Y'mean it doesn't excite you further? :P Or intrigue you as to
Karen Gillan (Amy Pond) being on the cast list? (Jason Michas
doesn't count since he voices Emberscales Prime anyway XD)

So, either of you got any ideas on what may happen? Based on
season 1 stuff, as well as Synergy if you think stuff is
       relevant?

       Episode 1 – Survival
       Airdate: Saturday 3rd November 2012
Synopsis: An archer fembot takes out a mock target with swift
precision. Her name is Cross-Shot, star pupil of the latest
class of Elite Guard trainees. Uproar asks Tidal Wave to take
his turn; the former teacher steps forward, a little awkwardly,
and uses bladed chain-weapons to attack the target. All the
while, Uproar sends Howlback off to locate Arcrise. The wolf-bot
finds her analysing a computer feed; she explains to Howlback
that she has remained in contact with the Epsilon-Zero through a
simple comm.-link, but she has only just regained contact after
a couple of weeks. Apparently, the Epsilon-Zero and Ravager have
both crashed on a planet, and the Predacons are now opening
another wormhole. Ironfist has sent Arcrise the planet’s
coordinates, as well as the statistics of the wormhole; using a
hologram, Arcrise realises that Cybertron is a possible
destination for the other side of the wormhole. Indeed, outside,
Cross-Shot notices specks of light falling from the sky. As
Howlback and Arcrise rush out to warn the others, the entire
class, including Uproar, are drawn through the wormhole. As they
re-emerge in a wasteland, they find themselves surrounded by
Iguanus, Spinister, Psychosis, Rampage, Snaptrap, Flicksting,
Skysquawk, Divebomb, Sail-Away, Ambush and numerous other
Predacons. A wholesale slaughter rapidly begins, as Uproar
desperately attempts to coordinate the trainees. As Snaptrap
gains the upper hand against Tidal Wave, he is blasted away by
Ironfist – he, Rapticon, Waspinator and Prophecy have arrived.
The happy reunion is, of course, cut shot, as the Predacons are
unrelenting. Cross-Shot proves her skill on the battlefield,
saving fellow trainee Wiretrap. Rapticon questions Medusa’s
motives – why bring a slew of Maximals to the planet? Indeed,
Feral too is questioning this aboard Ravager; the smirking
Medusa’s response is that it is a test. The most competent
Predacon will be named her new second-in-command, while any that
are too weak will be killed (or at least apprehended) by the
Maximals. Feral asks why he was not sent out with the others, to
which Medusa responds with a knowing smirk. In the battlefield,
Arcrise and Skysquawk are going head-on, powerhouse against
powerhouse, with Skysquawk still taking out trainees all the
while. Waspinator orders the trainees to hold back as he,
Rapticon, Ironfist, Prophecy and Uproar use their full arsenal
to continue their fight. Cross-Shot notes that she can handle
the heat, and joins them, with Tidal Wave and Howlback following
her. Rampage is quick to approach Howlback, cackling, but Tidal
Wave uses his chain-blades to keep the insane Predacon back.
Divebomb and Sail-Away approach the trainees, though being the
wily bots they are, the full-on fight is more even. High above
them, the wormhole is growing more chaotic.
Feral attempts to escape Ravager, hunted all the while by
Medusa. Although unperturbed at first, he is soon bitten by her
in her beast mode, leaving him weak as she hounds him. She has
known, all this time, that he was a Maximal, but she wanted to
give her opponents the illusion of an advantage. Prophecy
manages to keep Iguanus at-bay, asking him how long he intends
on holding up his façade; the Predacon is confused, and
Spinister comes to his aid before Prophecy can continue. As
Arcrise continues in her attempts to best Skysquawk, the vile
Predacon redirects one of her attacks at the trainees, killing
almost all of them. Enraged, Arcrise’s blue lights turn red and
she radiates chaotic power, causing the wormhole above to
respond. Tidal Wave, Howlback and Cross-Shot, however
devastated, realise that they must act fast. They turn to
Wiretrap, the only other surviving trainee, and insist that he
return to Cybertron to alert Emberscales Prime. Wiretrap has no
idea how to get to the wormhole, however; thinking quickly,
Tidal Wave asks Waspinator to fly him up. The hornet-bot
complies, lifting Wiretrap up. As Arcrise continues stewing in
       rage, the wormhole erupts.

