Based on overall strategic planning, strength and agility. I
don't think it would be a clear win for Steve Rogers in this
case. He is good, but for example, Shang-Chi is the MASTER of
Kung-Fu, and that has to count for something or he wouldn't have
the title.

I think it'd still be Steve Rogers. He's far too determined and
resilient to ever quit a fight; so unless Shang-Chi plans on
killing him I think Rogers would keep fighting until he wore him
down and beat his ass. Though I don't think it'd take that long.

Cap wins as he's got the fighting chops as much as any of the
others, but he's also the ultimate strategist and tactician.
