[center]OLYMPIACOS PIREUS[/center]
[center]Olympiacos was founded on 16 May 1924. Officially
recognized on 10 March 1925 and nicknamed Thrylos (Legend),
Olympiacos are the most successful club in Greek football
history. They have won 48 league titles, 29 Cups (19 doubles)
and 5 Super Cups, being the record holder for all of these
competitions.
The club won its first European title in 2024 when its U-19 Team
won the UEFA Youth League. They also hold one UEFA Europa
Conference League and one Balkans Cup. They are one of the few
clubs to have won over 100 trophies, having won 176 titles (82
national, 27 regional, 30 Youth and Academy, 34 others, and 3
international).
Now the Greek giants have won promotion into the Championship
Division and the club moved to appoint "Rueben Amorim" as their
new Head Coach after he left Brighton failing to win promotion
to the Premier Division...
The new boss arrived in Greece and currently looking around the
club and meeting his new players and the full Board of the club
along with owner Evangelos Marinakis, Marinakis is known in
football circles for being difficult to work with so will be
interesting to see if the new Head Coach can create a good
working relationship with the owner...

[center]Bringing you the latest new from Greek giants Olympiacos
and training has been going well in very hot conditions in
Greece as the players are working on their fitness and ball
skills ahead of their debut season....
Head Coach "RUEBEN AMORIM" has expressing his tactics and
setting him team to play a 3-4-2-1 system which he favours and
looking at the players he has to see who can fit the system and
where the club may need to bring in players....
Smajlovic, L_Scipioni and C_Mouzakitis are now being seen as 3
players to develop and likely to heavily feature in the
formation and tactics as they have much potential.
The following players are to be moved out to other clubs,
Rodinei, Dani García, Fortounis, El Kaabi, Taremi and
Masouras....
The boss needs to trim down the 11 forwards at the club and will
look for hardworking forwards who can score goals as they are so
important to his system and getting the positive results and
points....

[center]After 2 games of the new season Olympiacos sit top of
thable with a win and draw and positive start for the new boys.
Fans are excited about the progress the club are making and the
club have been working hard with work underway on upgrading
training facilities and club's scouting network.
The club have also begun work on upgrading the Stadium Quality
which will take the whole season to complete and will improve
atmosphere at the Karaiskakis Stadium....
On the field 30 year old forward Roman Yaremchuk has surprised
everyone with his performances and 4 goals this season, the
superstar of the team 19 year old midfielder Christos Mouzakitis
has also started season in great form with 11 key passes, 4
goals and 1 assist and leading the midfield. Experienced
midfielder Chiquinho is also working hard along with Hezze and
if these players can keep up the performances the Greek side
could be in for a good season. Manager "Ruben Amorim" has
expressed his delight with the players and the relative young
squad and setting out his style of play and tactics....
