Episode 4 – Everything in Its Place
Airdate: Saturday 24th November 2012
Synopsis: The repaired Epsilon-Zero lifts up from the alien
planet; aboard are the reunited original crew, along with Tidal
Wave, Howlback, Arcrise, Uproar and Cross-Shot. Prophecy is
analysing a map of the known universe, trying to locate the
Hollow Globe, while the rest of the Elite Guard fleet line up
behind them. Aboard Emberscales Prime’s personal ship, Wiretrap
is being reprimanded by an Elite Guard agent, while the Prime is
deep in thought; when the agent snaps him out of it, he notes
that Wiretrap is simply eager to help, following his moral
compass and not the rules. He tells Wiretrap that it reminds him
of himself when he was younger. Prophecy suddenly yells out
coordinates aboard the Epsilon-Zero, and the ship heads off,
with the fleet following. Elsewhere, Ravager is headed through
space. On board, Snaptrap, Flicksting, Rampage, Divebomb and
Sail-Away are training. Snaptrap’s attempts to flirt with
Flicksting are met with contempt, but as Sail-Away comments on
the two, Divebomb notes that Snaptrap is obviously being
sarcastic anyway. As Skysquawk enters the room to train, the
other Predacons quickly leave, certain that they would fare
poorly against him. Medusa is still working on the puzzle box as
Psychosis watches. The insane bot points out that Rampage’s
abilities are rapidly enhancing, and that she may soon be on his
level. Medusa is somewhat uninterested, too involved with the
puzzle box. However, she tells Psychosis that he and Rampage may
be of special use to her.
Howlback visits Cross-Shot in her new quarters; the younger
fembot immediately insists that she is fine, but Howlback
remarks that actually, she wants comfort from Cross-Shot.
Confused, the archer accepts, allowing Howlback in. Sitting
down, she notes that she never even got to spend the last normal
moments of the other trainees’ lives with them, as Uproar had
sent her off to find Arcrise. As her eyes well up, she notes
that she is simply thankful that Tidal Wave, Arcrise, Cross-Shot
and Wiretrap survived. Cross-Shot’s eyes start to well too, but
she turns away, remarking that the five of them have to stick
together from now on. Ironfist is eagerly informing Blizzard of
the crew’s journey since she activated Fortress Maximus;
somewhat overwhelmed, she simply asks that Rapticon give her his
report. When the second-in-command notes that he has not been
reporting their mission, she snaps at him. Rapticon notes that
they have been so busy that he has not had the opportunity, and
Blizzard orders him to write up an extensive report for her now.
Waspinator and Prophecy watch, glad to see that things are back
to normal. Uproar breaks the tense atmosphere by noting that
Ravager is apparently not too far away, and headed in the same
direction as them.
Iguanus is busy constructing explosives when Spinister
approaches him. She asks him what Prophecy said to him in the
battle; he shrugs it off as mid-battle banter, but the fembot
does not believe him, stating that she knows when he is lying.
Angry now, he tells his companion that Prophecy spoke in
riddles, as usual, and that he does not know what she was
talking about. Spinister slinks off, and is approached by
Ambush, who asks to talk with her ‘spider-bot to spider-bot’. As
the Elite Guard fleet draws closer to Ravager, Blizzard suggests
to Emberscales Prime that they contact the nearby planet and
have their forces assist in bringing the Predacons down to their
planet. The Prime clears this, allowing Blizzard to make the
call. Arcrise is sat alone in the ship’s engine room, when Tidal
Wave enters, noting that the others have been wondering where
she is. The fembot states that she has been pondering life and
death; Tidal Wave smiles at her, and tells her that the dead
should be mourned, but the lessons learnt from them, and the
memories of them, should never be forgotten. He takes her hand
and leads her out of the engine room. In parts unknown, Feral
awakens in a CR chamber, with Gigatron watching over him. The
mysterious bot welcomes Feral back to the Total Conflict.

Episode 5 – Rooms
Airdate: Saturday 1st December 2012
Synopsis: The crew of the Epsilon-Zero are sat in a waiting
room. Emberscales Prime walks in, along with a high-ranking
alien; the Prime notes that the Predacons will be kept in the
planet’s prison until the Elite Guard can escort them back to
Fortress Maximus. However, it is also required that the Maximals
stay with the Predacons in the mean time. Some of the other
Elite Guard members have already stepped forward; Blizzard,
Ironfist, Prophecy, Tidal Wave and Howlback all nominate
themselves too. Feral is still in a CR chamber when Gigatron
enters the room again. He explains that he and his team have
finally developed the technology to breach into the universe; he
asks how Feral managed to, but the warrior Maximal is unsure.
Stepping out of the CR chamber, he asks to be introduced to the
team. Medusa is in her prison room, a plain white room with one
portal-door, when Blizzard enters; the Predacon chuckles at
Blizzard choosing to guard her, while Blizzard stays silent.
Snaptrap is likewise amused when Tidal Wave enters his room,
immediately making witty and degrading comments. As Prophecy
enters Iguanus’ room, she smiles at him, and he sighs, asking if
this is to do with what she mentioned before. She (seemingly)
feigns ignorance. Ironfist and Ambush stand in silence in the
latter’s room. Howlback takes a deep breath and enters Rampage’s
room; upon seeing her guard, the Predacon smirks deviously.
In some unknown location in another universe, Gigatron brings
Feral to his team: Ratbat, Ouranos, Nightscream and Firecloud.
The four are all working away on various pieces of technology
(Firecloud quips that half a lifetime ago, this would all be
completely foreign to her). Gigatron notes that one other member
of their team is currently on a mission, and asks Feral if he
would be willing to join them. The tiger-bot points out that he
has left his team without contacting them, but Gigatron assures
him that it will not be a problem. Upon being asked what this
team actually does, Gigatron explains that they are assigned to
all matters regarding Universe 1 (Timeline B) – in other words,
the universe from which the Total Conflict originated, in its
current Arcrise-altered state. Feral agrees to join the team.
Emberscales Prime watches the Predacons’ rooms from a
surveillance room; he is concerned about Howlback, as Rapticon
notes her intense emotions regarding Rampage. Indeed, in the
room, Rampage taunts Howlback at her total failure to protect
her fellow trainees. Howlback manages to keep her cool until the
Predacon notes that she simply wishes Skysquawk had done a more
effective job. Snapping, the wolf-bot transforms and lashes out
at Rampage; though the Predacon’s offensive capabilities are
blocked by the room, she hits Howlback away. Before she can move
forward again, Cross-Shot enters and quickly drags her out. The
archer scolds her team-mate for losing her cool, but Howlback is
already in tears, and Cross-Shot simply holds her.
