       1) resources are a must, so make sure that your resource fields
are all lvl 5 at least.
       2) Make sure that your storage systems are wel over 20k
       3) upgrade your town hall to lvl 9
Note: if you dont mind losing your noob protection, then upgrade
your town hall to lvl 15
       4) Get a Palace or Manor and upgrade it to lvl 10
       5) All other buildings that are NOT barns/warehouses/cellers,
       upgrade past lvl 6
       6) If you have all your resource fields at lvl 5, every day go
to the town hall and hold a ceremony for 500 civ points. If your
resource fields are really high and you get 30k+ then hold the
ceremony for 2000 civ points. If your hold a 500 ceremony every
day for a week, you will have 3.5k civ points.
       7) The levels i told you to upgrade you builds are just the
bases for getting a decent ammount of civpoints per hour. Your
civ point come aoutomatically. But the higher level your
buildings (like your town hall/palace/beacon tower) the FASTER
       it comes.
       8) If you get loads of resources, you can technically have 14k
civ points or more in less than a week.
(considering that your resource fields are lvl 7+ and you have
       40k+ storage space.)
