Uh, Le Bonbon, just been having a quick flick through the
revamped entrance test and well, still think it is a touch on
the tricky side; the one about the balloons is quite devilish.
Anything we can do to, well, help the chaps out?

Nothing at all my friend. We have tried to follow PF guidelines
to the dot and unfortunately, after being ask to tighten up
recruiting procedure, we are now unable to resubmit our
proposals. In addition, it would be unadvisable given the recent
scandals about crew academic levels or perhaps we should say
well, lack of them! I'm afraid the search for potential partners
is becoming more competitive each day.

Well old boy, have to keep an eye costs! However, I'd like
Ronnie to get a bit a grip on the recruiting committee; the
thing is beginning to go pear-shaped. As you know Le Bonbon I'm
an open-minded, modern type but some of the hoi polloi that has
been taken on board recently, well leave something to be desired
to say the least.

Well my friend, I believe it is something related to the
salaries we are offering. Potential partners tell us that they
find better remuneration and conditions working in the
Bangladesh sweatshops.

Uh Le Bonbon, I hope you are not suggesting that the conditions
we offer on the Lollipop are not up to scratch and you can tell
any of these potential partners that they had better be prepared
to jolly well roll up their sleeves! Anyway, how much do these
chaps earn in these 'sweatshop' things and uh, where did you say
they were? Bangla something or other...no can't really place it
at the moment.

Well, my friend, we could hardly say we are offering succulent
remuneration packages. I believe Ronnie has, after a fashion,
got things underway and is about to release a circular
containing the Lollipop staffing needs and the type of partners
we are currently looking for. I know it has been some time in
coming but I believe it is, at least, comprehensive.