Emberscales Prime sends Rapticon to guard Rampage instead, as
Wiretrap pipes up, asking why he was not put forward to guard a
Predacon; the Prime tells Wiretrap that he does not want to put
him in a position of directly confronting a Predacon. Blizzard
and Medusa are in the midst of a debate over their factions’
ethics: Medusa believes the Maximals to be enforcers of their
own twisted sense of justice, forbidding the freedoms of those
who do not agree with them, and Blizzard notes that the
Predacons lose the right to their freedom by way of their
nefarious intentions of chaos, tyranny and destruction. The same
level of conversation cannot be seen with Tidal Wave and
Snaptrap, who are simply throwing insults at one another.
Ironfist and Ambush are still silent, until Ironfist speaks up,
mentioning that as an inventor, he always has to keep an eye out
for issues with structural integrity. He asks the Predacon if he
is familiar with these issues, and Ambush smirks, noting that
Ironfist may be too smart for his own good; the Maximal takes
the response as confirmation. Iguanus watches as Prophecy
doodles on the floor – he asks what she is drawing, and she
moves aside, allowing him to see an image of him stood amongst
wreckage and bearing a Maximal insignia. She giggles. All the
while, the Chaos-Blade draws closer to the planet.

Episode 6 – A World Apart
Airdate: Saturday 8th December 2012
Synopsis: Dinobot is looking up into the night sky, deep in
thought. Cynder approaches him and asks what he is pondering;
the warrior explains that he can almost feel how the universe
has changed, and it disturbs him. In agreement, Cynder states
that all they can do is obey “Death”; he, ultimately, has a
plan. Dinobot raises the question of what that plan is, as
Razorbeak and Abydos join them. They add that the map to the
Hollow Globe did not seem to be very comforting… something
sinister is afoot. The four decide to keep an eye on their
master’s plan, in case it takes a dark turn. On Hirex – the
planet that the Maximals are on – alarms are sounding. Uproar
rushes in to Medusa’s room to inform Blizzard of what is
happening – the planet is under attack. Medusa smirks, as she is
all too aware that it is the Chaos-Blade. Armaments across
Hilex’s capital fire upon the ship, but it manages to easily
weave and manoeuvre through the blasts, heading straight for the
prison. Emberscales Prime heads out along with various Elite
Guard agents, including Arcrise, Cross-Shot and Wiretrap; as the
bots open fire, the Prime channels the Matrix of Leadership and
manages to strike the Predacon ship, causing it to crash down to
the surface. Bloodtide, Venecrom, Drain and Icepick step out,
with Bloodtide leading a charge towards the prison.
In the building, Howlback is still visibly shaken by Rampage’s
words. Waspinator visits her, asking how she is feeling, and the
teacher remarks that she simply cannot hold onto her friends;
everyone she cares for dies. Remarking that he understands that
feeling, Waspinator tells her that she has to keep on anyway.
Howlback stares at him, and asks if his spark has become shut
off after all his loss. She heads off to assist in the battle,
leaving Waspinator confused… thinking about it, he never has
lost anyone, but he feels that there is something he has
forgotten. As he leaves the room, his right palm faintly glows.
As the Predacons divide in their advance, Cross-Shot suggests
that Arcrise create a massive yet concentrated explosion to kill
them. The strange fembot is entirely against this, noting that
the last time she used such a powerful attack, it ended up
killing her friends, but Cross-Shot snaps that she should not be
so concerned about the past repeating itself. Conflicted and
angry, Arcrise shifts into red mode, transforms and swoops down
at the Predacons, disobeying Emberscales Prime’s orders. Flying
between the four villains, she generates a powerful explosion
from her own body; when the blast clears, Arcrise is
unconscious, but the Predacons are also knocked out. Emberscales
Prime orders his agents to cautiously approach the scene, in
case the Predacons are faking their incapacitation. Cross-Shot
quickly rushes in to tend to Arcrise, as Howlback and Waspinator
join the scene; Waspinator, too, heads down to help Arcrise.
Confronting Medusa, Blizzard demands to know who the attacks
are. The sinister snake-bot says that they are her allies, a
group of Predacons who she had dealt with in the past and who
she contacted shortly after the Fortress Maximus incident as
back-up. She says that the team are lead by Bloodtide, which
immediately surprises Blizzard; she asks Uproar to keep watch
over Medusa as she rushes out of the room, demanding to know
where Emberscales Prime is. As if from nowhere, Bloodtide
attacks her, knocking her across the hall and entering Medusa’s
room. He swiftly dispatches Uproar, leaving him out cold on the
floor, and congratulates Medusa on choosing a worthwhile ally
for when she becomes imprisoned. She in turn applauds the
wonders of basal encryption messaging allowing her to alert him
to her crew’s capture, before asking him to break down the wall.
He does so, gaining access to Skysquawk’s room. Bloodtide
quickly slaughters the second-in-command’s guard, and the three
Predacons head out. As Emberscales Prime and his team enter the
building, they find a different alarm going off; the Predacons
are all loose, and their guards have been knocked out. Medusa
states that, as only one Maximal was not spared, it is only fair
that the Prime hand over Venecrom, Drain and Icepick. Bloodtide
chimes in that he managed to evade Arcrise’s attack.
Reluctantly, and obviously angry, Emberscales hands over the
three Predacons, and the entire team of villains Transwarp to
Ravager; it is already outside, hovering over the Chaos-Blade,
which it tractor-beams up before heading off. Later, the
Maximals, all conscious, prepare to leave too. Emberscales Prime
joins them, noting that he has apologised to the Elder and
Cybertron will be working with Hirex on repairs. A silent
Blizzard boards the Epsilon-Zero; Rapticon informs Cross-Shot
that the leader’s silence is a good sign not to talk to her.
“Death” approaches his four Warriors, who bow and ask him his
bidding. The mysterious villain orders them to track the
Maximals and Predacons… and dispose of them.

Episode 7 – Divisions
Airdate: Saturday 15th December 2012
Synopsis: Aboard the Epsilon-Zero, Arcrise approaches
Waspinator, asking him if he rushed over to aid her when she
passed out as she has heard. The Maximal confirms that he did,
and explains that she is important. The fembot asks exactly what
he means, and he clarifies, a little flustered, that her power
and mystery will likely be vital to the Maximals’ fight. As she
asks what he means by mystery, he takes her hand and asks her if
she remembers things that have never happened. As the two stare
at each other, a larger Maximal asks them if they could show him
to the nearest medic. The two are startled, as the Maximal
introduces himself as Headstrong. Waspinator asks how he boarded
the ship, weapons drawn, and Headstrong explains that he was hit
by a warp hammer and wound up on the ship. Arcrise comments that
he is telling the truth, and Waspinator points out how useful
she is being once again; the two then realise that Headstrong
has vanished. Meanwhile, Snaptrap and Flicksting are giving
Bloodtide and his team a tour of Ravager; as usual, the two are
verbally sparring all the while. Iguanus and Spinister work on
repairing the Chaos-Blade, although Iguanus seems distant.
