The Sky Blues known as Coventry City happily take their place in
the new season playing in the Championship Division and the fans
will be out on thousands to support the club.
The club have appointed "Chris Wilder" as the man to take the
club forwards with the target of achieving a mid table finish in
their debut season.
The boss has been looking around the Coventry Arena looking at
facilities and meeting with club owner Doug King and the Board
and no doubt setting out targets and what the club would like to
achieve in their first season in the leagues.
We understand the boss is also meeting this evening with the
players and outlining how he wants to set-up the club, playing
style, tactics and who may be surplus to his plans and possibly
even who he wants to bring in that will strengthen the team.
Coventry will be looking to set-up several friendlies so the
players can get used to the new plans and experiment ahead of
the Championship season.

Its 3 days in to The Sky Blues new adventure with "CHRIS WILDER"
at the helm and the club gave been busy laying out their plan
over a 3-4 season guide.
Season objectives we understand is to establish the club and
stay out of debt, achieve a mid table finish and target cup
quarter final.
The manager has been working hard on the training ground and we
have learned that Coventry will be lining up and working with a
5-3-2 formation using wingbacks.
News coming from the club has laid out a list of requirements
for players that will be brought into the club to play the
formation and the special tactics currently being relayed to
players and staff and will become the Coventry model.
The first part of the plan is building the defense and bringing
in two strikers and aiming for 21-26 year old players that can
develop into the system over the seasons.
Coventry will also be looking to develop the Academy with the
plan to bring in average players and develop them into top class
players that can move into the 1st team system with ease and
save the club money over the coming seasons.

Its been a tough start to season for newboys Coventry City, with
the Sky Blues having a draw and defeat and tough match tonight
at the Milan Stadium against giants AC Milan.
Haji Wright and Marcus Thuram are combining well a new strike
partnership and very capable of goals but defense needs to be
tighter if the Sky Blues are to pick up wins.
Boss "Chris Wilder" is playing a 5-3-2 and the only club playing
with 5 at the back, so they should be keeping games tighter for
the forwards to bring the goals and move them up the league
table.
Coulibaly has been immnense in the midfield into double figures
for passing, Josh Eccles has been a surprise and passing the
ball well along with Pasalic and Chukwuemeka.
Many feel if the club bring in a better keeper then the team
could be on for some good win and performances, will the boss go
buy a keeper?
Off the field has been quiet around the club and the fans are
waiting for news and will expecting developments which most
other clubs are heavily investing in their infrastucture.
