       How to become a Forum Moderator (F-Mod)

       So, how does a forum mod get picked?
       Well, it's quite hard for us to do it, really.
       Forum Mods are hand-picked by our Admins, it's a tough decision
       when it comes to deciding who should be promoted; we have to
       decide who we think would be best for the job.
       It all really comes down to who's been the most helpful poster?
       Who isn't obviously staff-hunting? Who can we trust?
       We are very confidential about how and when we choose our Mods,
       and we don't pick people who ask.
       Let's get this straight: We DO NOT pick anyone who asks for a
       position - If you ask, it decreases the chances of you being
       picked.
       We don't just want any random person to have power &
       responsibilities.
       That's all i'll say for now.
