       One Major Project
       A club may only build one major project at a time.
       Major projects include:
       Wooden Stand
       Floodlights
       Hospitality Suite
       Artificial Pitch
       Training Pitch
       Small Projects
       One small project may be completed alongside a major project.
       Small projects include:
       Club Shop
       Covered Terrace
       Additional Seating
       Better Pitch Drainage
       Dressing Rooms
