Episode 6 – Lost to the Stars
       Airdate: Saturday 30th March 2013
Synopsis: The Predacons continue fighting against the Polix
police force, taking advantage of the imperial tower’s honeycomb
structure to take out officers. Bloodtide realises that they
still have a number of floors to cover, and orders Skysquawk and
Drain to fly ahead. They do so, even as Necrocide joins them,
cheering Bloodtide’s tactics and scolding Medusa for not
thinking of the idea (ignoring her newfound lack of authority).
The Maximals likewise scale the building, using their Elite
Guard status (and Emberscales Prime’s title) to bypass security.
A device of Ironfist’s design indicates that the item that the
       Predacons are after is in the top floor of the tower;
Emberscales decides to fly up and intercept the Predacons, and
leaves the rest of his team to try and catch up to the villains
beforehand. Ironfist, as the only fully-fledged Elite Guard
agent, leads the team to the next floor. All the while, the
Maximal army draws close to Polix; Waspinator and Dinobot
prepare themselves, with Dinobot remarking that there is an
ominous feeling in the air, and Waspinator assuring his ally
that they can pull through. Prophecy watches on, sombre.
Blizzard informs her fleet to prepare for arrival at Polix in
ten minutes’ time, while Tidal Wave co-pilots the ship (still
seemingly a little unused to piloting). As Emberscales Prime
continues flying up the side of the tower, Skysquawk and Drain
notice him; they turn, flying back down to attack him, and the
Prime manoeuvres around, aiming to reach the top floor as
quickly as possible. The Predacons follow after him, even as
their allies continue heading from floor to floor, Necrocide
easily eliminating the Polix police officers with his new
psionic abilities. He announces that they shall soon reach the
dimensional gate, and will be able to move on to their next
       goal.
Ironfist and his team finally reach the landing point of
Ravager, and bear witness to the carnage that the Predacons
caused, with police officers dead everywhere. Wiretrap suggests
sneaking into the Predacon ship to retrieve information, and
Ironfist hesitantly sends the young bot and Arcrise inside. He,
Howlback and Cross-Shot continue up, very much aware that they
may be too late to save any lives. Indeed, the Predacons reach
the top floor at the same time – at this point, the tower stands
beyond the planet’s atmosphere, with an atmospheric shell
keeping the uppermost floors safe. The dimensional gate is not
the only item here – Necrocide is excited upon noticing an
Alternity cannon… a weapon capable of firing across universes.
Outside, Skysquawk and Drain continue hounding Emberscales
Prime, eventually opening fire on him. The Prime turns to fight
them, but while he and Skysquawk are about evenly matched, the
presence of Drain turns the tides, and the Maximal is gradually
beaten into submission. Skysquawk heaves Emberscales up to the
top floor, depositing him there for Necrocide. The Valoranian
congratulates Skysquawk and Drain, but upon approaching
Emberscales, he suddenly recoils, sensing the Matrix of
Leadership within him. As he orders the Predacons to restrain
the Prime, he looks at the Alternity cannon again, an idea
forming in his head as he smirks deviously. Inside Ravager,
Arcrise and Wiretrap scan over the ship’s files. As Arcrise
notes that the Predacons seem to be attempting to access a
hidden dimension, Wiretrap suddenly kisses her. He admits to his
surprised ally that he finds her cute, but she awkwardly brushes
       him aside.
As Ironfist, Howlback and Cross-Shot continue journeying up the
imperial tower, Blizzard contacts Ironfist, noting that she
cannot reach Emberscales Prime. Ironfist is confused, and
concerned; Blizzard informs him that the fleet are approaching
       Polix. Indeed, Necrocide can see this from the top of the tower;
he approaches the now-restrained Emberscales Prime, taunting him
that the Maximals will fall. Keeping a reasonable distance, he
uses tendrils to force open the Prime’s chest, extract the
Matrix of Leadership (the tendrils sizzle as they touch it), and
place it into the Alternity cannon. He cheerily tells
Emberscales to wish the Matrix goodbye, before activating the
cannon – it explosively fires the Matrix out into space, where
it quickly warps out of the universe. Emberscales cries out in
despair as his body regresses back to its pre-Prime form.
