SWINE FLU anyone?

[font=trebuchet ms] ???Any of you guys been touch by that stinky
swine flu?? or maybe know some one who has???I had a sore throat
last week...man was i scared, i started to sneeze a little..I
just doped my self up with all kinds of meds and felt a lot
better this week.

We have been fortunate here, just the colds and allergies for
us. But there have been alot of outbreaks here of the flu and
some of the local schools closed last week due to it !

I have been taking alot of Vitamin B and C this year it seems to
be working Helen. Last year I got a flu shot and was sick all
winter long. My Grandma always said taking alot of Vitamin B and
C will help you from becoming sick. She was right.

I have had the flu only a few times in my life and one of them
was right after I got a flu shot (the only flu shot I have ever
gotten I might add) so never again !!

I agree Scott that was one of the only times I was sick too
after getting a flu shot. I think Iwill stick too my
Grandmothers remedy she must know what she is talking about she
is 95 years old and healthier than all of her children that are
still living including my dad.
