For the books I read it wasn't so bad, I did pick up Blackhawks,
which had alot of potential. I was told Team 7 had the same type
of feel. But I'm a GL guy so the storylines in that were fairly
untouched by the nu52 change.
My read list is:
All GL books - Ranked in order is GL, GLC, New Guardians and Red
Lanterns. If I were to drop it'd be the last 2, NG is building
to something I just wish it would get there & Red Lanterns is
getting repititious Atrocius angry, Atrocius repentful,
something attacks, Atrocius angry again.
JL (dropping after Atlantis story) - decent story plots just
horrible dialogue. Plus no Hal (the reason I grabbed it in the
first place).
Earth 2 (awaiting more members before I cut mainly Dr. Fate) -
I'm not horribly disappointed in Alan as a character yet, but
fear it is looming.
Smallville S11 (enjoying greatly)
I did just pick up Threshold (storyline from New Guardians
Annual) - it was ok, I'll give it a shot.
All the rest of my books are Dynamite Pulp stuff, Mark Millar's
Secret Service, & the only Marvel books I read are those that
are Ghost Rider related.
Lately I've been reading all Hellstorm SA books, I picked up the
Spotlight stuff in a understock sale at my shop ($15 for a
shortbox from the understock), and his solo series on ebay and a
few Defenders appearances. Next push will be to finish Fate/Book
of.. (Jared Stevens) series.

Great find there tf. I've been in companies before where things
were like that. If DC sales continue to slump, watch for more
layoffs and a total change of direction in management, which of
course will be reflected in the comics themselves... ;)

The only stuff I'm picking up is GL stuff (again, mostly
untouched by the re-boot) Gl, GLC, NG & RL. Agree above that RL
is repetitive.
To the original question: Yeah. He is (whomever) is yanking his
chain have ruined it for me. the only real connection I have
now to DC is DCUC/CIE and DCUO.

they're no where the levels they were. sinking fast back to
pre-re-boot levels. many titles are selling less than before
like Flash, GL, Birds of Prey. This shit has gotta end soon.

I think you are going to see sales go down more with the hiring
of this homophobic Card dude.
Are they trying to kill DC Comics? If not why not just sell it?

Yeah if I wasn't already boycotting them due to the reboot, the
Card thing would definately stop me from buying the Superman
line.