Content, Necrocide clambers onto the very top of the tower,
which Blizzard and her team witness from their ship. She orders
the fleet to pinpoint their weaponry on him and open fire; they
do so, fifty ships all firing at the Valoranian… and not a
single blast reaches him. The compressed blasts float two feet
in front of Necrocide, before he absorbs it via his tendrils.
Smirking, he uses his psionic powers to crush and explode almost
every ship, rocking Blizzard’s ship and raining fire and
wreckage down upon Polix. Bloodtide activates the dimensional
gate, and Necrocide, clambering back inside, orders a remote
Transwarp. Arcrise senses this within Ravager, and quickly
teleports herself and Wiretrap out, back to Ironfist, Howlback
and Cross-Shot (Wiretrap asks why Arcrise could not have
teleported them earlier, to which she notes that it was simply
instinctive). All the while, Blizzard’s ship lands down at the
top floor of the tower; the five rush out to aid Emberscales.
Tidal Wave remarks that Necrocide left their ship alone as he
does not want them dead – he wants to hurt them, by crushing
what they hold dear. Blizzard contacts Ironfist, informing him
that they will rendezvous on the nearby Cybertronian colony… and
that the Matrix of Leadership is lost.

4-A slow episode, but I'm sure that was intentional. Kind of the
set-up and character development before we get to the big
action-y stuff. Oh snap, if Medusa is a little anxious that
Necrocide is too crazy, then he really is TOO CRAZY. xD Him
hanging out with Psychosis... I can see that, and it makes me
afraid. The Maximals split up, and awww, Tidal Wave and Howlback
are gonna be separated for a tad. D: Is there something
meaningful about Prophecy kissing Emberscales on the forehead?
Lol Arcrise has feelings for Waspinator, that's pretty cool.
Those new recruits are going to all die, calling it now.
Flicksting and Snapjaw, like an old married couple. |3 Ha,
Medusa is worried enough to beg her crew to help her against
Necrocide if push comes to shove. Dude really is mental... and
       very very powerful.
5-Wow, they got to that gate really quick, but the Maximals are
coming in to save the day! Aww, Skysquawk, you daring amazing
dude... I pray you survive this season. Oh, they escape, and
poor Skysquawk his denied killing dudes. Darn it Necrocide, why
must you do this?! Ha, that army of Maximals... they are so
screwed. Interesting, regarding Prophecy and Emberscales.
Ironfist and Cross-Shot banter, cool. Ooh, I'm seriously
wondering what the destination of the Predacons is now. Ha, them
just demolishing the comm center on Polix, and beginning the
attack! Poor Psychosis, that was really creepy and really
awesome. Here's hoping Skysquawk finally gets to take names, and
things are getting awesome! Well they already were, but more
       awesome!
6-I'm really pitying the Polixians(is that what'd you call
them?) at this point. xD They're being wiped out because of the
nature of their own architecture. Harsh. Necrocide repeatedly
brushing off Medusa is hilarious as ever, and Waspinator and
Dinobot banter is appreciated considering their history.
Skysquawk and Drain taking out Emberscales was awesome, and
Wiretrap and Arcrise infiltrating the Ravager is equally
awesome. Aww poor Emberscales, and poor Matrix of Leadership.
Good thinking, Necrocide. And Wiretrap kissing Arcrise... dawww,
you're a bold one, aren't you Wiretrap? Yup, called it, almost
the entire fleet gets destroyed. I am mightily amused. Curious
why Necrocide didn't finish off the weakened Emberscales though.
What a bad ending for the Maximals. xD Not that I mind, I'm
       cheering on the Predacons. :D

4 - yup, this season ebbs and flows. :P Necrocide is totally
batsh*t, yus. XD Tidal Wave and Howlback, it's not like distance
will weaken their love. :P Prophecy... erm, you may remember her
crushing on him in Synergy. :P Arcrise crushing on Waspy, that'd
be (partially) the Illyiara in her. Old married couple, sure...
XD And mhm, Medusa's being careful. Always a good idea.