Spinister asks him what is wrong, and although he deflects her
questioning, she notes that she has known him long enough to
know when he is bothered by something. The detonative expert
simply states that Prophecy has been bugging him whenever they
meet. Medusa and Skysquawk watch on from afar, with the leader
stating that now is the time to act.
As Waspinator and Arcrise try to locate Headstrong, Cross-Shot
is busy training when Prophecy approaches her in beast mode.
Making a joke about their alt-modes and how Cross-Shot looks
tasty, the older bot then tells her junior that her arching
ability is not what she needs to sharpen, and to watch her
allegiances. Confused, Cross-Shot goes to ask Prophecy what she
means, but the wildcat-bot is out in the corridor, watching
Headstrong walk past. Seeing the intruder, the archer quickly
opens fire, angering the large bot and provoking him into
attacking. Prophecy moves out of the way as the two bots fight,
disturbing the other Maximals. Even as Rapticon goes to call
Blizzard in, she appears, Blazefire Saber in-hand, and separates
the two Maximals. She asks Headstrong what his business is, and
he reiterates that he was hit by a warp hammer… then, he unveils
the heavy crumpling to his spark chamber before collapsing.
Blizzard has Rapticon contact Emberscales Prime to request a
medic, and for Uproar, Ironfist, Tidal Wave and Howlback to
carry Headstrong to the med-bay (Ironfist ponders aloud why the
ship lacks a medic on its crew). Cross-Shot asks why he could
not simply use a CR chamber, and Prophecy explains that they
only repair some damage… “not deep wounds that even time can’t
hope to heal”. All the while, Snaptrap and Flicksting reach
Medusa’s quarters in their tour; the two note that they cannot
let Bloodtide and his team in (the first time, Drain notes, that
the two have agreed on something), but Bloodtide notes that he
deserves access. The door opens at that moment, with Medusa
waiting inside. She welcomes Bloodtide in.
Headstrong is on medical support, being watched over by Tidal
Wave and Howlback. The two discuss recent events, with Tidal
Wave apologising for not being there for Howlback more often.
She notes that he does not have to keep mothering her, and he
insists that he is not intending on doing so. The two share a
long stare, before Howlback gasps, realising what he means.
Tidal Wave is left flustered, as Sonar walks in. She greets the
two young Maximals, noting that she has been brought in directly
from Cybertron as none of the agents on the mission have
training in spark chamber surgery. She gets to work as the two
watch on, Tidal Wave still flustered and Howlback obviously
somewhere between astounded and overjoyed. Meanwhile, Prophecy
contacts Emberscales Prime, warning him that they must pick up
speed. Wiretrap, stood by the Prime, listens curiously. Aboard
Ravager, Medusa explains to Bloodtide that she would like to
send him and a team out to confront the Warriors of Death, while
her team continues towards the Hollow Globe. Asking who he would
like to take, Bloodtide immediately suggests his own team, but
Medusa suggests utilising some of her Predacons instead.
Following this advice, he decides to leave Icepick with Medusa,
and asks for Snaptrap and Flicksting. He then asks who Medusa’s
second-in-command is, as he would like to take him and a
Predacon of his choice. Medusa begrudgingly accepts, and
Skysquawk steps forward from the shadows, saying that he would
like Ambush to accompany them. Irritated, Medusa orders them to
head off in the Chaos-Blade as soon as possible. As Bloodtide
and Skysquawk leave the room, they find most of the other
Predacons listening outside. Bloodtide asks his team to follow
him, and prepare themselves for slaughter.

Episode 8 – Planning Ahead
Airdate: Saturday 22nd December 2012
Synopsis: Headstrong slowly awakens in the med-bay, with
Howlback watching over him. Seeing that he is awake, she calls
for Sonar, before asking the new Maximal how he feels. He notes
that he feels sluggish, but otherwise OK. Sonar shows up and
starts checking on Headstrong, while Tidal Wave and Cross-Shot
watch from outside. The archer asks her team-mate if he really
does love Howlback, and sees right though his attempts to
deflect her question. He admits that he does, and she tells him
to leave things to her (a statement which he is understandably
concerned about). Aboard Ravager, Psychosis asks Medusa why she
has split the Predacons into two teams; the leader explains that
she is all too aware of the presence of “Death” and his Warriors
thanks to Bloodtide, and she has sent the team out to keep them
distracted while she continues on towards the Hollow Globe.
Psychosis praises her tactical abilities, while someone watches
from the surveillance room. Emberscales Prime and Blizzard are
discussing their plans aboard the Epsilon-Zero, as Rapticon,
Prophecy and Wiretrap stand aside. The Prime is suggesting that
they attempt to reach the Hollow Globe first and set up a
blockade against the Predacons, while Blizzard instead believes
that taking out the Predacons as swiftly as possible. As they
debate, Prophecy walks between them, heading to the computer
systems. She reaches them just as a message appears – it reads
‘Predacons dividing into two. Half heading to Hollow Globe,
other confronting being called “Death”. Suggesting you act
accordingly.’ Prophecy smiles, and informs the others.
The Chaos-Blade heads through space. On-board, Snaptrap and
Flicksting are discussing the mission ahead of them… although,
of course, their conversation quickly falls into verbal abuse.
Venecrom approaches them, telling them to be quiet, as Bloodtide
is meditating. Curious, Flicksting heads off to investigate,
passing Ambush and Drain piloting the ship. Reaching Bloodtide’s
quarters, she quietly enters, and finds him deep in meditation.
She sits down opposite him, and likewise starts to meditate.
Skysquawk passes outside, unimpressed at the sight. All the
while, Waspinator, Ironfist, Uproar and Arcrise are talking
about the recent events. Both Ironfist and Uproar notice that
Arcrise keeps looking at Waspinator. Evidently, the three elder
bots all share similar viewpoints, while Arcrise is much more
naïve. Eventually, Sonar and Howlback enter, with the medic
saying that she will be on the main Elite Guard ship if she is
needed. Howlback joins the others, and just as their
conversation starts up again, she blurts that Tidal Wave loves
her. Bemused, the others ask how she feels about him, and she
admits that she sees him more as a friend… but still, his
feelings for her excite her. As the group talk, Waspinator
glances at Arcrise, and sees her as a yellow organic being;
agitated and confused, he excuses himself. Cross-Shot is in the
hallway as he leaves – she pins him to the wall and asks him
what Howlback said about Tidal Wave. He repeats the information,
which leaves Cross-Shot confused. The young bot admits that she
has never experienced love, so in spite of her desire to help
Tidal Wave and Howlback, she has no idea what to do. Waspinator
suggests she just support the two, and let things happen as they
happen.
