator: What other option do we have right now, Dinobot? If
you’re so sure that there’s another way, a permanent fix, then
       what is it?
Dinobot: I… do not know. Not yet.
The bots board Ravager, and head off, with both Cross-Shot and
Drain discretely contacting Nova Supreme and Galvatron,
respectively, about the Matrix’s location. They alert their
       fleets.
Ravager heads towards Trayka in the current universe, but the
Maximals and Predacons are aware that they need to return to
their own universe, too. As the ship is not set up to traverse
universes, Tidal Wave and Howlback suggest that Arcrise attempts
to pass them through, as she did with the dimensional wall once
before. The powerful fembot is unsure, but Waspinator turns to
her, assuring her that he believes in her even as his eyes well
       a little.
Waspinator: Arcrise… Arcrise, listen to me. I believe in you. I
know that you can do this, because you have the power to, and
more than that, you have the tenacity to push yourself far
enough. You can do anything if you try hard enough. And you
will, if you have to, because you’re so brilliant like that.
Just like… And I had no idea, until now. I was so blind. But
you’re brilliant, Arcrise. I know you can do this.
Confused, she nevertheless reaches out – chaotic energy swirls
around the ship as it flies, until it materialises in Traykan
airspace. The Mayor of Vendrey, the capital city, contacts the
ship, asking if their arrival is related to the messages they
have been receiving from Cybertronian fleets. Waspinator
confirms that it is, but that they do not wish to cause any
trouble. The Mayor states that he will send a platform-ship up
for the conflict to occur in – he will not tolerate any war on
the planet’s surface. Arcrise detects the One True Matrix is
located on an island in the Traykan Prime Ocean – Ravager lands
down, and the bots step out to the sun setting, Waspinator
remarking that this was once used as an enemy base in timeline
       a. Dinobot finds the Matrix, and takes it, noting that he will
keep guard of it until – or rather, if – the conflict is
       resolved.
Dinobot: I will hold onto the Matrix. I’ll keep guard until… no,
if… your conflict comes to a close. This crystal belongs to the
victor, yes? Then it shall be waiting here for the victor to
       retrieve.
Uncertain, Waspinator allows this, and both teams board Ravager,
Skysquawk sneering that as soon as they reach the platform-ship,
they are enemies again. The fleets draw close, and both ships
receive the message from the Mayor of Vendrey – neither leader
seems convinced, but they send some of their troops down onto
the platform-ship. Medusa convinces Wiretrap to release her and
let her help, as the two join the Elite Guard agents.
Ravager lands on the platform-ship, and Waspinator leads his
team off of the Predacon ship quickly, joining their allies in
the battle in the cavernous Traykan vehicle as the Predacons
follow. The battle is fierce – the Maximals and Alliance troops,
and the Predacons and Conglomeration troops, are near-enough
evenly matched (much like the two fleets above, visible through
the glass ceiling), and Skysquawk attacks Arcrise, with the
fembot starting to push her powers further. Down on the island,
Dinobot is still holding the Matrix when Galvatron Transwarps
in. She demands the crystal of him… as Nova Supreme also
Transwarps in. Dinobot is not surprised; the two titans start
brawling. As Arcrise continues fighting against Skysquawk, and
her powers continue to increase themselves, she suddenly gains
flashes of Illyiara’s life. Reeling, Skysquawk manages to strike
her, and her powers blast out of control, shutting off the
platform-ship’s engines. The vehicle plummets towards the
island, as Nova Supreme and Galvatron continue trading blows,
       both physical and verbal.
*Galvatron holds her plasma cannon to Nova Supreme’s head*
Galvatron: Aha, here we are, how it was always meant to end. How
many times have we fought? How many times do you fail to learn?
Nova Supreme: Tell me, Galvatron, which is faster – your
       trigger-finger, or my reflexes?
       Galvatron: You still haven’t learnt?
Nova Supreme: You still can’t identify a rhetorical question?
*she shoots even as he dives down, driving up into her*
As the platform-ship comes crashing down, its glass ceiling
shattering, Dinobot, Nova Supreme and Galvatron enter it, and
the conflict becomes even more charged. The Matrix crystal is
knocked from Dinobot’s hands, but the conflict is too fierce for
many to notice – it ends up rolling towards Wiretap, who picks
it up… and becomes enveloped in its light.
The conflict stops as both sides watch the young bot’s form
start to shift and upgrade- and then he reels in pain. Medusa
smirks, which Blizzard notices – the Predacon explains that they
shared a kiss, and he ingested a tiny sample of her scar tissue.
As his form starts to mutate, the Predacon explains that the
power of the Matrix is giving the tissue the energy to grow, and
take over Wiretrap’s form. Emberscales asks what she means, and
Medusa remarks that the scar Necrocide gave her was a
contingency plan – a sample of his DNA left for his mind to pass
into. She would do anything to get him out of her head…
Emberscales: What? What do you mean?
Medusa: When he left this scar on my face, it was more than
punishment. It was a contingency plan. A sample of his tissue,
his DNA, just a little, still there even if he died. Something
left for his mind to retreat into… into my head. Screaming.