       5 - well, they've got various gates to open, I can't faff. :P
And haha, Skysquawk is truly a badass. XD Yus, Prophecy's
basically saying that any progress she made with Emberscales got
reset alongside the timeline. Just, y'know, not being explicit
about it. :P Banter, yup. Psychosis thing had been planned for a
while, needed Necrocide to have those abilities. >:3
6 - dunno, I never used Polixians but w/e. XD And mhm, I needed
to explain how a rather large ship landed IN the tower.
Necrocide brushing off Medusa, hilarious? Hm, keep watching. ;)
Waspy and Dinobot banter, and their history? I'm glad you're
keeping their history in mind. XD Surprised you didn't have a
more shocked reaction at the Matrix being shot out of the
universe... that's gonna be BIG. ;) Wiretrap, yus, I like that
scene. XD And haha, yup, all the red-shirts died. You know me
too well. :P Necrocide topped the Fallen for 'standing atop
monument and telekinetically f*cking up enemy vehicles'. As for
why he didn't finish off Emberscales... same reason he left
Blizzard's team alive. He's killing off redshirts cos he's
messing with the Maximals. He doesn't even see them as a threat.
And haha, this is the Predacons' season, so while I'd like you
to be rooting for a Maximal victory, I'm glad you're enjoying
       the Predacon stuff. :3

       Episode 7 – Refuel
       Airdate: Saturday 6th April 2013
Synopsis: The Epsilon-Zero is sat on a small and desolate moon.
Ironfist notes that the photon engines are 36% recharged, and
suggests that they return to Cybertron and let Emberscales take
repairs (the CR chamber aboard the ship will only repair the
surface damage), but the former-Prime insists they continue
after Necrocide as quickly as possible. Prophecy tends to him,
trying her best to repair some of the damage with her energy
abilities, and Emberscales weakly thanks her for her efforts.
Meanwhile, Blizzard has sent out a message to Cybertron, asking
for Sonar to fly out to them; she is now talking with Waspinator
and Dinobot about the failure of their army in the face of
Necrocide’s extraordinary power, when Firecloud pops her head
into the room. She apologises, stating that she and her team
intercepted Blizzard’s message. They detected the Matrix of
Leadership passing across universes, and, realising what the
message was pertaining to, felt it best to keep the loss of the
Matrix as secret as possible. Waspinator asks what they mean by
the Matrix ‘passing across universes’ (Dinobot looks dark,
knowing exactly what Firecloud means), as Nightscream enters,
remarking that it does not matter for now. Feral, Ratbat and
       Ouranos enter the ship’s bridge, and go to tend to Emberscales;
Feral introduces the other two, and explains that, while they
are not medics, they can help Emberscales. Medusa is enraged at
Necrocide for absorbing Psychosis, snapping that he is taking
the team for granted. The Valoranian states that he has
amplified Psychosis’ use (as the team’s primary psionic weapon),
while removing the negatives (a bot that seemed more aligned to
Medusa than to the cause). Angered more, Medusa tells Necrocide
to inform the rest of the team what ‘the cause’ is, and the
leader states that it is the victory of the Predacons over all
of their oppressors. The snake-bot accuses him of twisting the
truth, but he ignores her, adding to his declaration that
Skysquawk shall now be his new second-in-command, with Bloodtide
serving as field-leader in the absence of both himself and
Skysquawk and as head of special operations. Shocked, Medusa
       leaves silently.
Tidal Wave and Howlback train against each other (flirting all
the while), as Cross-Shot and Wiretrap watch on, both a little
uncomfortable with the nature of their allies’ talk; Wiretrap
remarks that he kissed Arcrise while they were on Ravager, which
surprises Cross-Shot. She points out that Arcrise has already
stated that she has feelings for Waspinator, and Wiretrap admits
that he acted without thinking. The two end up staring at one
another, before Cross-Shot quickly heads off, flustered,
informing Wiretrap to control his lips. Arcrise is sat in her
room, using her abilities to project a map of the universe,
attempting to locate her place of origin. A knock on the door
only partially interrupts her; Streetwise enters, and thanks
Arcrise for giving her the chance to return home. The younger
bot is confused, and Streetwise chuckles, remarking that
Arcrise’s origin paved the way for much change. Surprised,
Arcrise asks for more information, but Streetwise notes that it
should become clear in time. She wishes Arcrise luck with
Waspinator, and leaves. As Arcrise returns to her map, she finds
it focused on the planet Trayka… although she knows this is not
her place of origin. Medusa heads to her quarters, to find her
belongings and equipment strewn across the corridor. Skysquawk
is inside, setting it up as his room – he informs Medusa that
Necrocide has given him the room. The fembot silently picks up
her belongings and heads off, as Snapjaw and Flicksting watch
on, all too aware that they may be needed soon. Bloodtide
approaches them, informing them that he would like them to be on
his next strike team, which may be required soon – should
Necrocide require the Maximals to be dealt with.