Tidal Wave shows Headstrong around the Epsilon-Zero, and goes
over what has happened over the past few months. Headstrong
in-turn explains how he was a soldier on a colony planet, but
when fighting with a group of unknown Cybertronians, he was hit
with a warp hammer (or at least, that is what he has chosen to
call it) and ended up on the ship. At that point, Blizzard calls
everyone to the bridge for a conference. Tidal Wave and
Headstrong are the last to arrive, as Blizzard greets the new
arrival, before explaining how they have received a
communication from Ravager. Rapticon chimes in that they do not
know who sent it or how reliable they are, but Prophecy insists
that they are trustworthy. Apparently, the Predacons are
dividing into two teams, and in accordance, the Epsilon-Zero
crew are to split into two teams, with one continuing forward
aboard the ship to reach the Hollow Globe, while the other will
use another Elite Guard ship to locate the Warriors of Death.
Rapticon steps forward as the leader of the second team, and
picks Tidal Wave, Cross-Shot and Uproar for his team
immediately. As he ponders who else to choose, Headstrong puts
himself forward. Although Rapticon is uncertain, Blizzard allows
it, and tells her second-in-command that this team will suffice.
Tidal Wave and Howlback both seem concerned about being
separated, as Rapticon tells his team to prepare to leave. On
Ravager, Divebomb and Sail-Away are talking with Icepick when
Iguanus passes, asking if they have seen Spinister; the trio
suggest he check the tech-room. As the Predacon enters, he finds
Spinister struggling, impaled on one of Rampage’s blades. As
Spinister dies, the insane fembot notes that many of the crew
would be glad to see the back of the spider-bot, and tells
Iguanus to remember where his loyalties lie. Waspinator returns
to his room aboard the Epsilon-Zero, only to find an intruder.
He prepares to fight, but the intruder removes her cloak,
revealing herself to be Streetwise.

PROPHECY
Oh, heya guys! I’m Prophecy – I guess you should know that
anyway, though, right? ;P Welcome to the Transformers: Rise 2012
Christmas special! We’re mid-way through a season so we couldn’t
do an episode just for Christmas, so instead I’m doing this. :3
It’s OK, I can break the fourth wall. It’s a thing I do. :D
*logo and stuff pops up*
PROPHECY
That’s another power of mine. I figured we didn’t want a wall of
text. ;3 So yeah, this isn’t gonna be super-long or amazingly
dramatic or anything, I’ll just be interviewing a few people and
answering questions and stuff like that. Hopefully you’ve been
writing in, you cheeky monkeys!
*she looks to side camera*
PROPHECY
Oh, and to the people READING this, cos we know it’s not really
a series (in your universe, considering stuff :P), yeah, it’s
all gonna be made-up interviews and so-on. And btw, this segment
is totally non-canon. Lucky you!
*back to main camera*
PROPHECY
First of all, we’re gonna do our first batch of questions! All
the questioner-people will be represented by actors to disguise
their identities which we don’t really know anyway.
RAPTICON/DARK CLOUDS
“What is it like transforming into a cat? Do you feel more tired
than usual, and do you enjoy fish?” … what is this slag?
PROPHECY
Well, Dark Clouds, while our beast modes are part of us, we
usually pick them for how useful they are for our lifestyles.
Aadorean wildcats are pretty stealthy hunters, they’re agile,
and they’re SO ADORABLE! X3 And of course I enjoy fish! They’re
all swimmy and scaley and stuff. :3
SNAPTRAP/SUNSTREAKER003
Err… “A lot of us are wondering why you look so much like the
cat-girl Merle from ‘The Vision of Escaflowne’. You even have
the same voice actor. Are you a knock-off?”
PROPHECY
Hahaha, I’m so much more awesome than her! I know stuff, like
Layla Miller, and I happen to also be a Cybertronian who can
turn into an Aadorean wildcat and generate energy weapons and
stuff like that! We kinda look and sound the same, but there are
probably people out there who look and sound like you, too. Are
YOU a knock-off, Sunstreaker300? :P
BLIZZARD/DRIFT-FANBOY
… Prophecy, this is a guy…
PROPHECY
Read it, read it! :3
BLIZZARD/DRIFT-FANBOY
… “You use lots of different weapons made out of energy, like
swords, guns, swords and even weird energy bubble things. And
swords. Which do you prefer using the most? I like swords, by
the way.”
PROPHECY
Yeah, swords are amazing! But I can’t use three at once, not
even with my tail. I guess no one can use three swords, eh? And
besides, you need spirals and- oh, wait, what year is this
again? o3o; Anyway, yes, I like fish! Wait, we already did that
one? Oh, well, let’s do some interviews!
*and then we’re in some cool place with chairs and things and
there’s a guy sat there and he’s Lewis Irvine*
PROPHECY
Ohai, writer-guy!
IRVINE
You can call me Lewis if you like.
PROPHECY
OK, Lewis-guy!
IRVINE
Got to admit, this is the first time I’ve written myself being
interviewed by one of my characters.
*glance to side-camera*
PROPHECY
Or been written as being interviewed by a character you
fictionally created. Non-canon skit over!
*back to Lewis-guy*
PROPHECY
So, like… where…
IRVINE
… hm?
PROPHECY
Do you… get… your ideas from? :3
IRVINE
Well, honestly, it’s more-
PROPHECY
Hold that thought! Am I your favourite character? :3
IRVINE
… one of them, yes. Definitely. But yeah, when I’m coming up
with the stories, it just sort of happens. A lot of times, I
come up with random ideas, and figure out ways to work them in.
The plots kind of tie together in that sense. But it also helps
that there’s such a rich backlog of events and mythology to play
with, especially with Synergy and the like.
PROPHECY
But not so much with Rise, right? :P
IRVINE
Well, no, but then on the flipside, I also have things planned
ahead, so I can plan towards that. I tell the writing crew about
the ideas, they seed them in. There’s been a lot of tiny things
in season 2 that hint towards, or build towards, future plots.
PROPHECY
And I set them up, right?
IRVINE
A fair few of them, yes.
PROPHECY
Because I know about what happens in the future. And how could
you?
IRVINE
How could I what? There’s a lot of things down the road. The
stuff with-
PROPHECY
You’re leaving!
