On October 9th, 2010 I went to Bryant, IN to see Little Jimmy
Dickens and Jeannie Seely in conert. It was a great show!
Bearcreek Farms located in Bryant, IN has many concerts
throughout the year which are great. I wish it was closer so I
could go more often. Anyway, I bought VIP passes and about 15
minutes before the show all the one's with VIP Passes lined up
to take pictures with Jimmy and Jeannie. I got to meet Jimmy and
Jeannie both and they were very nice and down to earth. Jimmy
addressed everyone as sir and thanked me for coming out.

Jeannie Seely sang before Jimmy and sang most of her hits such
as "Don't Touch Me" and many, many more of her hits as well as a
few covers of songs. She lost two homes in the Nashville floods
but she is doing pretty good as I take it. Her voice was great
and she sang the songs just as good as ever.

Little Jimmy Dickens was next and boy did he put on one heck of
a show! For those who don't know Jimmy will be turning 90 years
old this December and is still putting on great shows and also
on the Opry nearly every weekend. I hope he is able to perform
and stays in good health for many more years. Jimmy's opening
song was "A Sleepin' At The Foot Of The Bed." I uploaded this
song to youtube and it can be viewed at
  HTML http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcG483BO5QE
Jimmy told lots of jokes and sang his hits like "We Could",
"Take An Old Cold Tater And Wait", "Out Behind The Barn" and
many more. Although he has been battling a case of laryngitis he
sounded grear at this show and seemed to be feeling great. As
always, Jimmy's closer was "Raggedy Anne." It was one of the
most emotional versions I've heard out of all of the many times
I have heard the songs. He brought out the Raggedy Anne doll
which he has been singing to for years, which was also inducted
into the Country Music Toy Hall of Fame. Out of the other two
times I have seen him on the Opry, this was my favorite
espicially because, I got to meet him. He put on a great show!

After the show Jimmy and Jeannie both signed autographs for the
whole crowd. Just myself I got 4 things signed. I got a picture
signed by Jimmy, the Grand Ole Opry picture history book signed
by Jimmy, my guitar signed by Jimmy, and a picture signed by
       Jeannie.
