Purgatory/Healing springs/Blade Runes/etc.

Ok big question. I have no idea what all the purgatories and
healing springs and runes and all that are for or what lvl my
hero needs to be to kill the enemies there and all that. Does
anyone have any info on these things?

Well they all do different things as far as i understand (so
long as you destroy the monsters gaurding them.) i tried several
times to get runes, and stuff but died each time. I know some of
them will give bonuses to the hero that conquers the monsters
gaurding it. for example..
+20% phisical def. for 8hrs
+10 magical att. for 6 hrs
replenish health
stuff like that. Ive never conquered any of those things so im
not sure if there are alternate prizes you can get. But im sure
that if you conqure a rune shrine, then your going to get runes.
Same if you conqure a blade thingy, then your probably going to
get a wepon. but like i said, ive never actually conquered any
of those due to the fact i only have a lvl 1 & 2 hero and its
expensive for me to keep reviving them xD. My education guess
would be to wait until your hero is mabey lvl 5 and has prober
equips. I know from my lvl 10 package that i go, i recived
broken gems. I i equipped them to my hero and that raised my
inttelect, strength, and agility by 1. so do stuff like that.
Alsoif you have a sivler key, give it to you hero then send that
hero looking for a silver chest if you havnt already. When i did
so i found a silver chest and wheni opened it i recieved 15 mana
clerics =D

I was able to kill the things at the runes near my
city(1405/862) with my lvl 2 hero, but when I went back today I
couldn't kill a single 1.