IRVINE
Erm-
PROPHECY
Yeah! You were here since the start of 2010, doing
Reconfiguration, and now you’re wrapping up!
IRVINE
Well, that’s a new way to break the news… but yeah, after the
Rise film in June 2013, I’ll be leaving as head-writer.
PROPHECY
Nuuuuuu! ;_;
IRVINE
Haha, it’s OK. You already know what’s coming up.
PROPHECY
But you created me!
IRVINE
You’re going to be OK, Prophecy. Really.
PROPHECY
Who’s taking your place, again?
IRVINE
My good friend, and writer of Transformers: New Legacies,
Gregory Costa. We’ve already discussed everything, and the film-
PROPHECY
Say the name. :3
IRVINE
Transformers: Downfall. Every Rise has a Fall, right? It’s going
to draw together all the elements from my run, not just from
Rise but even things back from my Legacies stuff; but it’s also
going to set up Gregory’s run. It’ll implant a new status-quo.
We’ve worked on it together – I wrote the script but we planned
it together. I hope it impresses everyone, because we’ve had
such a blast working on it – we still are. I should be wrapping
up in Spring 2013, but as the film takes longer, Gregory will
have started working on his series by then.
PROPHECY
Stuff from Legacies? You mean the T-
IRVINE
Yes, that.
PROPHECY
And all the Maximals me-
IRVINE
That too.
PROPHECY
It’s rude to cut me off! D:
IRVINE
It’s rude to spoil people.
PROPHECY
… you win this round, Lewis-guy.
IRVINE
Just “Lewis” will do. But thank you.
PROPHECY
Can you sum up the rest of Rise season 2 in one word for us?
IRVINE
“Journeys”.
PROPHECY
Season 3?
IRVINE
“Desperation”.
PROPHECY
Catalyst, which everyone may have forgotten about and is now
just a five-part series?
IRVINE
Haha… I’m going to say “sacrifices”.
PROPHECY
And Downfall?
IRVINE
“Change”. Irrevocable change.
PROPHECY
Any other questions?
IRVINE
You’re the one asking the questions.
PROPHECY
Oh. Oh yeah. ;3 OK, thanks for the chat!
IRVINE
Thank you, it’s been fun!
*back to the original place*
PROPHECY
You heard it here first, folks! Lewis Irvine is leaving after
the film – Transformers: Downfall – and Gregory Costa is taking
the reins! Oooh! And now, time for more Qs!
IRONFIST/TRUKK-NOT-MUNKY
“People were confused as to why you got introduced in Synergy,
so close to the end of Legacies, and we all understood things a
lot better when Rise started. Do you feel like you came to the
party late in the old timeline? Or was it all just preparing for
the new timeline, for you? Which do you prefer?”
PROPHECY
Hmm… I dunno, I think I see it all as two versions of the same
thing. It’s not like two separate things to me, they’re both one
timeline. And these guys are my buddies; I know them inside-out,
from the moment I joined them. Cos I know how we all end up. :3
IGUANUS/AUTOCON
“We’ve heard the term ‘Valoranian’ before. I figure you can’t
elaborate on it, but can you say how it’s important for the
future?
PROPHECY
In the short term, you’re gonna be having nightmares. :P In the
long term… … wait, I forgot. Sorry! ^_^;;
MEDUSA/NYAAN<3
… don’t. Don’t make me do this.
PROPHECY
Come on, Medusa. It’s Christmas. :3
MEDUSA/NYAAN<3
So?
PROPHECY
Do it for the kitty. :3
MEDUSA/NYAAN<3
You mean you?
PROPHECY
:3
MEDUSA/NYAAN<3
… “Nyaa~! I love kitties and I love you even more! Are you and
Emberscales Prime gonna have baby Transformers? They can
transform into dragon-kitties! (Wait, how do Transformers even
make babies?)”
PROPHECY
Me and E.P., huh? Now why would you think that? ;P I do love
him. But then I guess I’m crazy. Maybe I love other people that
you just don’t know? :P And Cybertronian intercourse? I’m afraid
I won’t go into details… >:3
TIDAL WAVE/MUCHOS GRACE
“Hey Prophecy! Just wanted to know who you think is the worst
villain – by which I mean the most deadly, evil and dastardly!”
PROPHECY
Good question. Lemme think about when you’re asking this from…
of the ones you know of, probably Megatron. The guy tried to
rewrite reality in his image. :P Anyway, now for something extra
special… a brand new teaser trailer for Transformers: Downfall,
featuring a new character!
*black. Then, a dark room, full of screens and tiny glowing
buttons. A dark-looking, militaristic, futuristic bot – Nova
Supreme – is analysing something. The door opens, light from the
corridor shining in. Gigatron steps inside*
GIGATRON
Nova Supreme… my team have found something interesting…
NOVA SUPREME
Fleets keep being destroyed. Thousands upon thousands of
soldiers fall. Planets burn.
*he turns to Gigatron, solemn-faced*
NOVA SUPREME
But not there. Never there. Universe 1, timeline b.
Impenetrable.
GIGATRON
Actually, not so.
NOVA SUPREME
… go on?
GIGATRON
We managed to locate a Maximal who entered the universe, a
warrior called Feral. I followed his quantum trail and managed
to briefly breach into the universe. I have retrieved and
debriefed him. He is willing to join my team.
NOVA SUPREME
Is he corrupted?
GIGATRON
No, commander. Furthermore, Streetwise has gone ahead on
reconnaissance into the universe. We’re awaiting communications
from her, but so far it seems to be going well.
*Nova Supreme turns back to his monitors*
NOVA SUPREME
The Matrix of the One True Prime is in that universe.
GIGATRON
I know.
NOVA SUPREME
It could twist everything into our favour. We could win this
war.
GIGATRON
Yes, commander.
NOVA SUPREME
She isn’t going to surrender, Gigatron.
GIGATRON
Neither are we.
NOVA SUPREME
But what power could rewrite reality like that?
*Gigatron glances away*
GIGATRON
I do wonder…
NOVA SUPREME
Keep an eye on universe 1, timeline b. Report to me the moment
you receive more information. This is a war that we cannot
afford to lose, for the sake of every life-form.
GIGATRON
I understand. I’ll update you as soon as possible, commander.
*he leaves, shutting the door. The darkness envelops Nova
Supreme again*
NOVA SUPREME
We have to win.
*the image on his monitor is of the Matrix of Leadership,
specifically that which resides in the chest of Emberscales
Prime*
NOVA SUPREME
No matter the cost.
*black… then ‘Downfall’ appears on the screen, followed by ‘June
2013’*
*back to Prophecy*
PROPHECY
Pretty cool, huh? And yes, that is Michael Fassbender voicing
Nova Supreme! We just have time for one final round of
questions…
WASPINATOR/ONE TRUE PR1ME
“If you could transform into any other animal, what would it be
and why?”