The work on repairing Emberscales is complete, although the
leader bemoans his failure and the loss of the Matrix. Ratbat
promises that they will find the Matrix and return it, and
points out that Emberscales should focus on stopping Necrocide.
Blizzard, Waspinator, Dinobot, Nightscream and Firecloud
continue discussing the state of things, with the latter two
insistent that the Maximals can manage a victory against
Necrocide. Firecloud comments that she possesses incredible
power and has been pivotal in past battles; Arcrise is perhaps
the Maximals’ ace, their chance at winning. Feral appears, and
informs Nightscream and Firecloud that they are heading off. As
the two leave, Dinobot approaches Nightscream, and asks him the
state of the other universes. Nightscream explains that they are
in need of help, but they are still working on full access to
this universe. He wishes Dinobot luck, as he and the others
teleport away. Cross-Shot visits Arcrise, and asks her about
Wiretrap; Arcrise notes that she is not interested in him, so
Cross-Shot can have him. The archer becomes flustered, stating
that she has no interest in him herself. As Necrocide watches
Iguanus, Rampage, Ambush and Drain train, Medusa approaches him,
stating that she sincerely believes that the Predacons should
work on eliminating the Maximals before attempting to complete
his plan. Necrocide remarks that he has faith in the success of
his plan, and that the Maximals will not make a difference. He
orders Medusa to leave him alone. As Gigatron’s team gather with
him, he notes that he has had no luck in tracking the Matrix. At
present, the only method would require them having Emberscales
with him… but there is no way for them to bring him out of
       Universe 1, for now.

Episode 8 – As We Run
       Airdate: Saturday 13th April 2013
Synopsis: Iguanus is in his quarters, a room cluttered with
pieces of tech and equipment. He has a portable computer in his
hands, remotely accessing the ship’s systems. As he scans
through, he notices a number of corrupted files. Investigating,
he finds that the ‘corruption’ is actually Valoranian DNA –
Necrocide has directly accessed and modified the files. He
starts to gather these files. All the while, Skysquawk,
Flicksting, Ambush and Drain return to the ship, where they are
greeted by Necrocide, Medusa and Snapjaw (the latter only there
to taunt Flicksting, of course). Skysquawk reports that the
latest dimensional gate has been activated – Necrocide clears
the team to continue on to the next planet. The Epsilon-Zero has
finished refuelling, and is leaving the planet it was on; most
of the crew are in the bridge, except for Blizzard and
Cross-Shot. Dinobot remarks that they must quickly continue
following the map, as the Predacons will not have stopped, but
points out that Necrocide has no apparent interest in stopping
the Maximals from following. Wiretrap is analysing the map in
relation to the galaxy, attempting to figure out where the map
ultimately leads, while Howlback researches the dimensional gate
technology. Emberscales is obviously disheartened, but shrugs
off his team’s concerns, insisting that they quickly play
catch-up. Elsewhere in the ship, Blizzard is reading over
Rapticon’s old mission reports when Cross-Shot enters the room.
She asks Blizzard if she was in love with Rapticon, and the
older bot notes that she did, but had not realised it until it
was too late. She adds that Cross-Shot reminds her of herself
when she was younger – youthful, determined, and not knowing a
thing about love. Cross-Shot retorts that she is not completely
clueless when it comes to love, but Blizzard is not convinced.
Suddenly, the ship shunts to a halt.
