I watched it last night,Vince Gill did a short introduction of a
Merle bio film than Miranda Lambert and Kriskristofferson sang
"Silver Wings"( which Oprah sitting next to Merle sang along
with),Also Theresa was seated right behind Merle in the gallery
next to Oprah,Paul McCartney,and President Obama and his
wife,Than Braid Paisley and Vince Gill did a rocking version of
"Workin Man Blues",Than Sheryl Crow and Willie Nelson sang
"Today I Started Lovin You Again",Than Willie Nelson introduced
Kid Rock and Jaime Johnson and they all 3 sang "Ramblin
Fever",Than the rest of the singers joined them on stage than
Merle was given a rousing standing ovation by the audience ;D

I read somewhere that he said how he was so suprised because, he
thought nobody cared. Merle sure has recieved several very much
deserved rewards this year ;D
