Titansfans Customs

Here's my latest custom. I know I don't crank them out nearly
as fast as I used to.

He was made from a dcuc Riddler body with dcuc El Dorado arms.
The head was a dcuc Red Tornado cast and the belt spikes came
from some dcuc despero parts I had laying around. Boomerangs on
loan from dcd Captain Boomerang (Owen).

Not sure. Just always liked his design. Then when I read about
the Peter Cannon connection I wanted him in the collection.