Ironfist quickly analyses the problem and remarks that they have
hit a slight dimensional wall. Howlback backs this up, stating
that the dimensional gates open a marginally altered dimensional
pathway, which the Predacons are passing along. Unfortunately,
the Maximals will have to go back to the start to efficiently
follow the Predacons. Angered, Emberscales snaps that they have
no time, and asks if they cannot simply take a slight detour to
the next planet, rather than start the journey over. Howlback
explains that, while they can do so, it would leave them unable
to confront the Predacons once they reach their destination.
Wiretrap is unfazed by this, noting that they will not let the
Predacons get to the final planet, but Emberscales points out
that if they do fail, they would be forced to restart the entire
journey while the Predacons to what they intend on doing at
their destination. On Ravager, Iguanus completes his collection
of the corrupted files, and starts streaming them for all the
corrupting edits made to them. Piecing the data together, it
starts to form a single stream of information. Bloodtide and
Rampage discuss terrorising tactics (although Bloodtide seems
genuinely dismissive of some of Rampage’s more elaborate
techniques), as Medusa walks past, looking down-trodden and
dreary. Ambush approaches the former-leader, remarking that she
has finally found her place on the team – as a nobody. The
fembot does not give him the satisfaction of a response, instead
continuing of silently. Cross-Shot trains alone, ruthlessly
firing arrows at targets while taking on an obstacle course.
However, as her thoughts wonder, she manages to miss a target,
and trip over an obstacle. She yells out in frustration.
With Ravager drawing close to the next planet, Necrocide calls
together a team of Skysquawk, Snapjaw, Iguanus and Rampage to
locate the dimensional gate. Iguanus quickly establishes a
comm.-link with the Epsilon-Zero; aboard the Maximal ship,
Prophecy accepts it immediately. The Maximals are surprised to
be receiving communications from Iguanus, but Emberscales points
out that his previous information aided them. Iguanus explains
that he has little time, but he has discovered Necrocide’s plan
in corrupted files – his real plan, which he is withholding from
the Predacons. The Valoranian intends on slaughtering everyone.
The entire population of the universe. Once they reach their
destination, he will be able to use some sort of well of power
to reach out and kill every life-form. He notes that he has to
go, but will retain the files as best as possible and send them
over when possible. Closing the comm.-link, he backs up the data
on his own system, locking it behind several firewalls, before
heading to the bridge. Howlback enters the training room, where
she finds Cross-Shot sobbing on the floor. When the archer
notices Howlback, she demands to be left alone, insisting that
she is not crying. The former-teacher hugs Cross-Shot, who
continues to fight off her tears, insisting that everything is
fine, and that she is happy with her life. As Emberscales
continues to ponder their next course of action, Waspinator
points out that Arcrise can potentially allow them to breach the
slight dimensional wall. A little flustered, Arcrise attempts to
breach the wall, noting it may take a while. Emberscales
exclaims that they shall soon find the Predacons.

7-Another somewhat slow episode(it's named Refuel for a reason,
lol), but there's nothing wrong with that. There always needs to
be development between action. Aww poor Emberscales, still
reeling from the loss of the Matrix. I'm guessing that there
Matrix is eventually gonna land somewhere, and I look forward to
that for sure. Ha ha poor Medusa, finally put in her place by
Necrocide. At least Skysquawk retains a high position. Lol @
Howlback and Tidal Wave flirting, and I'm wondering if
Cross-Shot is flustered by Wiretrap's bold move on Arcrise
because she has a crush on him or something. Or is she just
being "Oh I'm a super-serious soldier and romance is teh
badgers!"(bazdors, it auto-corrects to badgers for some reason)
Lol @ Skysquawk taking Medusa's room; if she weren't generally a
slimy jerk, I'd feel incredibly sorry for her. The
other-universal peeps depart, though I'm sure they will be seen
again. Ooh, and Cross-Shot is double-flustered, so I'm guessing
crush. Aww, they can't get the Matrix yet. W/e I'm sure it'll
       come up again soon.