Scheming. Tormenting me. I had to get him out. And you know me…
I’ll do anything to reach my goals…
… and Wiretrap’s body ceases its transformation, now a new form
for Necrocide. He immediately tosses the Matrix away before it
harms him, and declares himself the new Prime, asking who shall
bow to him. Nova Supreme does so; Emberscales points out that
this new “Prime” is a madman, but the Alliance leader does not
care, as he was empowered by the Matrix’s light. Necrocide turns
to Galvatron, asking if she will bow, and she sneers
determinedly that she bows to no one. The false-Prime proceeds
to tear her apart with his strengthened psionic powers. As he
asks anyone else if they refuse to bow, Waspinator picks up the
Matrix crystal, raising it above his head. He remarks that the
Matrix destroys Necrocide’s tissue, and so long as the Maximals
       have this, they have hope.
Waspinator: HOLD IT! Necrocide… we beat you before. We stopped
you, and killed you. And you’re not afraid? We have the Matrix.
The One True Matrix. Its power can burn you to a crisp. And its
power can unite all of us, every Cybertronian, together as one
species. So long as we have this, there’s hope.
And then the One True Matrix is fired upon, and shatters.
Fragments slam into Waspinator, as well as Tidal Wave, Howlback,
Cross-Shot and Snapjaw standing close by, while the rest scatter
out, powered by the Matrix’s incredible power, into space. In
pain, Waspinator turns… Dinobot drops Galvatron’s plasma cannon,
an apologetic yet stern look on his face. Waspinator demands to
know why Dinobot destroyed the crystal, as Necrocide cackles. He
calls his new-found followers to board Leviathan, and wishes the
Maximals luck in attempting to stop him, before he, Nova Supreme
and much of the Alliance and Conglomeration troops Transwarp
away. Phase Kyropods launch between the fleets – Ironfist notes
that the troops are choosing sides… no longer Alliance and
Conglomeration; it is now Necrocide’s army and those who choose
       to stand against him.
Emberscales calls the remaining bots together, although the
Predacons leave on Ravager. He informs them that they must stand
strong and stop Necrocide – he is a genocidal maniac who will
likely use the destructive power of the Cybertronians to spread
chaos across reality. Solemn, he leads the group in Transwarping
to the largest remaining ship, Panthalassa, though Waspinator
notes he shall follow shortly, and Dinobot is stood off on his
own. As the others Transwarp away, Waspinator notices that
Arcrise is still there, in pain. He walks over to her, and she
tells him that she has discovered Illyiara’s memories. They
embrace, but Waspinator notes that her body feels warm. She
notes that she is dying – her body was not ready for the amount
of power she rapidly reached – but makes clear that she will
return, and that she loves him, as both Illyiara and Arcrise.
They say their tearful goodbyes, before she bursts into flame.
[‘Future’ (see below) begins here, minus initial talking]
Slowly, ferociously, she burns away. As Waspinator looks at the
ashes, he finds a small, silver egg. Picking it up, he turns to
Dinobot. [We reach the first gap in the vocals here]
Waspinator: Why? Why did you do that?
Dinobot: The Matrix will do nothing, Waspinator.
       Waspinator: How do you know?
Dinobot: Because there was no good and evil in this war. Just
two sides determined to destroy one another and everything that
       got in their way.
       Waspinator: And what about you?
Dinobot: … I will find my own path. The path away from
       everything else. And you?
Waspinator: I’ll keep on fighting. There is hope. The Maximals –
our Maximals – still serve justice.
Dinobot: I can only hope so, old friend.
[The second verse starts here] With that, the saurian robot
turns, walking away, while Waspinator Transwarps away with the
egg. Aboard Panthalassa, we see the new Rebellion settling in
and preparing themselves for what will inevitably be a long
conflict. Sonar checks over Tidal Wave, Howlback and Cross-Shot,
while Waspinator looks out at space, clutching the egg. Gigatron
joins him. [We reach the second gap in the vocals]
       Waspinator: What now?
Gigatron: What do you believe to be next?
Waspinator: … those fragments. They’re still out there. We can
find them. We can restore the Matrix.
Gigatron: And Arcrise will join you again, in time.
Waspinator: *clutching the egg closer* We need to do this. For
       everything we’ve lost.
Gigatron: We all have a duty. And I believe in you, Waspinator.
Gigatron walks away, as Waspinator continues to stare out into
space, the camera slowly panning out to show the Rebellion
fleet. [music swells to around 3:27, at which point we cut to
       black, and the credits]

The story will continue in Transformers: Fragments
       [hr]
'Future', by Paramore. I'd advise listening to this with
headphones so you can really feel the music, and so you can
still hear it when it quietens down nearer the end for a short
       while.

Wow, now THAT is what I call a ride. This is most definitely
what you'd call a movie... I mean just... yowza! A
roller-coaster from start to finish dude... hard to know where
to begin. xD BTW, if this were a real movie, what would be the
       running time?