       Episode 2 – Far Away
       Airdate: Saturday 10th November 2012
Synopsis: Groggily, Wiretrap awakens in the training field on
Cybertron. Looking into the sky, he finds the wormhole absent –
it has evidently dematerialised. On the alien planet, the
Maximals are recuperating; the Predacons retreated as the
wormhole erupted. Tidal Wave and Cross-Shot find Waspinator’s
body in ruins, but their sorrow turns to surprise when he
shakily stands up, bemoaning the situation. Howlback tends to
Arcrise, still seething, and attempts to calm her down. The
all-powerful fembot gradually returns to blue mode as Howlback
insists that it was unintentional, merely the machinations of
       Skysquawk. Silently, Arcrise heads off towards the Epsilon-Zero;
Rapticon suggests that Tidal Wave, Howlback, Cross-Shot and the
damaged Waspinator follow, while he, Ironfist, Prophecy and
Uproar deal with the trainees’ bodies. As Feral finds himself
cornered aboard Ravager, Gigatron Transwarps in; he rescues the
Maximal and Transwarps out again. Medusa is startled, but shrugs
it off as the Predacons return – only the core team have
survived. She demands to know who ordered the retreat, and
Skysquawk steps forward. Seemingly angry, Medusa’s expression
then shifts to a smirk, as she congratulates the Predacon on his
performance and his tactical aptitude. She appoints him her
second-in-command, much to the bemusement and chagrin of the
       other Predacons.
While Waspinator heals up in a CR chamber, Tidal Wave and
Howlback give Cross-Shot a tour of the ship. The archer is a
little bemused at the lack of on-ship training facilities,
although Tidal Wave points out that the ship is designed for
Elite Guard agents who are already fully-trained. Meanwhile,
Arcrise visits Waspinator; she apologises for losing control,
but the Elite Guard agent notes that she is still not used to
her powers and it is understandable when someone uses her own
attack to murder her friends. At this, Arcrise notes that she
never particularly got to know any of the other trainees besides
Tidal Wave and Howlback; Waspinator assures her that if she
opens up, she can gain many friends. The fembot places her hand
to the CR chamber’s glass – as she does, Waspinator sees her
hand as being yellow. Aboard Ravager, Skysquawk is outfitting
his new quarters when Ambush stops by: the spider-bot says that
he is aware of Skysquawk’s agenda, and is willing to help him
if, once Medusa is overthrown, the vulture-bot helps him.
Skysquawk feigns ignorance, but makes clear that he accepts
Ambush’s offer. Medusa continues trying to solve the Valoranian
puzzle box, when she receives a coded message. Smirking, she
puts it into an algorithm to start decoding it.
Rapticon, Ironfist, Prophecy and Uproar carry the trainee
bodies back to the Epsilon-Zero; Uproar ponders aloud if he had
failed to train them hard enough, but Ironfist insists that only
seasoned agents could have coped in that situation… Tidal Wave,
Howlback, Cross-Shot and Arcrise notwithstanding. Prophecy
chimes in that the four will be seasoned by bitter conflict,
before staring at Rapticon for a moment. The four reach the
ship, where Cross-Shot welcomes them back: Arcrise has been
trying to contact Cybertron, but to no avail. Ironfist notes
that their comm.-link was only just able to reach, because it
was an established link between two individuals. Getting an
idea, Rapticon rushes off, ordering the others to start digging
graves. In parts unknown, Cynder, Razorbeak, Abydos and Dinobot
are discussing the minor differences in the prophetic art in the
temples on Manterax, and what that implies about this new
timeline. Their musings are interrupted by “Death”,
mostly-shadowed, who asks them what they have discovered in
their long excursion to Manterax; Dinobot steps forward,
explaining that they have discovered the location of the Hollow
Globe, as well as the warning concerning the Grave of the Light,
and even the Duality creation myth. Impressed, “Death” walks
off, telling them to prepare. Back on Cybertron, Wiretrap
finishes explaining events to Emberscales Prime; the Prime goes
to order his top scientists to track down the planet, only for
Blizzard to walk through the door, still in slight pain. She
tells the two that Rapticon has contacted her, and she knows
       where the planet is.