       8-another slightly-slow episode, though I'm betting some
uber-badass stuff will occur shortly. Ooh, DNA-hacking,
Necrocide is fancy! Yup Snapjaw is madly in love with
Flicksting(woot just for taunting!) and this should be canon
because there be no Predacon romance ATM. New dimensional gate,
kewl. Aww, Rapticon and Blizzard, that there tragic
almost-a-couple. Nice to see the dude mentioned. Lol @
Cross-Shot and young love. A slight dimensional wall, now that's
pretty cool. What a setback for the Maximals. Iguanus continues
his snooping, Medusa gets told off, lol. Frustrated Cross-Shot
definitely leading to something. Oh snap, should've expected
this sort of thing from someone named Necrocide! Aww, poor
Cross-Shot... but yay for Howlback moment! Things are about to
       get exciting. :D

7 - Mhm, he's upset that he's managed to lose the Matrix. He's
supposed to be the Prime and that's a major loss to his people.
'Put in her place'? :P Half way through this season and you're
not feeling ANY sympathy for her? Heh, gotta love flirting, and
Cross-Shot, well, you figured it out with episode 8. :P Slimy
jerk, haha, true, but still... XD Again, you can guess what you
like. :P And the Matrix... oooooh you just wait. ;)
8 - yup, the last five episodes are gonna grow and grow now.
Necrocide is a very powerful Valoranian, so yup, he's got
skillz. :P Snapjaw and Flicksting shipping... again... XD Oh
you, Leetwahgoat. Yus to RapticonxBlizzard. Cross-Shot and young
love, absolutely, that whole thing is gonna become a whole lot
of fun down the line. :3 Needed a setback to give the episode
something. XD Necrocide is indeed totally crazy, and that's why
Medusa's annoyed and despondent that everyone is ignoring her.
And Cross-Shot, mhm, I've got something in mind for the finale
that'll give a bit of an insight into her mind. Well, all the
       Maximals. Mwahaha. ;)

Episode 9 – Down the Rabbit Hole
       Airdate: Saturday 20th April 2013
Synopsis: Arcrise has finally managed to break through the
slight dimensional wall, and Emberscales quickly orders the team
to head after the Predacons. The entire team are now in the
bridge, with Howlback obviously still concerned about Cross-Shot
(who is stood by herself, look glum). The ship sets off after
Ravager, with the team making sure that the ship is in prime
condition, Wiretrap checking over the map, and Waspinator
scanning over the first few files sent to them by Iguanus.
Suddenly, the ship is struck – Chaos-Blade soars past, opening
fire on them. The Maximals return fire, and a dogfight begins,
with Emberscales becoming increasingly frustrated at the
distraction. Blizzard suggests they try to eliminate the
Predacons on Chaos-Blade, which would leave Necrocide at a
disadvantage. The former-Prime accepts the suggestion, although
he believes that it is what Necrocide had intended – a delaying
tactic. The Epsilon-Zero drives the Predacon ship down onto a
nearby planet, and as they land, Blizzard leads Ironfist,
Waspinator, Dinobot and Cross-Shot onto the planet’s surface.
Bloodtide, Snapjaw, Flicksting, Rampage and Drain exit
Chaos-Blade, with the leader of the team taunting the Maximals,
informing them that they will never stop Necrocide. The
Epsilon-Zero starts firing at the Predacons, lifting back into
the sky to avoid being attacked. On Ravager, Medusa is sat in
her small new quarters, reading over old data-files, when Ambush
enters. The once-leader scolds Ambush for entering unannounced,
but the spider-bot remarks that she has the same rank as him
now, and he can do whatever he wants. He proceeds to smash
Medusa’s data-file reader, taunting that he has been waiting so
long for Medusa’s fall that he is revelling in messing with her.
He leaves again, as Medusa seethes.