PROPHECY
Hmmm… a giraffe cos long necks are funny. :P
CROSS-SHOT/BRIDGE-BURNER
“What’s the best thing about knowing the future?”
PROPHECY
I suppose being safe in the knowledge that things are gonna turn
out one set way. Even if it’s bad, you can at least prepare for
that badness. :3 Last question!
BLOODTIDE/MEGATRON’S PET BUNNY
“Draw me a picture please!” That’s not even a slagging question.
PROPHECY
OKAY! :D I’ll draw one for you in the next episode, OK? Well,
that’s about it-
*Michael Ryan runs on*
RYAN
Wait! You were going to interview me, too!
PROPHECY
… o3o;
RYAN
I’m Michael Ryan. Head of products for the Transformers Rise
sub-franchise!
PROPHECY
… oh! How’s the Rise toyline doing?
RYAN
It’s doing really well-
PROPHECY
What’s the plan for Downfall?
RYAN
Slightly-metallic redecos of existing molds, as well as a few
new character figures-
PROPHECY
What about Costa’s first series?
RYAN
It’s going to be revamped and more expansive than before-
PROPHECY
One last tidbit?
RYAN
Keep your eyes on Cyberverse after Downfall.
PROPHECY
Michael Ryan, everybody!
*rushes him away*
PROPHECY
So that’s everything, guys! Have a great Christmas, and look
forward for Transformers: Rise season 2 episode 9 on January 5th
2013! And don’t forget, Transformers: New Legacies is being
delayed a week so it doesn’t come out on New Year’s Day – it’ll
now be the second and fourth weeks of each month. Enjoy!
Bai-bai!
*camera-aside*
PROPHECY
No actual pics of me, so have a pic of Merle (my knock-off :P)
to close!

Episode 9 – Long-Gone Memories
Airdate: Saturday 5th January 2013
Synopsis: Several hours ago. Waspinator demands to know who
Streetwise is; she is saddened, the full impact of this new
timeline hitting her. She tells him that she is a friend, and
informs him of the Fibonacci spiral on his right palm. Upon
noticing it, Waspinator suddenly feels uneasy, and Streetwise
helps him to a chair. Softly, she tells him that one day, he
will understand, but for now, she has to leave again. She does
so, leaving Waspinator confused and concerned. He looks down
again at the spiral on his hand. Now. The Kappa-Three is headed
towards a planet called Hypnos-17, where the Predacon strike
team is supposedly going to the Warriors of Death. On board,
Rapticon is prepping his team. It seems that, in the time since
they left, they have been informed about the Warriors of Death
by Prophecy, and they are now aware that the Predacons see them
as further opposition. Rapticon’s plan is to take advantage of
the chaos and take out both teams, although Tidal Wave posits
that they should instead attempt to align themselves with the
Warriors. Uproar notes that they do not know what their end-goal
is (mainly because Prophecy could not remember this
information), so it is possible that they are nefarious as the
Predacons. All the while, on the surface of Hypnos-17, the
Predacon strike team and the Warriors of Death are already deep
in combat: the Warriors are outnumbered almost two-to-one, and
not faring too well. Bloodtide is duelling with Dinobot, and the
saurian Warrior is only just holding his ground, in spite of his
skill.
All the while, Ravager continues on its voyage towards the
Hollow Globe. Iguanus is in the ship’s morgue, putting
Spinister’s shell in storage. Even as he does, Icepick
approaches him, noting that she enjoys cold environments such as
morgues. She asks her team-mate why he is the only one who has
ever shown Spinister any mind; he explains how the two of them
had been lost in ‘the howling void’, having become lost from all
their allies. Medusa had saved them, but since then, only
Flicksting has ever seemed to like Spinister, and even then,
only briefly. He states that Spinister does not make friends
easily… and yet he finds himself unable to finish his sentence.
Icepick suggests that he only ever stayed with Spinister for
familiarity: after all, he does not seem very effected by her
death. Divebomb and Sail-Away are listening outside (Sail-Away
quips that they seem to have made a habit of eavesdropping).
Medusa continues working on the puzzle box as Psychosis and
Rampage watch; the leader notes that it should reveal
significant information about the Grave of the Light, but it is
taking her time to figure out. Psychosis offers to help her, but
she notes that it is her duty alone – as she started it, she
must be the one to solve it. As Ironfist and Howlback fly the
Epsilon-Zero, Arcrise visits Waspinator in his room. Still
trying to make sense of the spiral on his hand, he welcomes her
in, and she curiously inspects his hand. He asks her if she
knows what it is, and she tells him that it is a mark of power
and of destiny. Beyond that, she is unsure.
The battle continues on Hypnos-17, with the Warriors being
further beaten back, until Rapticon, Cross-Shot and Headstrong
land down right in the midst of the battle. As Tidal Wave and
Uproar land the Kappa-Three, the Maximals start fighting against
both sides, although the Warriors evidently recognise Rapticon
and restrain from attacking the Maximals. Tidal Wave and Uproar
join the fray, and at this point, the Warriors – most especially
Cynder – completely stop fighting, which gives the Predacons a
total advantage. As the Maximals fight back against the
Predacons, with Rapticon confused as to what the Warriors are
doing, Cynder approaches Uproar, asking him if he would like
help. He cautiously accepts the offer, which tells her
everything she needs to know. Even as Rapticon snarls at Uproar
for working with the enemy, Razorbeak, Abydos and Dinobot rejoin
the fight, working alongside the Maximals. Realising that they
are now outnumbered, Bloodtide orders his Predacons to retreat,
stating as they do that they shall work on a new plan. Rapticon
and Cross-Shot turn on the Warriors, but Cynder tells them to
stop, saying that they too are Maximals. Naturally, the Maximals
are cautious, but Razorbeak starts to explain that they come
from a previous timeline. He only stops as Abydos glares at him.
Dinobot insists that they must head to the Hollow Globe, and
will explain on the way. With their ship destroyed at the
fight’s start, they need transportation. Rapticon, very
reluctantly, complies. Meanwhile, Emberscales Prime, Blizzard,
Prophecy and Wiretrap discuss their plan of attack as the
Epsilon-Zero approaches Ravager.

