surprisingly.... the only thing that is pissing me off is the
origin of the new green lantern. i think it was too much of a
generalized stereotype and it disgusted me

Didio did destroy the DC Universe. More than the Anti Monitor,
the Black Lanterns and Darkseid combined. This is not DC Comics
to me...this is image 2011.

Guys I honestly think Dan is a sock puppet for higher ups. I
don't think he is calling any of the shots anymore. I know he
pushed Nu52 but I think corporate bigwigs are running the show
now.

He may be just a figure head, but there's enough out there, like
the way he deals with talent, that is enough to make me hate the
guy.

I have to confess I'm reading less DC than ever before. Even the
reboot aside I'm simply not enjoying the stories.
Justice League is horrid. Birds of Prey simply has no chemistry
now. Wonder Woman is a yawn. Dropped them all.
The bat titles are decent enough and so is Green Lantern. Any
coincidence that they're the characters more closely associated
with the old universe?

ok, I am going to generate alot of hate for this, but it is my
opinion only:
Superman - I actually like this new version. He is not nearly
the boyscout nor as boring. I am actually reading his solo mag
for the first time in a long time
Action - some interesting stuff here at times. Varies.
Justice League - very inconsistent. Not sure where it is going
and will drop it if they don't keep the main team. Really hate
what they did to Hal.
Smallville - awesome read. Recommend it to any who miss the
show.
Aquaman - he's actually tough!!! They make him cool in this
incarnation. And Mera! Wow, what's not to like?
Flash - boring.
Hawkman - weak start. Starting to get better now, especially
with the Hawkgirl angle.
Earth 2 - not loving it but hoping it gets better.
World's Finest - Karen and Helena are bad ass. Love this title.
Batman - still awesome
Batgirl - frikin Barbara is back!!! Love it.
Birds - I liked the mystery aspects of the first arc. I thought
it was a good plot and had some decent detective elements to it.
Hated the Ivy arc though. Now it is kind of floundering.
Teen Titans - not liking the new team. But do like the new
Cassie.
Red Hood - wasn't sure I would like this, but it is great! Jason
is badass, but good badass. He gets the job done. Roy is
hysterical, and extremely surprising. The character really grows
on you. And Starfire - she is just all kinds of awesome -
beautiful, intelligent, and badass.
Superboy - yawn.
Supergirl - trying to like her. Not succeeding.
Wonder Woman - very shaky. the plot is all over the place.
Justice League Dark - didn't like it much at first, but now I am
really getting into it.
Legion - Still love legion.
All this being said, where the f___ is Donna and Wally???

The reboot pretty much destroyed the DC universe I loved and the
characters I enjoyed...
Tim Drake is the best example , a character that became Robin in
every way we love , he trained , he learned , excelled , and
began training others the same way Dick Grayson did , and in a
way unique to Tim , and defined him in the Batman Family .
Now , as smart as he is , he stumbles along in the Teen Titans
not really connected to anyone , or anything....not even the Bat
Family..
I don't know that I blame Didio specifically , I do know my
interest in this version of DC is gone , the transitions done in
the 60's , 80's ,90's never effected me this way , they were
never this bad...
