Posting Pictures

This is a Frequently Asked Question so I thought I would post
it. [
1, join Photobucket.
2 Upload picture to Photobucket
3 Right Click Picture, Go Down to Properties and click it
4 Where it says "Address (URL)" click the text and highlight
from the first text beside where it says "Address" all the way
to the end.
5 Press copy
6 Go to the forum you want to post the link just like you were
starting a new topic or replying to a topic.
7 Press Paste where you want the picture to be
8 add [ img ]to the left side of the link and add[ /img ] to the
last of the link. ( There are actually no spaces in between the
[ ] and the letters but, this is the only way the forum will let
me post it)
9 Add anything else you want to post and then press the "Post"
button
If anyone has any questions about doing this please reply back
to this post and ask questions

account on PHOTO BUCKET already for years...i just can't figure
out how to do this...can you break it down a little more for
DUMMIES like me????THANKS JOSH!

You aren't a dummy. I just don't explain things too great! Have
you already uploaded any pictures to Photobucket?

Well you right-click the picture you want to post. A box will
appear with a lot of options in it. Press the one that says
Properties. Now highlight the entire link beside where it says
Address. Right-click in the highlighted area and then click
copy. Ok now go to where you want to post it on the forum and
paste the link. At the first of the link insert [ img ] (there
is no space in bettween the parenthesses and the img) and at the
last of the link insert [ /img ] (no spaces also). Then click
post. Do you understand now? If not just tell me what you don't
understand.

Did you understand it? I know I'm bad at explaining it. If you
still don't I can probably find a place on the internet that
explains it good.

You can also choose the picture you want in photobucket and you
will see under the picture 4 links:
e-mail and IM
Direct Link
HTML Code
IMG Code
Copy the IMG Code and past it in the post and the picture should
come up.....it works on other boards, let me see if it will
here.