       Episode 3 – Confirm, Conform
       Airdate: Saturday 17th November 2012
Synopsis: The Maximals on the alien planet give a simple funeral
to the fallen trainees. Howlback is visibly emotional, and Tidal
Wave comforts her; Cross-Shot is trying to keep her emotions in
check; Arcrise is pensive. As the ceremony finishes, a
comm.-link opens aboard the ship – the senior bots rush in, to
find a crackly reception with Emberscales Prime. He announces
that they are struggling to get a lock on the planet, and
Ironfist immediately puts himself forward to walk them through
the process. Rapticon sends Arcrise out to repair the ship,
which Ironfist had previously been attempting. In the depths of
space, a sinister-looking ship known as the Chaos-Blade is
cruising. Aboard are five Predacons – Bloodtide, Venecrom,
Drain, Icepick and Brittle. They are evidently on a mission,
discussing their approach to their target. At a precise moment,
Bloodtide orders Brittle to activate the ship’s pulse
generators; a space station suddenly becomes visible ahead. Its
cover blown, it immediately opens fire on the Chaos-Blade, which
meanders through the lasers and concussive rounds. Four
jet-fighters launch, bombarding the Predacon ship, but through
clever tactics and the Predacons working together, they manage
to crash all four fighters back down on the space station. The
pilots emerge – Cynder, Razorbeak, Abydos and Dinobot, visibly
angered. The Predacons exit the Chaos-Blade, ready for battle.
On Cybertron, Blizzard works silently on a Calabi-Yau conduit,
as Wiretrap approaches her. He starts asking her questions about
leading an Elite Guard team and dealing with Medusa’s Predacons,
but she brushes him off. Apologising, she notes that she does
not think of anything she does as ‘cool’ anymore. She fulfils
her role because it is right of her, and she believes it is her
place in the universe. Wiretrap admits that this only makes him
admire her more; she asks for privacy, as quantum mechanics are
not her strong point and she must continue working on the
conduit. The Warriors of Death and Bloodtide’s team continue
their fight, the Warriors’ skill and power matched by the
Predacons’ sheer underhanded ferocity. All the same, Razorbeak
manages to take advantage of Brittle’s namesake quality, hitting
him in the right place with the flat of his sword and causing
him to crumble. The Predacons do not seem to care; Bloodtide
manages to crush Cynder’s right arm, and promises her that her
team will never reach the Hollow Globe. Cynder transforms,
breathing super-hot fire at Bloodtide, who barely flinches.
Cross-Shot heads outside, to find that Arcrise has completely
repaired the Epsilon-Zero with remarkable ease. The godly fembot
is off in the distance, gazing at the stars. Uproar joins
Cross-Shot, asking her how she is coping. The younger bot notes
that she is in slight shock, but is dealing with it fine; Uproar
is unsure, noting that the archer has a tendency to hide her
emotions. Snapping at him, Cross-Shot storms off. Emberscales
Prime has gathered a team of Elite Guard agents, stood ready in
front of a new model of Space Bridge. Blizzard is working as his
deputy; Wiretrap, apparently not allowed on the mission, is
lurking around, waiting for an opportunity to sneak in.
Emberscales Prime notes that the location they are headed to
possesses a large number of Predacons, so they must be
constantly on-guard. The Space Bridge activates, and Prime and
Blizzard lead the charge through. They are greeted by Arcrise,
who informs them that the Predacons have already left. The rest
of the Epsilon-Zero crew approach them, thanking them for their
arrival, and are surprised when they find out that the Predacons
have left (besides Prophecy). Rapticon scolds Arcrise for not
informing him, although Blizzard notes that with her return, it
is her jurisdiction to reprimand crew-members. Emberscales Prime
asks Arcrise if she knows where the Predacons have gone, but it
is Prophecy who answers… they are headed for the Hollow Globe.
Elsewhere, the space station explodes. Aboard Chaos-Blade,
Venecrom and Drain bemoan the vanishing of the Warriors of
Death, while Bloodtide receives a message from Medusa: “Thank
you for the coordinates. See you there.”