The Maximals and Predacons continue fighting, both fairly
matched, although Blizzard is struggling against Bloodtide and
his ferocious tactics – all the same, the fire from the Maximal
ship is aiding the heroes, and Emberscales transforms and flies
out to help fight Bloodtide. With just Prophecy, Howlback,
Arcrise and Wiretrap left on the ship, Howlback asks Wiretrap
why he kissed Arcrise. The mech admits that he just did it, but
that he does like her. Arcrise, still firing at the Predacons,
reiterates that she likes Waspinator, which surprises and
impresses Howlback. She goes on to note that she has already
informed Cross-Shot that she can have Wiretrap if she wants –
Wiretrap is bemused at this, while Prophecy chuckles to herself
at the discussions. Skysquawk returns from a solo mission to
activate the latest dimensional gate, and Necrocide is impressed
with the second-in-command’s efficiency. He orders the ruthless
bot to pilot the ship to the next planet with Iguanus. As
Skysquawk heads off, he passes Medusa, sneering at her as she
attempts to avoid eye-contact. Ambush appears out of nowhere,
pouncing at her; she punches him, sending him sprawling across
the corridor, and Skysquawk immediately apprehends her, noting
that in-fighting is unacceptable. Ambush smirks at her as she is
dragged away by Skysquawk, screaming in protest.
While Arcrise continues firing on the Predacons, Wiretrap
watches Cross-Shot on the battlefield contemplatively. Prophecy
approaches him, telling him to go for it – to live every day as
if it is his last, because one day it will be. With his mind
made up, Wiretrap goes to talk to Cross-Shot immediately, but
Howlback holds him back, suggesting he leave it for a better
time. Arcrise stops firing, transforming and phasing through the
ship, flying into the battle; the Maximals are slowly forcing
the Predacons back, although Emberscales is becoming concerned
that they should head off now. He orders Cross-Shot to disable
Chaos-Blade, which she does with a well-aimed arrow to its
primary power cord. Emberscales then orders a retreat, and the
team start to head back to the Epsilon-Zero as it lowers to the
surface. Only Arcrise ignores the order, her blue lights
starting to turn red as she loses control of her emotions.
Waspinator transforms, flying up to her and trying to calm her
down. He eventually manages to, and she apologises, accompanying
him back to the ship even as it begins to lift off. Bloodtide
orders his team to board Chaos-Blade, but they cannot lift off
due to the arrow. The Maximals continue after Ravager, with
Emberscales insisting that there will be no more distractions,
no more delays. As Skysquawk and Iguanus pilot the Predacon
ship, the second-in-command notes that Medusa has been
incarcerated. Iguanus comments that it is strange how he is the
only original Predacon left officially on the team now, and
Skysquawk remarks that it does not matter – the Predacons will
be victorious, no matter how much the team changes. Iguanus is
obviously concerned at the thought, as Necrocide experiments
with his powers in his quarters, smirking.

9- Things are really starting to heat up, and great title! :D
Aww, poor sad Cross-Shot. Woot space battle! Oh, now it's going
down to the ground with an epic lineup of Predacons and
Maximals! Aww poor Medusa, lol @ Ambush bullying her because he
can. Epic battle occurring, and lol @ Wiretrap's response. Sorry
Wiretrap, Arcrise has the hots for Waspy. :P And Arcrise bluntly
telling Cross-Shot she can have Wiretrap is hilarious, even if
just mentioned again. Oh yeah badass Skysquawk! Ha ha, Medusa
getting dragged away by Skysquawk FTW! Nice shot Cross-Shot! Aww
@ Waspy calming Arcrise down. Ah, pity that the Chaos-Blade team
can't do much of anything but sit there for now. Lol Medusa in
       jail FTW.
BTW if Flicksting-Snapjaw doesn't survive this season I will be
       sorely disappointed. :P

Thanks re: title. Forgot to mention, episode 8 title is an
Evanescence reference, from 'End of the Dream'. "As we run
t'wards the end of the dream". Cross-Shot is still emotional,
yus. Battle, indeed. :P We needed a battle after a couple of
quiet episodes. Medusa and Ambush, mhm. Wiretrap, Arcrise,
Cross-Shot tangle is hilarious because I never planned it. XD
Skysquawk owning Medusa... like he and Ambush hadn't planned it
out. :P Cross-Shot owns, of course. Waspy calming Arcrise, yus,
thought it was nice. :3 Medusa in jail, that'll be fun next ep.
Dude, you're seeing a ship that just isn't there. XDXD I'll
admit, Snapjaw enjoys having her around to snark at. She
probably finds it endearing even if she hates it, kinda like
Mayoi getting groped in -monogatari. :P As for if they and/or
their dynamic survives... eh, wait and see. :P
