I actually got one today at Walmart. Somebody goofed and put it
       out early ! OOPS :)
All I can say is "Absolutely wonderful" !!! Hag sounds great and
it is nice to have the Strangers backing him on this cd. Theresa
wrote some great liner notes as well. All the songs written or
co written by Merle, except one by Freddy Powers.
Gary Church also plays on one track. Many of you know he was a
Stranger back in the 80's. Good to hear him playing Trombone
       here.
The songs hit a wide array of topics and of course they are
drawn from Hag's experiences both past and present. I have
listened to it 4 times already and so far the one I like most is
the opener "I've Seen It Go Away", talking about so many great
things in history that he has seen in our country and many of
them now have gone away. Truer words have never been spoken !
The production is excellent, being more of a stripped down
Country song with lots of Dobro, and then also some
       horns/Country Jazz as well.
Make sure to get yours tomorrow and I am waiting to hear
       everyones feedback.
I am picking up 4 more copies tomorrow, plus the vinyl too ! Got
one for my Mom, and a couple for my overseas buddies who will
not get it right away, so I am sending them over a care package
       :)

No, Walmart just carries the cd. You can get the vinyl at
       www.cduniverse.com
       or
       www.fye.com
or I see a few listed on ebay
No extra tracks on the lp, but the vinyl is heavy 180 gram
virgin. Expensive but well worth it. I bought 2. 1 to play and 1
       to keep sealed.