       ---------------------------------------------------------
1-Starting off the season with the mass slaughter of trainees...
you are as brutal as usual. Nice to see Skysquawk be a badass,
an extreme one. New character voiced by Amy Pond=win, especially
since she's an epic markswoman. I'm reminded of Quickslinger.
Yay more Howlback, and good to see Tidal Wave. Also, I'm curious
as to what Cross-Shot and Wiretrap transform in to. The battle
scene seems epic, and goodbye Feral. Medusa is as sly and
conniving as usual, and her band of Predacons is still awesome.
Arcrise and her god powers FTW, also. An epic start to what's
going to be an epic season.
2-Waspinator surviving catastrophic injuries made me all
nostalgic, good to see the trainees are gonna be put to rest.
This stuff concerning Death is very interesting indeed, and I
honestly thought Wiretrap was gonna be exploded by the wormhole.
Dinobot and his team seem awesome, and it's good to see
Cross-Shot added to the team. Looks like some treachery is
brewing on the Ravager, looking forward to seeing what Skysquawk
has planned. Arcrise's hand being yellow... I feel this is
       foreshadowing of some type.
3-Trainees properly put to rest in what is no doubt a moving
funeral scene. I can see why Howlback is emotional, and I can
also see why Cross-Shot is trying to supress hers. Emberscales
Prime is an interesting guy who's around everywhere, as always.
Five new Predacons=win, still want to know all of their
alternate modes. With the exception of the unfortunate Brittle,
they all seem like badasses. Warriors of Death... interesting.
But yeah, this seems like an epic fight scene, poor Cynder's
arm. Hollow globe, cool, space station exploding, cool, all of
this... super-cool. Looking forward to see how Bloodtide's crew
       and the Ravager dudes interact.

       1) Hahahaha, but of course! >:D Skysquawk is indeed a very evil
guy. It's why he was one of the high-level criminals, remember?
Cross-Shot is actually inspired by Merida (sp?) from Pixar's
"Brave". By which I mean, saw her in ads, read up about her,
decided she'd be good to base a character on. XD Not the first
Pixar character to be adapted, Deltadrome was inspired by EVE.
And of course Tidal Wave and Howlback would be there. :P
Cross-Shot is a field mouse (not Scottish but w/e XD). Wiretrap,
I'll have to ponder that one. XD Feral's not dead, as you now
know... I just got to that point and thought 'crap, why DIDN'T
she send him out... eh, screw it'. :P And yeah, Medusa is truly
an awesome character. As is Arcrise. XD
       2) Hahaha, he's always had that ability. XD It's just had less
application as he's taken more of a dark turn. "Death"... oh,
absolutely. This whole plot has been building since Synergy, you
watch it soar. ;) And nah, Wiretrap's just here for the future.
Saying too much? Nah. XD Dinobot and co, yah, keep your eyes on
them. Cross-Shot joining, but of course. XD Skysquawk is like
Starscream, so of course there's treachery! :P And of course it
       is. :P
       3) Well, Howlback's always been an emotional character. Whereas
Cross-Shot is kinda more... like "no, I'm not gonna cry. Why
would I cry? Crying's for chumps. Yeah, I miss them. It's sad.
But I'm a warrior. Death's what we've gotta deal with". Not sure
what you mean by the E.P. bit... XD Bloodtide's team are indeed
EPIC. :P Bloodtide = piranha, Venecrom = komodo dragon, Drain =
mosquito, Icepick and Brittle I'm not sure. XD Bloodtide's
actually an idea I've had for a while, and if Rise season 1 had
been 26 episodes, he would've joined the Predacons as a kind of
scrappy vicious brawler, only to be killed off in the finale.
Now, I've completely reworked him into this savage badass of
win. XD Brittle... is just unfortunate, no less badass. XD I
just came up with "Warriors of Death" so I had a term for them.
Though, y'know, they do work for "Death". :P Cynder can always
get repairs, paha. Hollow Globe continues to be important, yus,
and "Death"'s space-station goes boom. XD As for interactions,
       stay tuned! :3
Yep, 10 more episodes to go. With a break at Christmas, dunno if
I'll do some sort of special or what. XD Glad you're enjoying,
       much much more to come!
       A.