Okay, starting off with a brief recap of Rise is a good idea,
first of all. Make it fresh in the viewer's minds and all; I
liek it. Lol Prophecy hugs him. Sweet, the tech department. And
good to see Iguanus finally give way to his morals, and party
hard with the Maximals. And there's our good friend Medusa, and
cool, a dialogue-exchange. Yey Sabretail is mentioned; I feel
accomplished! Lol I should've seen it coming you'd start us off
with the planet being wiped out. Lol @ Cross-Shot getting pissed
off at the ships; good ol Cross-Shot. Imagining this with Karen
Gillian's voice is teh winz. All the Maximals go through the
portal... oh hai Gigatron, total conflict, and the main
universe! Lol Nova Supreme... I suspected from the beginning
something was up; Novas are never good. All the guys meet each
       other, sweet.
Meanwhile, a female Galvatron(wat and lol) has captured our
Predacons! Yay Predacons this movie would make me sad if they
weren't in it! Skysquawk loses, but at least he wasn't killed.
Clearly Galvatron was cheating. :P (I know she wasn't but
still... SKYSQUAWK BE THE BEST). Oh snap, memories from before
the whole reset Rise thing are added in to the mix, sweet. A
recap of the Matrix stuff, giving me some new info. How did all
the Cybertronians die again; it's been a while. Explanation
about Streetwise, lol @ Cloudraker and Waspy not really feeling
it anymore and just kinda going their separate ways. Aww poor
Arcrise... and yay the Predacons attack! Though before that, all
these Wiretrap-Medusa moments were totally making me think
something was up and later I was validated.
Epic battle ensues, of course some of the Elite Guard goes over,
but oh noes they're still on the ships as they warp away! Lol
Nova u just keep giving me reason to be suspicious of you.
Everyone crash-lands on a planet, Skysquawk, being infinitely
wise(I'm serious no sarcasm), agrees to the truce from Waspy.
Dinobot questions the MacGuffin, and makes some foreshadowing I
didn't realize until later. Eww Wiretrap kissed Medusa, what an
idiot. Lol at primitives worshipping the Matrix, and hurrah for
the Ravager saving the day! More foreshadowing and doubt with
       Dinobot.
They all go to Trakya, with the aid of a brilliant and
heartwarming speech from Waspy to Arcrise, which now has a
mayor, who begs for them not to fight. So naturally, about ten
minutes later some epic fighting ensues, and the rest of the
Alliance and Conglomeration arrive to get it on. Lol @ Galvatron
and Nova squabbling like a married couple. Wiretrap dooms us all
by flirting with Medusa, and Necrocide returns. I saw him
returning coming from a mile away, but not in Wiretrap, lol.
Nova proves himself to be a blind zealot(saw it from ten miles
away), and Galvatron dies a defiant warrior, gotta love her.
Waspinator makes some hope, Dinobot shatters it(liek a baws),
and some fragments slam in to people and the rest fly away. I
noticed Snapjaw has some. Snapjawimus Prime 2013. The two armies
re-organize in to two different armies, and new awesome war
begins. The Predacons leave, like any sane people would, and
Emberscales Prime in his insane heroism launches a
rebellion(still sweet). Arcrise dies in a heartwarming moment,
once again proving that Waspinator should never ever ever ever
ever romance anyone because horrible things will happen to them,
but hey she left an egg behind so that's better than most.
Dinobot goes off as a broody loner again, with justifiable
reasons, while Waspinator still hopes. One last exchange reveals
the importance of the fragments, and probably that Waspinator
has a great destiny ahead. Epic rebellion thing begins. Sweet.
So yeah... all in all... WHERE IS FRAGMENTS U BASTARD I CAN'T
       WAIT THE ANTICIPATION WILL KILL ME! ;_;

I dunno where to begin now. XDXD
Remember, I'm partially doing this as its own story that a new
viewer could ostensibly start with. Draped in continuity but all
       explained in-story. :P
I'm surprised you didn't respond more vehemently to DINOBOT
DESTROYING THE MATRIX OF LEADERSHIP. :P That moment is just
brilliant to me. In one instant, all hope is gone, and his
character is shifted irrevocably down a new path.
Wanna make clear, Medusa is still with the Maximals. I was gonna
do a scene where Emberscales asks why she didn't go with the
other Preds and she notes that she's the Maximals' captive, but
       I forgot. XD
I do hope you listened to the song while reading. When I first
heard it, I KNEW it belonged with this film. Incredible piece of
       music. :3
There's only one Fragment each in Waspy, Cross-Shot, Tidal Wave,
       Howlback and Snapjaw. :3
Haha, of course Necrocide would come back. XD And Wiretrap was
ALWAYS his new body. From the off. :3
Erm, there was always a Mayor of Vendrey. XD
As for Fragments - first episode is Saturday 29th June. In all
       it's SHAFT-y goodness. ;)
       A.
Edit: Oh, run time, since 3 paragraphs = about 30 minutes, 14
paragraphs (with one slightly shorter) = about 140 minutes, 2
hours 20 minutes, minus credits, which must be at least 5
minutes for 'Future' to finish. :P
