       League Criteria

       We are introducing a Ground Points system.
       Ground Points will become progressively more demanding as clubs
       move up the pyramid, while still allowing different development
       strategies.
       A club can qualify by building a well-rounded stadium rather
       than following one fixed blueprint.  Each facility build will
       earn ground points.
       This gives a clearer progression:
       National League (60): A safe, functional non-league ground with
       the basics in place.
       League One (90): Significant investment in facilities, supporter
       comfort and commercial income.
       Championship (170): A modern, professionally run stadium with
       strong infrastructure.
       Premier League (230): An elite venue capable of hosting
       top-flight football.