Episode 10 – Timeline a
Airdate: Saturday 12th January 2013
Synopsis: Back in the old timeline. Dinobot, configured to look
like Dinobot II and fatally wounded, is lying on the ground, as
the Resplendent flies away. From nowhere, “Death” approaches,
and offers Dinobot the chance to keep living. The Maximal notes
that he is content to die, but “Death” insists that reality will
need him. Reluctantly, Dinobot accepts, and “Death” Transwarps
him away. They reappear in a strange facility, which “Death”
calls the Ruins. Cynder, Razorbeak, Abydos, Claws and Laserbeak
are all here; they are surprised to see Dinobot, but “Death”
quickly escorts him off to the Ruins’ medical centre. As Dinobot
sits in an advanced CR chamber, he asks his saviour why reality
will need him. “Death” remarks that there are many prophecies,
from different cultures across time and space, that all point to
the same event: the death and rebirth of the universe. After
this, new pathways will open, and “Death” believes that one of
these will lead him to the ability to fix all that is wrong with
reality. Dinobot asks what “Death” considers to be wrong, and
the mysterious being dodges the question, leaving Dinobot alone.
Cynder enters the medical centre a short while later, and
enquires as to what happened to him. He explains how he had
killed Dinobot II a few years ago and was using his guise to
bring down enemy war efforts, but Cynder is quick to point out
that the Total Conflict has been at almost constant stalemate.
Reluctantly, Dinobot admits that he had spent almost all of the
time hunting his clone across the multiverse, and has seen none
of the Total Conflict. Cynder bitterly states that he should
keep it that way.
Claws is in the Ruins’ training facility, making her way
through an obstacle course as Laserbeak watches. Finishing the
course, she stands in near-silence, nothing but her panting.
Razorbeak and Abydos enter, congratulating her on breaking her
personal record, but the fembot leaves without a word, Laserbeak
following. The two Maximals are unsure of what to do, before a
wave of blue energy passes through them, the room and all
objects present. “Death’s” voice comes over the ship’s systems,
informing his team that the rebirth has occurred. Abydos remarks
that she feels the same, but Razorbeak suggests that it
primarily affected their own universe. “Death” then notes that
he has a mission for them, and that they must all head to the
conference hall in half an hour. Dinobot passes Claws in the
corridors, and asks her what is wrong. She pushes him into one
of the empty rooms, and whispers to him that she does not trust
“Death” at all. Dinobot notes that he does not either, but that
they have to keep up the pretence. Without another word, Claws
heads off, Laserbeak on her shoulder. Later, the group are
gathered in the conference hall. “Death” explains that they are
to head to Manterax, in the restructured universe, to analyse
and record all of the markings. He explains that their
transportation will be equipped with technology that will grant
them access to the universe, which is now effectively shielded
from entry; he will follow them into the universe shortly after
in the Ruins, so they will not need to leave the universe after.
Within the new timeline. “Death’s” Warriors, reformatted now,
are in the temples of Manterax, studying the markings. Cynder is
especially capable, being a master of written languages, and the
group are gradually noting down information on the Hollow Globe.
Razorbeak notes how the facility appears to be a map of the
universe, and literally shows pathways through the universe that
are hidden from plain view. Abydos ponders aloud what this could
give “Death”, while Claws and Laserbeak heads off on their own.
Noticing her, Dinobot follows, and catches her. He demands to
know what she is doing, and she explains that she is going to
ransack their ship of the cross-universe technology. She and
Laserbeak will leave, and help fight in the Total Conflict;
“Death” gave her a second chance, but she wishes to use it how
she sees fit. Dinobot is still unsure of her actions, but she
has Laserbeak play a message that apparently appeared in him
during the rebirth. The message is from Illyiara – she explains,
succinctly, that she is using this brief moment to call out for
help. Whoever receives the message should head to a specific set
of coordinates and follow the path. Giving in, Dinobot lets the
two go, before returning to the others, saying that Claws has
been given a separate mission. Cynder is distracted, however:
she describes the markings she is reading, which tell of the
Duality myth. Although she is finding it difficult to translate,
she can discern the words ‘Cybertronian’ and ‘Valoranian’.
Razorbeak, in turn, finds a marking… a note saying ‘None of them
remember themselves. Side with them and get to the Hollow Globe
quickly. See you there! – Prophecy’.

Episode 11 – The Bonds That Make Us
Airdate: Saturday 19th January 2013
Synopsis: Medusa is in her quarters, still attempting to solve
the puzzle box, focusing even through the sounds of explosions
and combat. Throughout the rest of the ship, the Maximals are
attacking the Predacons, having snuck on-board. Blizzard seems
intent on locating Medusa, but Ironfist warns her to not let her
hatred of the villainess get the better of her. Conversely, the
Kappa-Three team are refuelling on a city planet, and Tidal Wave
asks Rapticon when he is going to confess his feelings to
Blizzard. The warrior immediately snaps that there is nothing to
confess, but Tidal Wave notes how he has been watching their
interactions. He continues, explaining how Howlback knowing of
his feelings has lifted a weight off of his shoulders, and
insists that Rapticon should not be embarrassed by or afraid of
his emotions; all the same, the older bot walks away. Uproar is
still trying to comprehend the Warriors’ back-story, and
Cynder’s forwardness with him is not helping. He asks her for
some space, and is taken aback by her casual insistence that he
used to love her being up-close, though all the same, he
evidently finds her fascinating. Cross-Shot alerts the team that
the Chaos-Blade is approaching the planet; they quickly start to
prepare for another fight. Emberscales Prime is deep in combat
with Psychosis, the legendary warrior being perhaps the first
person to truly hold his own against the monstrous Predacon.
Psychosis taunts his opponent in battle, but the Prime pays no
attention, instead dealing damage swiftly. The onboard computers
announce that the Hollow Globe is half an hour away; in the
bridge, Divebomb and Sail-Away attempt to halt the alert, even
as Arcrise and Wiretrap attack them.
The tension is high amongst the Kappa-Three crew. Equipped with
all their own weaponry – and then some – they await the arrival
of the Predacons. Rapticon insists that, if they can help it,
none of the Predacons will survive this fight. Unfortunately,
Bloodtide has come prepared, and his team leap out of hiding,
surrounding the Maximals. Rapticon orders an attack, and the two
teams start to brawl, ruthlessly. As Skysquawk confronts
Dinobot, he insists that the Warriors and their plan will be
foiled, and the Predacons will have victory. Dinobot solemnly
notes that the Predacons have no idea what “Death” is planning,
before Cross-Shot manages to hit Skysquawk square in the chest
with an arrow. As the Predacon reels, Dinobot congratulates
Cross-Shot on her abilities; she remarks that she has trained
almost all of her life, for the sake of justice. The battle
seems fairly even, although the Predacons are giving their
ferocious all. Meanwhile, Howlback is fighting against Rampage,
and of course, the battle is as much psychological (especially
on Rampage’s part) as it is physical. Even as Howlback attempts
to keep her emotions in check, Rampage suddenly remarks that she
may have to torture Tidal Wave when she next sees him. The
Maximal freezes, but before Rampage can make a move, Icepick
goes flying into her; Waspinator is winning his own fight, and
he suggests to Howlback that they team up to take out both
fembots. She warmly agrees.
