Well, we had a washer overflow today in the utility room. ::) It
flooded the room and went underneath the house and into the
garage and flooded the garage. It ruined all the duck work. We
have no heat or anything for tonight. ::) So, I'm going into my
Grandma's house to spend the night. ( I'm very glad that I can
spend the night there too ;D). I hope we can get it fixed soon.

NICE !!! We had a flood in the basement last year during a huge
rain storm and to top it off at the same time lightning hit the
house and knocked out half of our appliances and electronics.
Thanks goodness for homeowners insurance ;)

I just had to have part of my sewer line replaced in my yard
cause a giant tree root broke the pipe and flooded the
garage.Cost me $500 but it should be a permanent fix