Contrary to events on the rest of the ship, Prophecy and
Iguanus are talking rather than fighting. The Predacon explains
how Spinister was killed in front of his eyes, yet while he does
feel some amount of sorrow, there is a greater sense of being
free of any need to be with the faction. Prophecy suggests he
join the Maximals, but Iguanus does not believe that he would be
welcome; when the fembot notes that Rapticon used to be a
villain, too, and is now a trusted and respected Maximal,
Iguanus is taken aback. The computer system announces that the
Hollow Globe is fifteen minutes away; Divebomb and Sail-Away
again bemoan their inability to stop the system announcement,
even as they are comically beaten by Arcrise and Wiretrap. The
Kappa-Three team are finally being forced into retreat amidst
the battle. Bloodtide cackles maniacally as the team back into
their ship, amused by the Maximals’ inability to maintain the
upper-hand in a battle situation. As the Maximal ship launches,
Skysquawk blasts it, clipping its wing and leaving it damaged;
it nonetheless blasts off, refuelled and headed for the Hollow
Globe. Bloodtide orders his team to get back aboard their ship.
As the Maximals recuperate, Rapticon remarks that he hates
retreating from a battle. Tidal Wave notes that in the same
manner, he keeps backing away from his feelings for Blizzard;
aggravated, the Maximal finally admits that he loves Blizzard,
but love is not something a warrior should feel. Tidal Wave
simply smiles. Blizzard and Ironfist have located Medusa’s
quarters, and the fembot bangs on the door, demanding access, as
Medusa continues the puzzle box. At the Hollow Globe, “Death”
watches Ravager approach, noting that he is ready for the
endgame to be played.

Episode 12 – Impatience
Airdate: Saturday 26th January 2013
Synopsis: The Kappa-Three is getting close to the Hollow Globe.
Onboard, Rapticon is alone in his quarters, deep in thought,
when Tidal Wave knocks. Entering, he tells Rapticon that he is
to confess to Blizzard when they meet again. Rapticon snarls,
insisting that a warrior should not feel love; Tidal Wave tries
to shrug this off, but the older bot explains that one of them
will die in combat sooner or later, and the other will be left
to grieve. Taken aback, Tidal Wave notes that this is no reason
to avoid love – it is something to hold for as long as you can.
Uproar announces that they are five minutes from the Hollow
Globe. As Ravager guides itself down to land automatically,
Arcrise and Wiretrap attempt to stop it; Sail Away and Divebomb
focus on keeping Arcrise busy, knowing of her incredible powers,
and leaving Wiretrap to try and fail at halting the automatic
pilot. The ship lands. Blizzard and Ironfist share a glance, and
the leader notes that they are already too late. The door opens,
and Medusa steps through, the door shutting behind her as she
ignores the Maximals. They go to attack her, but she simply
transforms and slithers off, the two transforming and following
after. Likewise, the Predacons across the ship quickly head off,
their enemies pursuing them. Medusa is the first out of the
ship, followed by Blizzard and Ironfist; they are confronted by
“Death”, who welcomes them to the Hollow Globe. The Maximals do
not realise who he is, but Medusa remarks that he is the being
self-proclaimed as Death. The cloaked being notes that he has
another name, but it has been lost to time. He informs them that
he will be in the Hollow Globe’s spire, waiting for them, before
walking off. Blizzard and Ironfist note that Medusa has
vanished, as the other Predacons swarm out of Ravager.
“Death” walks through dark, golden hallways, a smirk visible
from his hood, only for Medusa to drop from the ceiling in viper
form and transform. She tells “Death” that only she will use the
Globe’s power – as they talk, it becomes apparent that the
Hollow Globe can only be used once every thousand years. Neither
villain is prepared to back down, but “Death” is a lot more
relaxed about his chances of success. Medusa notes that what she
has that he lacks is loyalty: Psychosis attempts to mentally
attack “Death” from behind, but finds the mysterious being’s
mind impenetrable. “Death” continues walking, leaving Medusa
unimpressed. The Kappa-Three lands down, and Rapticon attempts
to contact Blizzard, accidentally sending a message to her
quarters on the Epsilon-Zero first, before finally reaching her;
the two converse, with Blizzard suggesting that, since the
Kappa-Three has landed on the Hollow Globe’s southern
hemisphere, his team make their way through there. Tidal Wave
gives Rapticon an insistent look all the while, but Rapticon
sneers at him. Once finishing the conversation, he orders his
team to head out into the Hollow Globe. The moment they do, they
are attacked by Bloodtide’s Predacons – Rapticon orders them to
divide across the Globe. They do so, their attackers following
swiftly. Tidal Wave quickly transforms into his upgraded
crocodile mode, slipping into an energy stream, with Snaptrap
following in his snapping turtle mode.
All the while, the Epsilon-Zero crew are making their way to
the spire, although Prophecy is insisting that they deal with
Predacons individually. The rest of the team are against the
idea, and as they continue on their way, Blizzard notes that
something is somehow familiar about “Death”. Prophecy gives a
knowing look to Waspinator, who is confused. The Predacons are
scattered across the Globe, with Icepick quickly managing to
stumble upon the battling Cross-Shot and Venecrom, the latter in
beast mode; he manages to bite into Cross-Shot’s leg,
cyber-toxins from his saliva entering her even as she shoots an
arrow straight into his head. He transforms, the arrow now in
his chest, and even as Cross-Shot backs away, the projectile
explodes his chest cavity, killing him. Icepick goes to attack,
spraying liquid nitrogen at the Maximal, but Cross-Shot manages
to dodge them. All the same, her attempts at hitting the
freezing fembot with an arrow are fruitless, until Iguanus
appears from behind, keeping Icepick still. Cross-Shot shoots
Icepick square in the head, then asks Iguanus his intentions. He
lets go of Icepick’s body, and tells the archer to ask Prophecy,
before walking away. As Dinobot duels with Ambush, he receives a
summons from “Death”; although the saurian Maximal initially
refuses, he is teleported via shadows to the top of the spire.
Here, “Death” has gathered his other Warriors, and orders them
to prepare. At that very moment, Medusa and Psychosis and the
Epsilon-Zero Maximals enter from opposite sides of the
spire-room. “Death” welcomes them, and then lowers his hood to
reveal himself as Flare-Boom, formerly a Seeker in Oblivion’s
armies.
